00:02on escape to the country there's one word we can't hear enough oh wow was that a wow
00:08moment yes so when our houses prompt our escapees to make plans it's a moving tomorrow type space
00:16no not not tomorrow tonight we'd better get the moving vans at the ready
00:26wow okay we're moving tonight yes and there's no hiding the happiness
00:33hang on the house has made you younger
00:57stepping into the dorset scenery is always a pleasure whether you want to trek along the
01:02coastline clifftops or get lost in the countryside there are more than 3 000 miles of paths to
01:09explore offering a lifetime of routes centuries ago footpaths like these were vital lifelines for
01:17our rural ancestors taking farmers to market children to school families to church they
01:24carried pilgrims by day smugglers by moonlight nowadays however these great joys of the british
01:31countryside aren't just about getting from a to b they're about the pleasure of the journey itself
01:37dorset lies near the middle of england's south coast and while it has verdant vistas stretching as far
01:43as the eye can see for many of its ardent fans it's the sea that draws them it's an ideal
01:50place to
01:50work and live you got these lovely beaches you've got the jurassic coast that way you've got the new
01:54forest national park on the border of hampshire this is a great mix of rural villages market towns
02:00you know they say dorset has 365 hours more sunshine than the rest of the country so you know we're
02:07taking
02:07that for definite technically it's that amount more than the uk average but let's not rain on the
02:13parade with details whatever the weather there are lesser known areas to discover like wareham a
02:20beautiful riverside town its key is a great spot for socializing and there's a range of independent
02:27shops and restaurants chesil beach is the uk's longest beach stretching for 18 miles with such a feast of
02:36treasures the dorset coastline is bound to make a lasting impression after years of deliberation
02:44today's buyers have decided to make the much long-form move to the dorset countryside
02:49and have called us to help get them on their way
02:56norman and linda met just before the pandemic they married soon after and live in richmond
03:02upon thames we're both fully retired and so we want to get away from greater london we want to get
03:08out into the country we want some country air and some sea air they share a love of dancing which
03:16has
03:16inspired their next location we visited dorset a few times mostly for dance holidays in the bournemouth area
03:24and what we've seen we like dancing is paradise we'll be able to dance more i think that's what i
03:31look
03:31forward to most linda enjoys growing plants indoors this is the sweet ivy and this is one of my favorite
03:39well actually they are all my favorite plants but their garden is around five miles from heathrow and
03:45under the flight path so can be noisy they want a bigger kitchen as squeezing into the current one when
03:52cooking can be frustrating here we are or even dangerous
04:04for their maximum budget of 725 000 pounds norman and linda are chasing a detached home
04:11and will consider all styles but preferably with single story living they want three bedrooms a large
04:18kitchen diner a conservatory for linda's plants and a garden that has space for chickens ideally with a stream
04:33even though norman and linda have been together for a few years this is actually the first
04:38house that they're buying together but the bonus is they don't need to wait for a property sale
04:46for this move so if they like one of our houses that's it they're in a really great position to
04:52move
04:53quickly
05:00so i'm making my way to meet them at a leafy spot on the banks of the river stour
05:08linda norman it is so lovely to be here with you how do you think your house hunt together so
05:13far
05:13it's not bad isn't it when you hear the magic words this kitchen is big enough you cracked it okay
05:22all right and who's deciding that about the kitchen me okay yeah all right good to know you see
05:30everything for him is microwave i don't like microwave all right okay starting to get a feel for this
05:39outside you you want a little bit of land don't you yeah i mean i'm not interested in mowing masses
05:47of grass or anything like that but so this garden will not do no actually this is nice no no
05:54this is
05:55small enough it has to come with the staff as far as i'm concerned because i won't be doing it
06:01but yes linda's quite keen on plants i i envisage a sort of small low maintenance place and maybe a
06:08lot of pots and edges but uh nothing too huge as far as the garden's concerned i think this is
06:15reasonable this first house is going to be interesting yeah yes we'll figure it out yeah let's go let's go
06:21let's you ready come we're kicking off our search in the heart of the county in the market town of
06:30blandford forum it's anything but bland but notable for its georgian architecture having been largely
06:37rebuilt following an extensive fire in the 1730s the church recently won a prestigious architecture award
06:45for its restoration which included new roof insulation to make it more thermally efficient
06:51the town streets are stocked with essentials and luxuries and around a 10 minute walk from the
06:56marketplace is our first property well here we are oh well that's nice it's different sort of roof as
07:07well that part is quite unique isn't it electric vehicle point over there well maintained front nice
07:16color scheme gravel drive and the conservatory and the potted plants a really lovely sunny space my potted
07:24plants yes well this is it exactly everything can be outside in here yeah yeah and you're private
07:31here you know even though this is the front of the house you're not really looked upon all positive so
07:36far right absolutely in we go yes i think that wasn't a request was it
07:46this detached home dates back to 1950 and the original building is reminiscent of a dutch barn
07:53that's been extended to the left which is where we're heading
07:58you have this lovely hallway as you enter with the oak staircase oh yes lovely and downstairs
08:06lou right bathroom really nice right and then come into here
08:12oh that's nice wow
08:21lovely floor beautiful finish wrapping round into the kitchen area i see yes that view through those doors
08:30into the garden and the the blossoms up there it's beautiful it's a garden there beautiful to look at
08:38and then beautiful to spend time in as well
08:41you don't you don't have to do much work there yeah we'll take him there later should we go through
08:47to the kitchen we see how it all connects round yes and then that's the pantry cupboard can we be
08:56a bit
08:56cheeky and open the door yeah go on i saw the door i thought funny another entrance to the loo
