00:38So we have to be very careful for the safety and security
00:43of tankers and vessels.
00:46Those technical restrictions are very much connected
00:49to the wartime condition.
00:51And it takes time to be removed.
00:53So safe passage is secured.
00:56Strait of Hormuz is open.
00:58But of course, every each tanker and every each vessel
01:02should make necessary arrangements with the Iranian authorities
01:07to be able to securely pass this strait.
