00:03After years away, I've found there's unfinished business.
00:10We're going to the farm.
00:15We're going to talk about some of the things that happened around the wedding.
00:19There are so many assumptions made about both of us, it did some damage.
00:24The night before our wedding is supposed to be a joyful time celebrating the last night.
00:29It's black.
00:30It was actually the hardest night of my life.
00:32For me, from the time that you two said I do, it was done.
00:36I think there's a lot still to figure out, and I think I've seen too many tears from Lydia to
00:42think that everything's okay.
00:57One more thing.
01:02We are here at the farm to have a conversation with the whole family.
01:07There's been hurt, there's been misunderstanding, there's been miscommunication, but just hoping to talk through that, come to understanding, and
01:16move on.
01:18The biggest thing that hurt us was everything that was said about us and not to us, and how it
01:25could have just been resolved if concerns would have been brought to us.
01:31Any concerns you have, please come to us, because if I find out that they're still gossiping about Zach and
01:38I, I will not tolerate it.
01:50I hope this isn't like totally directed at me, but I guess I know it is.
02:01She wanted Hunter green for wedding colors.
02:04Zach said, oh no, it has to be blue, because I have a blue suit that I wore to another
02:12wedding, and I really pop in that blue suit.
02:15That was one example that I chose to share about a red flag that I saw, but I didn't feel
02:22the need to talk to Lydia and find out if it really went the way it did, because I had
02:28somebody that was there that told me.
02:31I was leaning towards forest green, because I had a dress that I really liked if it was forest green,
02:35but that dress was, another guy had bought me that dress.
02:40So when we were talking about colors, and I realized, oh, there's a connection to this dress from another guy,
02:48and this color, and everything, I decided I'd want that at my wedding.
02:51So we went with blue.
02:53It makes good sense.
02:54At least she's admitting that originally it was Hunter green, whereas the last time we talked about it, she denied
03:01that it ever was.
03:03She called me out on social media, you know, mom said whatever, which just hurt.
03:12So yeah, that was that whole thing there.
03:14No, Zach is not controlling.
03:15And that's why I was more than happy to lean towards a different color.
03:22Why do you think your mom didn't respond to you when you mentioned the wedding colors?
03:28Um, I mean, with my mom, my mom and I think we're just growing our relationship.
03:35Um, and I don't think that looks like a specific thing besides needing to spend more time together.
03:42So.
03:46Gossip is one of the most toxic things that just goes around in this world, and it's not okay.
03:52And it destroys.
03:54So if I find out that that's still going on and you guys aren't coming to us, that's not gonna
03:59be okay.
04:00I agree with Lydia.
04:02There's been times that there's so many triangles of people not talking because something's going on in their life.
04:09And you're just like working around other people's feelings and then you're just spreading things intentionally or unintentionally.
04:17Just kind of eats at all the relationships slowly and I don't want that to happen.
04:22I get that Lydia doesn't want us to gossip, but the dynamics of a large family is sometimes we're gonna
04:28get together and say,
04:29Hey, what do you think about this? What do you think about that? You know, what do you think about
04:32Isaac peanut farming?
04:33What do you think about Ethan moving down from Minnesota?
04:37Hindsight, I feel like you two weren't the best communicators a lot of times.
04:43Micah, guess what? We weren't the best communicators a lot of times.
04:47Yeah, and I feel like that's something we all have to work on.
04:50Yeah, we need to work on it.
04:53It's kind of ironic that Micah's the one saying, oh, we need to work on communicating.
04:56We need to communicate better when he's somewhere down in Florida and none of us ever hear from him.
05:03Another one of the big problems is there's so many of us, you might feel like you've communicated everything you
05:08need to,
05:09but it was to one person and not 12.
05:11Yeah.
05:13We've never been like a family that talks about everything.
05:16But I personally think the big reason for that was like when Joshua died, it was such a tragic experience
05:24and so hurtful to everyone involved, the whole family, that like talking about it around mom specifically just was too
05:35heavy.
05:35And so we just, we didn't talk about the most challenging thing in our lives.
05:39If you're not going to talk about the one thing that hurt the most, that changed your life entirely, it
05:45doesn't actually heal anything.
05:47Yeah.
05:49There's just so many unique things about growing up in such a large family.
05:54We'll just try to do better moving forward.
05:56Mm-hmm.
05:58Yeah.
05:59For practice, should we go around and tell people what they're terrible at and what they need to work on?
06:04Yeah, let's do that with these guys!
06:06Okay.
