00:15impeachment complaints violated the one-year bar and the House's referral to the Justice
00:19Committee was invalid. She also flags the supposed trial nature of the proceedings.
00:24But the Supreme Court, in a press release Wednesday, April 8, made no mention of a TRO
00:29issued in favor of the Vice President. Instead, it directs the respondents of Duterte's petition
00:33to submit a comment within 10 non-extendable days. The respondents include the House of
00:38Representatives as a whole, the House Justice Committee, the Senate, and the petitioners
00:43behind the two active impeachment complaints against her. The public hearing on April 14
00:48will feature key witnesses against Duterte including alleged bagman Ramil Madriaga.
