00:03The barriers that we need to just knock out of the way,
00:07the time it takes for legislation to get through,
00:09to actually make change for planning and infrastructure, is too long.
00:13The energy costs are too long.
00:15And that's the second bucket.
00:16We have to have energy independence.
00:19I'm fed up with the fact that families across the country
00:23see their bills go up and down on energy.
00:27Businesses' bills go up and down on energy.
00:30Because of the actions of Putin or Trump across the world.
00:36And saying to families across the country, saying to businesses across the country,
00:40we've just got to push up with being on the international market.
00:44We need energy independence.
00:46And the only way to get energy independence is to go even more quickly to renewables
00:52because we're not going to get it on the international market.
