00:00This is very interesting here, because as we take a look on the Calci marketplace,
00:03you say, all right, well, yeah, it's going to be like Rory's up there,
00:06Scotty Scheffler's up at the top.
00:07That's not the case here.
00:08And if you ever watch horse racing, Joe, some of those better horses,
00:12they don't run real fast out of the gate here and use all their energy.
00:15They pace themselves, and then down the backstretch,
00:18they absolutely hammer in the race.
00:20Could that be a possibility?
00:21Because why?
00:22Tommy Fleetwood's listed at a 24% chance to have the lead at the end of round number two.
00:27Justin Rose, Min Woo Lee, Victor Hovland.
00:29Then you've got to scroll all the way down.
00:31You say, okay, well, there's Morikawa at 21%.
00:33Rahm only at 18%.
00:35Scheffler at only 14%, Joe.
00:37So they're apparently saying, hey, Scotty can be down five or six shots early.
00:41He's pacing himself.
00:42He's going to let it rip on moving day into Sunday afternoon.
00:47Yeah, it's going to be interesting here.
00:49I mean, at the end of round two, so basically you're setting the tone,
00:53heading into the weekend.
00:56I don't know.
00:57I mean, should we be discounting the likes of an A-Berg as well, who nobody's talking about?
01:04Colin Morikawa has done very well in this tournament, although he is a little bit hurt right now.
01:11And don't forget the old guard, the Patrick Reeds, who have a green jacket.
01:16I think Adam Scott is interesting, as well as Jordan Spieth.
01:19I don't trust these guys for four rounds, but course history and experience matters here.
01:25It wouldn't shock me if one of the deeper cuts there ends up heading and having to lead into Saturday.
01:33Previous champions, you know, Brooks Koepka trading at 3% right now.
01:37$100 investment pays back $3,334 in that marketplace here.
01:42How about we do you one better, Joe?
01:44Who's going to have the lead heading into Sunday, which golfers will tell you,
01:47the toughest sleep you're ever going to get is being the lead of a major,
01:51entering into day number four.
01:53But here we go.
01:54Hey, day number two, where are the big boys at?
01:56How about day number three?
01:57Right up top, Scotty Scheffler, 33%.
01:59Jon Rahm, 24%.
02:01The cream usually rises to the top, and that's what they're factoring in here, Joe.
02:06Yeah, and listen, I think that the final pairing or close to the final pairing on Sunday is usually,
02:14it doesn't usually come from the clouds here, Donnie.
02:17So whoever you're picking is likely who you think is going to be within the top two or three spots
02:24here.
02:24And I'm going to go with DeChambeau.
02:26I mean, call me crazy.
02:28His problem has not been Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
02:31Sometimes his problem gets to be, what do you do Sunday when you have the lead and you're in the
02:37final pairing?
02:38That's the problem here.
02:39I think he might very well have the lead heading into Sunday.
02:44And a lot of people try to shy away from some of these odds markets, Joe,
02:47that don't have a lot of big payouts here.
02:49But some of these make a lot of sense.
02:50Take a look at the Masters top 20 marketplace here on Calci.
02:53You know, Scotty Scheffler is currently trading at 78%, $100 investment, but only pay back $129.
02:58But if I ask you today, Joe, right now, hey, do you think you're going to make $29 by the
03:03time Sunday evening hits
03:04where Scheffler finishes in the top 20?
03:06Absolutely.
03:06You'd probably take that wager, even though it doesn't look as, hey, $100 investment pays back $400 or $3,300.
03:13John Rahm, Xander Schauffele, Bryson DeChambeau, the big boys at the top of the leaderboard,
03:17because if they don't win it, we figure, Joe, there's still going to be factors in this tournament.
03:22They are absolutely going to be factors in a tournament.
03:25And quite honestly, Donnie, I mean, I would probably, in these types of markets,
03:30look for the guys that are out of sight, out of mind.
03:33The LibTor guys, the Roms, right?
03:35The Patrick Reeds.
03:37These guys here, the DeChambeaus, because everyone's like, oh, yeah, haven't we heard the MinBoo Lees and the Cameron Youngs?
03:45Yeah, that's great.
03:46But you don't have any idea of the current form that those three guys have coming into this Masters tournament.
03:52And let me just say, they are playing the best golf of the year.
03:56So the Lib guy is very much alive and well in these markets.