06:07Mariah, you never clean your room.
06:10Yeah.
06:13Lydia, you definitely need to work on getting up in the morning.
06:19Mom, you're a really great planner and have lots of great ideas, but you need to get better at narrowing
06:25them down and sticking to them.
06:28Fair.
06:28Micah.
06:29I would love to hear from you more often.
06:31Zach.
06:31A little less on the let's go.
06:34Let's go!
06:34It's like...
06:35Let's go!
06:36Let's go!
06:38That's great!
06:40Let's go, Dad!
06:42Ethan, I think you're, like, probably one of the hardest working people I know, but I also think you need
06:48to grow up a little bit sometimes.
06:54All of us need to grow up a little bit.
06:57It's like a season of new beginnings.
06:59Yeah?
07:00Mm-hmm.
07:00New chapter.
07:05Okay, I want to see you guys on the tire swing.
07:07Okay, let's go.
07:08Okay.
07:11When Kim says, since you said I do, we've kind of accepted you into the family and, you know, we
07:15don't really have any concerns anymore.
07:19I just think actions really speak louder than words.
07:22And so, I just hope that now that she's said that, it actually turns into action.
07:29Oh, my God!
07:30Oh, my God!
07:32Oh, no!
07:48I love being home with my family.
07:50I think it's good and important that Lydia gets out all of the, how she's feeling and
07:56how, what happened impacted her and how it hurt her.
07:59And it was good that people expressed their concerns because I feel like my family usually
08:05doesn't want to particularly face a problem.
08:08So we're just like, I think it's fine.
08:11We just clearly need to learn how to express our thoughts and feelings without hurting each
08:16other.
08:17But being able to talk about it all together is a very good first step.
08:24Okay.
08:31Hi, welcome in.
08:33Hi.
08:33How are y'all?
08:35Good.
08:35How are you?
08:36I'm good.
08:36So what brings y'all in?
08:37I'm looking for some wigs.
08:39Okay.
08:40So do y'all want synthetic, human, mixed blend?
08:45So today, Ethan, Amber and I are shopping for wigs in Tallahassee.
08:49I asked Ethan, I was like, you would love to come with me, right?
08:52Hang on.
08:56Oh, that is really cute.
08:57Yeah, you want me to show you her?
08:58Yeah.
08:59Okay, yeah.
08:59I'm just looking to add to my collection of wigs.
09:03I need as many wigs as I have outfits, right?
09:06Really cute.
09:07Hey guys, I want your opinions.
09:09Okay.
09:09Ethan, which one do you like?
09:11Which one do you like?
09:19I don't know.
09:20It's too soon to tell.
09:21Too soon to tell.
09:22Too soon to tell.
09:24They do have different colors, by the way.
09:26Uh-huh.
09:27So yeah.
09:28Okay.
09:29Let's see this part.
09:31Well, so in the past, I've shared a little bit about my alopecia.
09:38It's an autoimmune condition that causes hair loss.
09:42When I was little, it all fell out.
09:45As I grew up, now and then I'd get little spots, but it was always something I could hide.
09:50But I was still carrying some wounds from that.
09:54I just have to figure out what to do about my hair.
10:00Oh.
10:05I was really insecure about it.
10:08And, you know, around Lydia's wedding, it just started really falling out.
10:15Like, like this.
10:16Like, within a few weeks, um, it was all gone.
10:21Right now I wear synthetic.
10:23I have one human hair wig.
10:25And I like that one, but it's glue.
10:28And, um, I prefer...
10:29Oh, you like glueless.
10:30Yeah.
10:31I was just wearing whatever I could find to cover my head.
10:34And I told my mom, I was like, I'm going to have to, like, shave my head.
10:38And she was like, well, who do you want to do that?
10:40And I was like, Ethan, honestly.
10:44And I told him what was going on.
10:46And he was like, he just was like, of course.
10:48And then he shaved my head and, um, I was just like sitting there bawling my eyes out.
10:53And it was really, really hard at first for a while.
10:57But, um, just having Ethan do that, it was just, like, very healing.
11:02Very sweet.
11:03Very, like, I just, I just, I don't know.
11:07It was what I needed in that moment.
11:09What you thinking?
11:10You quiet back there, Ethan?
11:11He's always quiet.
11:12He's always quiet?
11:13Yeah.
11:14Sometimes if you just want to hear him talk, you got to piss him off a little bit.
11:17Mmm.
11:18Yeah.
11:21Mariah, she said she had something to show me.
