00:00Who should the Giants pick at five?
00:01This is maybe the easiest one for me.
00:04Really?
00:04Because the Jets get complicated a little bit.
00:06We'll get to that in a little bit because of the two picks
00:09and the options that they have.
00:10But for the New York Giants, we've been talking about this for a while.
00:13The linebacker position has lost talent, aged out last year.
00:19They had injury to Micah McFadden last year.
00:24He's back, but he's not the elite player.
00:27He's a very good player.
00:28He's not an elite player.
00:30The New York Giants need to draft an impact linebacker,
00:34someone who is going to be a captain, someone who's going to be dynamic
00:37and around the ball no matter where it is in that front five to seven level.
00:42So to me, the only draft pick for the New York Giants is Sonny Stiles.
00:46The only draft pick?
00:47The only one at number five is Sonny Stiles.
00:50Do you think democracy ends if they don't draft Sonny Stiles?
00:52No, it doesn't.
00:53They'll make do.
00:54It'll be what it is.
00:55I trust the coaching staff.
00:56As we are going to say until we don't trust the coaching staff.
01:00But Sonny Stiles is who I am endorsing for the New York Giants to draft at number five.
01:05Okay.
01:06Because there's, let me make this clear.
01:07They're very different kind of endorsements.
01:09There's the endorsement of, if you don't pick who I say, the country's dead.
01:14But then there's also, I call it the Colin Powell endorsement.
01:18I'll never forget when Colin Powell endorsed Barack Obama over John McCain.
01:21And Colin Powell was like, I'll be honest with you.
01:23I'm good either way.
01:24Yep.
01:25Like both guys.
01:26Yep.
01:26We're good, but I'm picking Obama.
01:28Right?
01:29You are saying it's Sonny Stiles, otherwise the country collapses.
01:33Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.
01:35Okay.
01:35Over the defense.
01:36Over, right, right.
01:38Obviously different possibilities off of it.
