00:05when we come in because of these big things going on in the sporting world over the weekend and such
00:09um the big one seth to me is the astros and mariners look the rockets are gonna they play
00:16two games they play tonight they play sunday the chips are likely gonna fall for them in a series
00:22with the lakers which we will talk about in just a second but the astros got to end this losing
00:27streak man they got they got to win a baseball game and it would be nice if we came in

00:33nice if we came in on monday with them well they'll still have one game left in the series when
00:38we come
00:38in on monday it's a four game series they play monday afternoon in addition to the three games
00:43over the weekend the biggest thing i'm hoping for is that we come in on monday talking about
00:48uh tatsuya imai and lance mccullers having had good starts uh against the mariners friday and saturday
00:54i'll let the offensive chips fall where they may i feel decent about the offense still despite
00:59the last two games in colorado being so abysmal yeah they they need desperately for both tatsuya
01:06imai and i'll say lance mccullers as well to give you starts at at least have you feeling
01:11that there's capable pitching on this team right now i'll tell you what too and i would love to see
01:16a couple things i was going down the awards tracker the odds for mbp cy young yeah yeah and rookie
01:24of the year okay and honestly they got the little team logo next to everybody i'm scrolling down
01:29through all the awards and they have the top 10 for rookie of the year top 10 for cy young

01:36for mbp and the only guys that pop up are yordan okay who's 14 to 1 right now okay who's

01:45right now he's behind aaron judge bobby witt jr and julio rodriguez so he's there's only three guys
01:51between uh yordan and the top of the charts right well and then julio rodriguez versus uh in your
01:57non alvarez you know being the same series this weekend so that'll be interesting and then the
02:01other is for al rookie of the year yeah and my is uh he's ninth at 30 to one 30

02:11you mentioned that i i bet there is a big portion of the astros fan base that doesn't even realize
02:17tatsuya imai is eligible for the al rookie of the year award yeah you know because he's pitched
02:23professionally over in japan for so long but yeah like back in the day ichiro suzuki was a rookie of
02:29the year despite having played which is well it is strange though too because i feel like that i don't
02:33want to sit here and argue that an astro shouldn't be eligible for this award and yeah at the same

02:37it's okay we're if we're going to use suzuki's games played and everything as like his games are
02:44counted the same as the major league baseball stats then all right then you're not really a rookie
02:49when you get over to major league is japan part of it now i know they incorporated the negro leagues

07:58even write that's what that felt like to me that felt like diana rossini going on twitter i'm like i'm
08:03gonna see how this goes i'm gonna put this tweet out here and then see what the replies look like
08:07and she put that tweet out there with that link to the article and the replies like flooded on her
08:13and none of them cared about replacement referees in fact yeah the only because that's what the
08:17article is about the replacement referees the only replacement anything that was in the comments was
08:22so is rabel your replacement husband ha ha ha um it almost feels like diana rossini like poked her head
08:29out you know just to see what the weather was like and just the skies opened up and a hurricane
08:35started and she just closed the door and went back inside like that's that that was a that was a
08:40rough attempt to dip her toe in the water yesterday did you see uh well yeah i mean she knew

09:19are probably reading way too much into if it were i mean if it were any other thing then you

09:26don't think anybody would be reading into this was just a picture of rabel and rossini at a bar
09:30and i don't i don't think it's fake i would suspect it's not fake just because there's nothing
09:35scandalous about it like a coach a coach and a reporter seeing each other at a bar or running
09:41into each other bar and having a conversation is no big deal just go to saint elmo's at the combine
09:45there's yeah like that would never that would never see the light of day so i like people are trying
09:49to make something out of that and it's but given the given everything else that we've seen and learned
09:55and not to mention the crap that we heard about just in rumors and what have you before any of
10:00this the context of it completely changes because of who it is yeah for sure