11:23I don't remember if it was hair extensions or a hat or something, but she took it off and she
11:28was like,
11:29I've been losing my hair for quite a few months now.
11:34I just want to shave it off, but I would like you to do it.
11:37I was like, well, if you want that, yeah, I'll do that for you.
11:39Uh, it was emotional because she, you know, I can't imagine how hard that is.
11:45She was crying and, um, I don't know why she wanted me to, but she did, so I did it
11:52for her.
11:54What do you think?
11:56Well, that's my favorite one so far.
11:58This one?
11:58Yeah.
11:59Agree.
11:59Yeah, I agree.
12:01You know, he told me I was still beautiful and kissed me on the top of my head.
12:05And people don't see that side of him, but I sure have.
12:11He really helped me.
12:12He really, really helped me in that time of my life when I really needed him.
12:18I think the baby hairs make it look more natural.
12:20Yeah.
12:21Agree.
12:21Just trying to see if they'll get, end up getting in my eyes a lot, because I don't have any
12:24eyelashes either.
12:25Mm-hmm.
12:25So, hairs are always, like, getting stuck in my eyes.
12:29Oh, I'm sorry that you're done.
12:31I feel content with the way I am now.
12:35It was like, okay, I guess what I really should do right now is my opportunity to focus on what's
12:40important and do a little inner work instead of being so upset about the cosmetic side of it.
12:46Okay, so let's try this one on.
12:48I really feel like this is going to be a winner.
12:50Okay.
12:51But we're going to see.
12:52I've shared some pictures on social media.
12:56Whenever you're ready, you can take it off.
12:59But I've never done, like, just taking my wig off in a public place before.
13:05Okay, nobody laugh.
13:07Or actually, everybody laugh.
13:08Oh, crap.
13:09Never.
13:09You are too cute.
13:10It helps when people laugh sometimes.
13:15Ken and I are at Georgia's tonight, celebrating the next chapter of my life.
13:19Can we have something for you?
13:21I don't mind having a few drinks and letting my hair down if Lydia's there.
13:25But with the tension that's been there with the divorce, I just feel like it might be awkward.
13:31Welcome in, Lydia.
13:32I'm not going anywhere.
13:37I don't want to be on the end or the front.
13:41It doesn't matter to me.
13:43Me and Isaac have always been really good with communication.
13:45But I think, like, maybe the past few weeks, the communication part has kind of gone a little downhill.
13:50Kaylin, can we talk to my truck for a minute?
13:52Okay.
13:53Can you turn your mic off?
14:02Okay, nobody laugh.
14:05Or actually, everybody laugh.
14:07Oh, girl.
14:07Never.
14:08You are too cute.
14:08It helps when people laugh sometimes.
14:12Oh, you're so beautiful.
14:14What's your little dimples?
14:15All three, y'all.
14:17Okay.
14:18So, pull this strap down on the bottom so it can fit tight.
14:23Okay.
14:23And lean your head back.
14:26Yes.
14:26Does that feel all right?
14:28Yeah.
14:28Well, it's pretty comfortable.
14:30Okay.
14:30Okay, let's get you right.
14:32And I'm going to style it a little bit.
14:34Uh-oh.
14:36She's kind of cute.
14:37Not going to lie.
14:38She's cute.
14:39Yeah.
14:40I've never taken my wig off before in public.
14:42And what does it feel like?
14:43Is it freeing a little bit?
14:46Yeah.
14:46It's definitely freeing to just be honest.
14:49And I don't know.
14:52Get that out there.
14:54I ain't got nothing to hide.
14:56I can't anymore.
14:58Where's the mirror?
14:59Now I got to get the mirror.
15:02Mariah's, you know, she's precious.
15:04And I think she's beautiful, you know, whether she has it or not.
15:08You know, because I can't imagine what that would be like.
15:11Especially for a woman, you know.
15:13Oh, wait a second.
15:15That's so cute.
15:16Isn't it so cute?
15:17Yeah.
15:18Oh, my gosh.
15:18And then obviously trim right there.
15:20Mm-hmm.
15:20And it matches you so well.
15:22And Ethan ain't saying nothing bad.
15:24So it must be good.
15:25It looks good.
15:26Oh, he said it looks good.
15:28Yay.
15:29That must mean a lot.
15:30It does.
15:32Okay.
15:32I can try another one on now, I think.
15:34Okay, per.
15:35Mariah's doing really good these days.
15:37She's, I don't know, she just has her personality back.
15:41She has her weirdness back, which is her personality.
15:45That's cute.
15:46I like this one.
