21:52We'd like for you all to join in with this prayer because pretty huge disaster.
21:57There are so many families hurting, so many families still concerned.
22:01They're still trying to find somewhere 20 or more missing little girls that were in the flood in Texas.
22:09Yes, I have it right.
22:10So let's just join our hearts together.
22:11Yeah, I'd like to just thank the Lord that Jim and Krista's two grandchildren were there.
22:20We're there, and they were rescued, and they're safe.

22:27But we do have, and so we want to pray for these families now.
22:3214 little children, eight and a little bit older than that, have died.
22:38So the parents that are suffering, and then 27 girls that are still missing.
22:45And this is the girls' camp in Hunt, Texas.
22:50So it's a Christian camp.
22:53And so let's all pray.
22:55Join our hearts together with the grace of God who's going to have to do so much in their hearts
23:00and lives.
23:01Father God, we just pray in the name of Jesus, the mercy and the grace and the goodness of our
23:06God somehow.
23:07Lord, that you comfort all of the hearts that are torn apart, families that are torn apart.
23:14Lord, that you minister life and your goodness in your heart with them in Jesus' name.
23:22Thank you, Lord.
23:24Thank you, Father God.
23:26Minister of the Lord.
23:27Yes.
23:29Encouragement and grace in the midst of this, and your mercy.
23:33And then we pray for those 27 girls that are still missing.
23:38God, now that we just pray, Father, those that are maybe hanging on a branch of a tree,
23:46or they're somewhere, they're alive.
23:49But God, now, Lord, now in the name of Jesus, we believe that they will find those that are still
23:56alive.
23:57Father God, be with them, the angels around them.
24:00God, now in the name of God, comfort them.
24:02They're so young, so they need to know you're there.
24:06And Father God, now let all of those that need to be found, be found.
24:12We just pray as a church for them.

24:53You know, I was thinking about switching subjects suddenly, and I don't mean to do that, but
24:58just to be able to say to you, you know, I got born again in a little Baptist church
25:03in Janesville, Wisconsin.
25:06Within, I guess, seven or eight months, I was in full-time ministry.
25:11I started at Oklahoma Christian School, which is still going on today, and graduating the
25:15fourth generation from high school, and a lot of great things.
25:20They're still using our very same curriculum, and we plan to use that same curriculum here
25:25for our school that's coming up.
25:27But I said all of that to say, I got born again in this little Baptist church.
25:31We learned a lot about the word, a lot of knowledge, but not much understanding, but a lot of word.
25:38And as I was walking around, just after I got born again, I saw the sign on the side
25:43of the wall that said, it said, teething.
25:47And it was everywhere.
25:49It was real little signs all over.
25:51Finally, I asked somebody, I said, what is teething?
25:54I know I'm a baby in Christ.
25:56Maybe that has something to do with it.
25:59And they said, no, that's tithing.
26:02And I said, well, you can't have a long I between two consonants.
26:09There's got to be an English teacher out there someplace.
26:13And so it has to be teething.
26:15It can't be tithing, but it is tithing.
26:17And they explained to me what it was.
26:19And of course, we were living on Campbell's Soup with two little kids and a mortgage and
26:23trying to get by, and the car was broke down.
26:25I'm walking to work.
26:26And now you want me to give a tenth of my money?
26:30Has anybody ever experienced that?
26:35But you know, I decided to do it because the Bible said so.
26:40I had to look it up.
26:41I didn't just take the word for it.
26:43I looked it up.
26:44I found I was Drew.
26:47And as a result, I have seen nothing but greater and greater increase in my life from that day on.
26:56Until I got overwhelmed with too much.
26:59How many like too much?
27:01That's what my God provides is always too much.
27:05And I like it because when I got too much, I can give too much away.
27:10Make a difference in people's lives.
27:13And that's what it's about.
27:14Look, you know, the Bible says that we, the word of God works to Jericho.
27:19And Jericho was the tithe of the promised land.
27:23And I want you to tell you what, the word of God works because we're givers, not because we're takers.
27:32Amen.
27:34So I encourage you, if you have never done it, try it.
27:37And watch, the Bible says you can test God in this one thing.
27:40Wow.
27:42Can you imagine you can test God?
27:45Is anybody home who can test God in this thing?
27:49Actually, the ancient Hebrew says try it for 40 days and you'll never stop.
27:55That's what the ancient Hebrew says.
27:58So I just challenge you with that.
28:00And for those of you that are already givers, expect God to do something special, even this week for your
28:06giving.
28:07Why not do something like that?
28:09Said test them.
28:10Well, you've always been tithing, but you can still test them and see what happens.
28:14Watch and see what God does special.
28:16Father God, we give you praise and glory.
28:18We thank you for the opportunity to give, to sow into the kingdom of God.
28:22That, Lord, it's from our blood into the blood of Christ, into the here house.
28:27We put it in the hands of Jesus.
28:29And Jesus is the one that multiplies.
28:32And we give you praise and we give you glory.
28:34As he took the bread and he fished and he multiplied it to 15,000 people.
28:41God, this is what Jesus does with your giving.
28:45This is what Jesus does with your giving.
28:47And that little boy that gave that, he got a whole bunch of backs of bulls to take home with
28:52him.
28:53So I just want you to expect something special from God tonight.
