00:05Take it one day at a time, build that chemistry, but obviously a new roster, a new group of guys.

00:37It's just a big impact for the guys that I'm going out there with, just letting them know that I
00:43care about them and I care about their success as well.
00:47I want the best for them and I want them to know that.
00:49So I think just taking those young guys in, whether it be receivers or even DBs, taking those guys out
00:55to beat or getting everybody together really is just a big thing for a football team just to bring everybody
01:01together and have everybody bought into the same common goal.