15:47It really makes you see that self-worth doesn't come from your hair or, you know, superficial things.
15:55I think it comes from, you know, your heart feeling loved and accepted.
15:58Oh, I love this little stuff right here.
16:01The baby hairs.
16:03A lot of me getting to the place that I'm at was just being loved the way I was without
16:11any hair.
16:12Oh, I really like this.
16:15It's so cute.
16:17What do you guys think?
16:19I like it.
16:19You know, people in my life have gone out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable.
16:25If I want to take my wig off, I'm going to be totally fine.
16:28Let's see what this one's talking about.
16:30Okay, the black.
16:31Now we're talking black.
16:32Okay.
16:34Let's try this one on now.
16:36Okay.
16:40I have a tendency to, like, really beat myself up or, like, be really hard on myself or just make
16:45comments about myself, which I'm fine with.
16:47But, like, how I saw myself definitely needed to change a little bit.
16:52So, I'm learning to do that.
16:54Oh.
16:55That's so cute, right?
16:57Sorry.
16:58That one's my favorite.
16:59Really?
17:00Yeah.
17:00What did you say sorry?
17:01My favorite.
17:02Mariah seems a lot more confident now than she ever has in her life.
17:07And that makes me happy.
17:10I'll just get these two for now.
17:11Okay.
17:12Perfect.
17:13If I change my mind by the time we walk out the door, I'll get all three.
17:15Oh, yeah.
17:15Just come back.
17:16You know who to come to.
17:17Yeah.
17:18She's accepted it and is doing the best with it that she can.
17:21She's very resilient.
17:24And it's kind of inspiring.
17:26I want to see a trick.
17:28Oh, God.
17:30There's something about, like, sharing something you no longer just have to struggle with alone
17:35and, like, hold it all in.
17:37And that's what I did for so long.
17:40Now I'm like, well, it is what it is, y'all.
17:43I love you, Ethan.
17:45What do you say?
17:46I love you, too.
17:47Oh.
17:48No more?
18:06Yeah.
18:09Thank you so much.
18:15And that is the starting point.
18:18for a very special party that my friends Aaron and Taylor
18:22are throwing for me,
18:23celebrating the next chapter of my life.
18:25Lydia works at Giorgio's, and I do too,
18:28but I'm not working tonight, but she is.
18:30Hi.
18:31Hi.
18:32Aw.
18:33Hi.
18:34Good to see you.
18:34Great place to have a party.
18:36Yeah.
18:37Cool.
18:41Let's see, where is Lenny?
18:42I need to see her real quick.
18:43The meeting with the family went really good,
18:45but there's still obviously a lot of growth necessary,
18:47especially with my mom and I.
18:49And I wanted to be her server,
18:51because I wanted to show my mom that I'm here.
18:55And I know we've had our differences over the years,
18:58and there's been hurt and confusion,
19:02but I'm not going anywhere.
19:05Hi.
19:08I think this would be just the next step I can take
19:11to keep moving forward.
19:17The talk with Lydia and Zach about the wedding and all
19:19of that was really good and productive,
19:21but I feel like there's still some underlying tension.
19:25All right.
19:26Bon appetit, everybody.
19:27Aw.
19:28We have something for you.
19:30Wow.
19:33Ultimately, I did what I did, and I said what I said,
19:35because I care about Lydia.
19:37I love her.
19:38And I was hesitant about her marrying somebody
19:43that she really didn't know.
19:47So since, you know, this is your next chapter party,
19:50what does the next chapter really look like for you?
19:53Well, that's a good question.
19:54I don't know.
19:55It's just me trying to figure out the rest of my life.
19:57But I know where I want to figure it out,
20:00and I know who I want to figure it out with.
20:02Oh, yeah.
20:03Okay.
20:04Yeah.
20:04It's a very good thing.
20:05Yes.
20:06It feels amazing to have some stability
20:09after four years, five years, whatever,
20:12of moving around to different properties
20:15and then trying to live on a boat.
20:18I feel really good about where my life is right now
20:22and where it looks like it might be headed.
20:24I love Ken, and I love that we're together,
20:27and I love that we're at the farm.
20:30I think I've moved five times in the last four years.
20:33I'm never moving again.
20:37Well, folks, we have a little special surprise
20:39for you tonight.
20:42We have decided to do the roast of Ken Platt.
20:48My friends decide to start roasting me,
20:51and I'm just a little bit nervous.
20:54I'm pretty good at taking a joke,
20:56but with roasting, there's always potential
20:59for somebody to be a little too mean.
