00:23church it is uh you do not reprimand or embarrass one of your crew staff members or somebody that's
00:28in the choir in front of everybody else that is not how you're supposed to manage people you take
00:32them aside and you have a private conversation with them so they can improve boom that's exactly
00:36how you do it well it's hard to do that if you're in front of the congregation then show up
00:40at choir
00:41practice if you see that there's something wrong and something that needs to be improved called
00:44them out in front of the whole thing that's somebody out of 863 just called him odp old dirty pastor
00:51but you also know there's another way that you could have done it you could have done that
00:55privately you could have been like hey hold on one moment we're having technical difficulties
01:00then went and spoke to them privately but yeah but you know how awkward that would have been as well
01:04it would have been weird i'm not saying he did it right but you can't stop the church service in
