00:10the Ruta Cuencas de Veraguas.
00:12In the deep deep of Cundinamarca,
00:14where the grass seems to not have a fin,
00:15there is a experience that few people know
00:18and that everyone should live.
00:20A walk that not only retains the body,
00:23but it calms the mind.
00:24Let's start.
00:31From Bogotá, we go to Pacho Cundinamarca.
00:34There are 15 km by rural,
00:38which leads to Veraguas,
00:39a vereda where begins the real adventure.
00:43It's 9 km of connection with nature,
00:465 hours of walking by a difficult circuit,
00:503-3-5,
00:51which invites you to listen, to listen and to breathe.
00:55The journey travels the Andinos forests,
00:57territories ancestrales of the Muiscas,
01:00repletos of history,
01:01misticism and biodiversity.
01:03Each step leads to where the singing of the Aves is constant
01:07and where the vegetation changes with altitude.
01:10Here, the air is different,
01:12more clean, more fresh,
01:14and, for moments,
01:16it seems to be that silence also speaks.
01:18That's why this is not a walk to run,
01:20it's a walk to let it go,
01:22a journey that asks attention,
01:24care and respect.
01:25And to live it like it should be,
01:28it's recommended to do it in the company of a guide,
01:31idealmente local,
01:32that knows the terrain,
01:34that knows the landscape,
01:35and that helps to navigate safely the areas more complex.
01:40Also, its presence guarantee
01:42that the activity develops in a responsible way,
01:45without affecting the equilibrium of the ecosystem.
01:47Remember, this territory is not only a natural attraction,
01:51it is a home for the species that live here
01:54and for the communities that live here.
01:56After several hours of walking,
01:58the prize is enormous.
02:00The majestuosa Cascada de Veraguas,
02:02also known as Las Lajas
03:07también debemos aprender a protegerlos.