21:02Welcome in, Lydia.
21:05I am a little worried about Lydia.
21:08I mean, I don't mind having a few drinks
21:10and letting my hair down if Lydia's there.
21:13But with the tension that's been there with the divorce
21:16and how she's kind of sided with Barry,
21:19I just feel like it might be awkward.
21:28Well, without further ado,
21:30I'm going to introduce Lenny.
21:32Watch out, Ken.
21:35My friends start roasting me,
21:37and I don't know what they're going to say,
21:41how bad are the roasts going to get.
21:43It is really nice to see the support system
21:46that you have here,
21:47and I know that I'm looking forward to seeing
21:49what the next chapter brings,
21:50and I know it's going to be beautiful.
21:52Thank you for taking us on this journey,
21:54and I just can't wait to see what's next.
21:56Yay.
21:56Love you, girl.
21:59And I have one more thing to say.
22:01I got your full bottle.
22:06A few months ago,
22:08Barry and I met up to just acknowledge
22:11that our divorce was finally over.
22:13Well, it was good having this last talk with you.
22:17Did you get me a glass or a bottle?
22:18There's a bottle there for you.
22:19Okay.
22:22So he didn't actually buy me a bottle.
22:24Okay, whatever.
22:25The full thing?
22:26The full bottle.
22:28You deserve it.
22:29I could definitely say
22:30that Barry was a little dry,
22:33and now my cup overflows.
22:37And now we have a special surprise for you.
22:43So now the roast can really begin.
22:46We've been very nice so far.
22:48Ethan, take the podium.
22:51Really, there's like a thousand things I can rest.
22:55But I want to be allowed back at the farm
22:58when it's done.
23:02But she's probably one of the only women
23:06in the state of Georgia
23:07that has more ATVs than children.
23:10Than children.
23:14Kim Plath has more brain power
23:17than all of us put together in this room
23:19and come with ideas,
23:20but she never follows through with any of them.
23:22Aww.
23:24Preach it, brother.
23:28I'll just say that, you know,
23:31very thankful that you're my mother.
23:33And life is hard sometimes, you know,
23:37but it's a lot better
23:38when you have someone like you.
23:41There was a period of time
23:42where I didn't have my mom in my life,
23:44and that affected me,
23:47but I know it probably affected her more.
23:49So it's good to have a peaceful,
23:51good relationship now.
23:53It's good to see her and know she's there.
23:57That's all I'll say.
24:02I love you.
24:04I love you, too.
24:05All right, folks,
24:06and we've got one last person to speak tonight.
24:10Ken, it's your turn.
24:13I don't know.
24:14A lot of you know
24:14that I've recently decided to retire.
24:18Well, I was a little bit worried
24:19because I was afraid
24:20I was going to get really bored,
24:22but since I moved to the farm with Kim,
24:25I realized that there is no shortage
24:26of projects that Kim will have me busy on.
24:30Her most recent project
24:32is building trails through the woods.
24:34I love you,
24:35and I'm really looking forward
24:37to making new trails with you.
24:39Aw.
24:46Hey, folks, really quickly,
24:48Lydia wanted to say a few words.
24:52Where should I stand?
24:53I want to...
24:54I guess this is my seat right here.
24:56Um, so I guess I would like
24:59to just start off with
25:00it's great to see everyone here
25:02just so joyful.
25:04It's great to see Mom
25:05so happy, too.
25:06I know there's been
25:08lots of ups and downs over the years.
25:11Even with you and I,
25:12we've had our ups and downs,
25:15and I just want to say
25:17I'm also ready to start a new chapter,
25:20start fresh,
25:21and move forward.
25:23So...
25:24Oh, my gosh.
25:27I love you, too.
25:28I love you, too.
25:34Oh, yeah.
25:35Any more drinks for anyone?
25:38Lydia's Toast,
25:40it's really sweet
25:42and really heartfelt,
25:43and I feel like
25:45that's definitely a step
25:47in repairing the breach
25:49that has happened between us.
25:51Folks,
25:52I just want everybody
25:53to raise their glasses to Kim,
25:56an amazing human being,
25:57amazing mother,
25:58amazing friend.
25:59Thank you all for being here today
26:00to celebrate her.
26:01She takes the back seat a lot,
26:04and it's nice to see her
26:06standing out
26:07and being brave
26:08in this new chapter.
26:09And we wish you
26:10nothing but love, success,
26:12and if you fall,
26:13we're here to catch you
26:13because we know
26:14that you would catch
26:15each and every one of us
26:16if we fell.
