00:00We live in times when evil is trying to open a chasm between all of us and our desire for
00:08peace, our common desire.
00:11And this chasm is growing every day. It is deepened by terror.
00:18And the more blood and pain there is in different parts of the world, and the more countries are destabilized
00:26by evil,
00:26and the more losses nations suffer, and the more people find themselves in the midst of the rising tide of
00:37new immigration and other crises,
00:40the more difficult it will be to maintain international order, a rules-based order.
00:47The only thing that can guarantee peace and serenity to all nations rules – international law.
00:58We see who in the world is trying to replay the power of international law with a horror of blood
01:06and disasters.
01:07We see whose deliberate investments in terror are destroying the lives of different peoples in a vast area from Belarus
01:19to Mali.
01:20And we see these. And we must act united.
01:27These days our attention is focused on the Middle East.
01:31No one can ever forget what the terrorists did in Israel.
01:36Thousands of missiles against peaceful cities.
01:40Shooting people in cars on the roads.
01:44Men, women, children.
01:46No one was spared.
01:49Streets covered in blood.
01:52Hostages.
01:53The terrorists themselves gave the world footage of the atrocities and were proud of them.
02:02Women who were beaten.
02:05Elderly people who were kidnapped from their homes.
02:09Abducted children.
02:11And we do not yet know how many people were captured and brutally taken away by the terrorists.
02:18They even tried to humiliate the dead by mocking their bodies.
02:25And we saw all of this in Israel.
02:29And the Israelis themselves, Israeli journalists, who were here in Ukraine, who were in Bucha, are now saying that they
02:41saw the same evil where Russia came.
02:45The same evil and the only difference is that there is a terrorist organization that attacked Israel.
02:53And here is a terrorist state that attacked Ukraine.
