The film showcases popular winter sports and recreation areas in Germany: Silesia, the Harz Mountains, the Thuringian Forest, the Black Forest, and the Bavarian Alps.  It also features winter sports at the Berlin Sportpalast, in the Bavarian Forest, in the mountains of southern Bavaria, and on the Zugspitze. Footage from the Obersalzberg, the Carnival on the Rhine, and the Fasching (Carnival) in Munich is also included.