26:17So, cheers.
26:17Here, here.
26:18To Kim.
26:22I'm really glad
26:23I chose to work tonight
26:24and to be on this party.
26:26It's been...
26:27It's been really good.
26:29Cheers.
26:31I think something
26:31I'm realizing
26:32at this dinner
26:33is when Mom and Ken
26:36first started dating,
26:37it was all too quick,
26:38all too sudden,
26:39and I couldn't understand it,
26:40and I vocalized that to her.
26:43At the same time,
26:44I've wanted my mom
26:45to express that,
26:46you know,
26:46she accepts Zach,
26:48but I'm kind of realizing
26:49I haven't really done that
26:50with Ken.
26:51Libby, I thought
26:52you were off work.
26:54As her daughter,
26:55it's so easy
26:56to just see the flaws
26:58and see everything
26:58through the flaws,
27:00but hearing what her friends
27:02think of her
27:03and how her friends see her
27:06helps me see that
27:07in her, too.
27:08So I guess
27:09I should take
27:09my own advice to heart
27:12and tell her that.
27:17Sometimes you gotta do something
27:19or you go crazy.
27:20Yeah.
27:21Is there anything on your mind?
27:24He's got faces.
27:26If he is not comfortable,
27:28it's...
27:30If he's just sitting there
27:31feeling okay,
27:32it's a...
27:37I think I need
27:38to get out of here
27:39or I'm probably
27:40gonna have a heart attack.
27:42No!
27:43No one got separated
27:44from them!
27:45I have to go get them,
27:46but please help me!
27:48Please help me!
27:49Please help me!
27:54I was walking along
27:56a lonely road
27:58headed out of Alabama
28:01went up over the hill
28:03came a long,
28:04clean Cadillac
28:07This is my buddy Austin.
28:09I think I've known you
28:10for maybe about five years.
28:11But since he's back around,
28:13we've hung out
28:13about every Friday night
28:15for the past
28:15two and a half,
28:16three months.
28:17And we just enjoy
28:18each other's company.
28:19Yeah, that one's a lot better
28:21than I remember.
28:23That's good.
28:24At least it's not worse
28:25than you remember.
28:26He's also very honest.
28:27I am very honest.
28:29Yeah, exactly.
28:30That was a good one.
28:32What's the story
28:33behind that song?
28:36Well, it's kind of
28:38written from
28:39a place of pain.
28:41Right.
28:42Like somebody
28:43leaving everything
28:44and trying to start over.
28:45As the song goes on,
28:46the guy finds out
28:47that you can't just
28:48run from your problems,
28:49you know.
28:50What were you going through
28:52to have all that come about?
28:55Oh, that was
28:55when Olivia left.
28:58I got you.
28:59Heck yeah.
29:00Depression is a real thing
29:02and I definitely
29:03struggled a lot with it.
29:04Music helps a lot.
29:06But also,
29:08sometimes,
29:09music is
29:11very painful too.
29:15Is there anything
29:16on your mind?
29:21He's got faces.
29:23If he is not comfortable,
29:25it's...
29:27If he's having a good time,
29:29it's...
29:30laughing and everything
29:31and if he's just
29:32sitting there
29:32feeling okay,
29:34it's a...
29:36Or he does that.
29:40Got many faces, buddy.
29:46Have you started writing
29:47songs about anything
29:48like new lately?
29:49Or...
29:50I started writing
29:52a song about
29:54Tegan a few months ago.
29:55Really?
29:56What's it about?
30:00What's it about?
30:02Uh...
30:05Uh...
30:05I don't know.
30:06I don't really think
30:07I'd want to play it.
30:10I mean,
30:11do you still have
30:11feelings for Tegan?
30:15Yeah, I mean,
30:16I guess I do.
30:20I have a lot
30:21on my heart and mind,
30:23but, you know,
30:24I can't express it.
30:27I definitely think
30:28my mom and dad
30:29and all of my siblings,
30:32we just didn't really
30:33learn to communicate
30:33very well.
30:34Even not like...
30:38communicating what
30:39you feel or whatever,
30:40but just actual
30:41communication,
30:42you know?
30:43That definitely
30:43has not helped me
30:45any in my personal life.
30:47I've had to learn
30:48that the hard way.
30:49But that's okay.
30:51I'm still learning,
30:52working on it.
30:54I was...
30:54They did somebody
30:55before, too,
30:55and I thought
30:56it was going to be it, too.
30:57But it just wasn't.
