13:07then when I told my mom about culinary school she was just like like come off early so you're never
13:13going to be a chef let's just do something that you're good at and I spent my whole adult life
13:18trying to decide what that is so I didn't go to culinary school I didn't do anything to do with
13:22cooking but my goal is definitely to prove something to myself and to my mom I can do this

19:47a great sous chef can just handle the prep knows how to cook really really well if someone has
19:53standards i actually quite like that because my priority is perfect food yeah we'll do that