31:00And as the time went by,
31:02I really, really
31:03missed that person.
31:04And there will always
31:04be that place
31:05in your heart for them.
31:06But it's the part
31:07of figuring out
31:10what you've got to do
31:11to be okay
31:11with not having them.
31:14And once you figure out
31:15that you're okay with it,
31:17life gets easier.
31:19I don't know.
31:20Sometimes when you get
31:21in these points in life,
31:23it's like you've got
31:24to do something
31:25or you've got to go crazy.
31:26Yeah.
31:27They still have
31:27a place in their heart.
31:29You can never get rid of it.
31:31And it could be
31:32the same way
31:32for her to you.
31:34It's just,
31:34in this time of life,
31:36it wasn't right.
31:38And one day,
31:38it might come back.
31:40But if it don't,
31:41it wasn't meant to be.
31:43And that's just something
31:44us men,
31:45we had to be okay with.
31:47With Deacon,
31:48I definitely miss
31:49a lot of things,
31:51you know?
31:52Doing stuff together,
31:55making memories together.
31:56the biggest thing really
31:58is she truly was
31:59my best friend
32:00like that I'd ever had.
32:02Not being able
32:03to talk to that person
32:06or, you know,
32:07spend any time
32:09and then you're just
32:10thinking all the time
32:11about how quickly
32:12time goes by.
32:14And every day,
32:16every minute,
32:17you can never get back.
32:20Whenever you feel
32:21like you're at low point,
32:22I guess,
32:22always keep yourself
32:23surrounded with the ones
32:24that love you the most,
32:25I reckon.
32:25Keep your good pals
32:26close with you.
32:28You know,
32:28if I'm left to my own devices,
32:30I'll just end up
32:31spending all my time alone
32:32just thinking about everything
32:34and that's not good.
32:35So,
32:35it's good to have friends
32:36that get you away
32:37and not keep everything
32:39that you're thinking
32:40bottled up inside of you.
32:42I'm happy to have you
32:43as a friend.
32:44You too.
32:45Just know I love you, brother.
32:48Love you too.
32:49That was a good smack.
33:19I'm waiting for Ethan
33:21and Isaac
33:22and Kaelin.
33:24Isaac and Kaelin
33:25had the idea
33:26to do a corn maze.
33:28I guess some people
33:29like the adrenaline
33:30that they get
33:31from being scared
33:33and I can't do that.
33:34I'm like,
33:34I do not like
33:36being scared.
33:41I don't like this.
33:42I don't like this.
33:43I just saw someone
33:44that has like a mask on.
33:58I just adore Kaelin.
34:00She's so sweet.
34:01She's so beautiful.
34:02She just has
34:03such a good presence
34:04about her.
34:05I have never
34:06seen one single
34:08red flag from her.
34:10I need Isaac to get here
34:11so I can stand behind you.
34:13You just talked to Isaac.
34:13He said he was still
34:14in the fields.
34:15What?
34:16Me and Isaac
34:17have actually been together
34:18for about a year now
34:19and I would say
34:20that we're doing pretty good.
34:21Me and Isaac
34:22have always been
34:22really good
34:23with communication
34:24but I think
34:24like maybe
34:25the past few weeks
34:26it's,
34:27the communication part
34:28has kind of gone
34:28a little downhill.
34:34You know,
34:35my brother
34:35will save me.
34:41Nice to see you again.
34:42Nice to see you around.
34:45You should really
34:45scare my brother.
34:48I don't want to be
34:49on the end
34:50or the front.
34:51I just got off work
34:52and came out here
34:53and met everybody
34:53and thought it would be
34:54fun to do a little corn maze.
34:56Oh, Isaac,
34:56can you please help me?
34:58No, you have to
34:58fend for yourself.
35:01I'm the girl
35:02and I get put
35:02in the very, very back.
35:04I am being put
35:05in the back.
35:06That's how I know
35:07something is up.
35:09Honestly,
35:09I just can't really
35:10put my finger on it.
35:17You know,
35:18my, my brother
35:18will save me.
35:22You should really
35:23scare my girl.
35:25Oh, my gosh.
35:29Oh, my gosh.
35:30My stomach hurts.
35:31Do you work here?
35:32No.
35:33I don't want to
35:34scare you.
35:36I said, help me.
35:38It's Halloween night
35:40and, you know,
35:42obviously growing up
35:42we didn't celebrate
35:43any holidays,
35:44anything except
35:45birthdays.
35:47But Tegan really
35:48likes Halloween,
35:49so she kind of
35:50introduced me to it,
35:51you know.
35:51Now me and Tegan
35:53are broken up,
35:54it's like,
35:54it reminds me of her,
35:56so it makes me sad,
35:57makes me miss her.
36:01Hey, guys.
36:02Hi, Isaac.
36:02How's it?
36:04What's up?
36:04Hey, Ethan.
36:05How are y'all?
36:06Good.
36:07I just got off work
36:08and came out here
36:08and met everybody
36:09and these guys
36:11thought it would be fun
36:12to do a corn maze,
36:13but I guess it was fun,
36:14but I've been in a field
36:15all day
36:15and go get back
36:17in another field.
36:19Yeah, hmm.
36:21I think everybody's
36:22really tired.
36:26I don't want to be
36:27on the in
36:29or the front.
36:30Doesn't matter to me.
36:34Ethan, I don't want
36:35to be in the back,
36:35but I also, like,
36:36really...
36:37That's okay.
36:37I think that's okay.
36:42I just worked
36:4314 hours farming,
36:45picking peanuts.
36:46I've had a lot
36:46on my mind lately
36:47and I guess
36:48I'd rather not be here.
36:49If I could have just
36:49gone home and went to bed,
36:50that would probably
36:51have been the best thing,
36:52but, you know,
36:52Kaylin was there
36:53and she wanted me
36:54to come as well, so...
36:57Which way are we going?
36:58Are we going the right way?
37:00I'm just going.
37:03No, Ethan.
37:04Please help me!
37:06No, you don't bend
37:06for yourself.
37:07Please help me.
37:09Where are we going?
37:10I'm the girl
37:10and I get put
37:11in the very, very back.
37:14I am being put
37:15in the back.
37:16That's how I know
37:17something is up.
37:18Honestly, I just can't
37:19really put my finger
37:20on it.
37:23I think I need
37:24to get out of here.
37:25I'm probably going
37:26to have a heart attack.
37:28We were just here.
37:31No, we haven't been here.
37:34No.
37:35No, I got separated
37:37from them.
37:38I have to go get them,
37:39but please help me.
37:40Please help me.
37:42Please.
37:43Please.
37:44This way.
37:45We could go.
37:47No, no, no, no.
37:51No.
37:53Okay, guys.
37:54What's the plan?
37:54How do we get out?
37:57That's where we came in.
37:59Should we go this way?
38:00This way looks right.
38:01Maybe.
38:07Oh, my gosh.
38:09It's okay.
38:10Us girls got to stick together
38:12and protect each other
38:13because they're in the front.
38:17Oh, we got it.
38:18Finally.
38:20I got to walk slow.
38:21She's got a hold of my shirt.
38:23Did we do it?
38:23I think we did it.
38:24Oh, my gosh.
38:25Yeah, we did it.
38:26Oh, my gosh.
38:27We did it.
38:29Okay, I can breathe.
38:32Now, let's go home.
38:34We should watch a scary movie
38:35when we get back.
38:36I don't think so.
38:38Kaylin, can we talk in my truck
38:39for a minute?
38:40Okay.
38:46Can you turn your mic off?
38:48Okay.
38:59There's times where I think,
39:01you know,
39:01it'd be nice to maybe go out
39:03and go on a date
39:04and meet somebody.
39:05It's very easy for me
39:06to approach people.
39:07Are you, like,
39:08willing to talk to anybody
39:09kind of thing?
39:10I like to engage people.
39:12Sure.
39:12Yeah.
39:13Do you think Barry has game?
39:14Are you maybe in a position
39:16to help him
39:17kick it up a notch?
39:18There's a couple generations
39:19separating us,
39:20so there might be
39:20some different dating cues,
39:22but, you know,
39:23I'll do my best.
39:25You and I used to be
39:26really close,
39:27and I feel like
39:28all of this other stuff
39:29has kind of crept in
39:30over the years.
39:31Like, whenever I would
39:32talk to you,
39:33it just felt like
39:33there was, like,
39:34I was talking to
39:35a brick wall.
39:37It's been
39:38a lack of transparency,
39:40a lack of vulnerability.
39:41She's got to be able
39:42to let her walls down.
39:46There's no easy way
39:47to say it,
39:48but me and Kaelin,
39:50I broke up with her.
39:53I felt like it was
39:54moving too fast,
39:55and I was too young.
39:57I really believed
39:59so much that he,
40:00you know,
40:01was the one.
40:02Nobody saw it coming.
40:03I was too young.