09:01no no no not
09:02at all go and poke your heads in oh yes that's a nice space it's neat isn't it really nice
09:10and it
09:10means everything's on display it means oh you can find your things about cooking easier i love one of
09:14it i've got one of those yeah good space for everything yeah yes keep her in there and here we
09:21have
09:22nice eye level ovens yes not the sort of bending down cooker type approach yes you both said the kitchen
09:29was super important yeah because it's a lot of space we don't have to at home we have to go
09:35through
09:35this way and go to the other way you two have got space to do your your ballroom dancing practice
09:40here
09:41the utility room means the supersized kitchen doesn't even have to house the bulky appliances
09:47while in the original parts there's still lots to see there really is a place for everything because
09:53you've got home office there a room being used as a bedroom there and you have a a second reception
10:00room very snug yeah yeah and that's exactly it i think this is your little winter space your cozy
10:06space if you want to get away from the kitchen area your cinema space your tv room exactly quite soft
10:13compact isn't it you don't have to be sort of right through the other one as well yeah sometimes a
10:20a separate space is useful yeah because sometimes when you cook and the smells get through as well
10:25yeah upstairs a modern family bathroom is shared by a further three bedrooms the main one is almost as
10:33big as the other two combined and includes a dressing area nice large windows this looks out onto the garden
10:42yeah quite good space yeah ah oh that's nicely done very nice your space here my space then oh wow
10:52space for
10:53me yeah what a novelty no look at here yes very well organized yeah it's really nice they've thought about
11:01everything i think with this house i think it's ready to move into yes it's a move in tomorrow type
11:06space
11:07no not not tomorrow tonight no i think you'll find that people living here
11:13they have found somewhere else though i will give that much away so this could be something that
11:17could definitely be quick okay to the front of the property is a large garage then the rear certainly
11:24has enough space for chickens and backs onto woodland i think we better talk about how much this property is
11:32on
11:32the market for i'd say um 715 000 pounds okay i would say 700 000 pounds on the nose you
11:43think 700 000
11:44pounds what would you say if i say it is now on the market for 625 000 pounds wow yeah
11:53you're well over
11:55well after a little reduction in price ah because they have found somewhere okay so they're keen to go
12:03exactly six to five
12:07that's a very good price 625 000 pounds for this extended dutch barn style home it has a spacious kitchen
12:17diner with additional pantry and utility plus four bedrooms the conservatory and a large garage
12:25i mean the moment you enter that driveway and you look at the proportions of the house
12:32how it's laid out a conservatory it's very pleasing it's encouraging
12:38the lawn is pretty yeah and you don't have some weeds there's some lawns you have a lot of weeds
12:44but
12:44this is clear of weeds which is really good i'm trying to look for a dandelion i can't see anyone
12:49in that kitchen we're dancing around the central aisle with no problem at all it seems a lot of house
12:56for that price
13:07with the spectacularly sunny weather it would be a shame not to visit the seaside so we're sending
13:13norman and linda to explore the market town of christ church which was founded in the 7th century at the
13:20confluence of two rivers the town was fortified in the 9th century and during the second world war
13:26to protect from invasion but today it welcomes visitors who enjoy its harbor beaches nature reserves
13:37and more
13:38the market happens in the town every monday there's a food festival that happens every year in the quay
13:45we've also got classic car meet that happens here whether it's a rainy day whether it's a sunny day
13:51there's plenty to do everything from paddle boarding to eating out from relaxed places to
13:58high-end places to eat out if you're younger and you want a nightlife there's a really good nightlife
14:03in bournemouth and southampton or salisbury's really cool it's 21 today and i don't think so
14:09i think no but they yeah i think we've missed that one if you're older then you've got plenty of
14:16clubs
14:16you've got walking groups you've got nissanata groups and most of the people down here are pretty
14:22welcoming someone who knows a thing or two about local social groups is instructor
14:28suzanne hancock co-owner of a dance company we're joiners we uh if we come into the area we'll look
14:36for things to join it's walking through that door isn't it i'm a dance teacher so i i do ballroom
14:42latin
14:43sequence i've got a couple of places where we we do the dancing and actually we get quite a few
14:48people
14:49that have come from around the area we get people coming for us from weymouth dorchester they travel
14:54from quite afar and it's a community that will welcome you in so is that all ages and abilities
15:01absolutely i teach mainly older people we have tea dances social evenings uh teaching class if you
15:09want to to learn well come to your tea dances as long as there's cake oh there's always cake and
15:14biscuits i promise keep dancing and it'll be lovely to see you again why not oh i've just taken your
15:20partner oh i've taken norman sorry linda
15:27hopefully that's a quick step because i need them to hot foot it over to our house hunt
15:37for our next property we're traveling to the northeast of the county
15:41headed for the village of tarrant gunville it's full of quintessential country buildings with pretty flint
15:49and brick homes thatched cottages and a grade two star listed church on a site dating back to the
15:561100s there's a village hall that hosts regular yoga sessions and i'm sure they won't mind a bit of
16:02ballroom dancing too around a quarter of a mile from it next to the river tarrant is our second house
16:09that will be very familiar to older generations of the locals well here we are very impressive isn't it
16:18just very impressive it used to be a school dates back to 1874 the whole thing was a school building
16:27and then it was converted great right yes well i can say it's very very beautiful yes see stonework and
16:40brickwork yes as well hey we can have dancing here as well quite so what a good idea you can
16:48have a
16:48little outside dance an inside one it's certainly the house for it let's head in yeah although this
16:58victorian former school is complete with period features like the gothic arched window and bell tower
17:04it's not listed we're starting in the vaulted sitting room with original pine flooring
17:13well yes that is quite a huge space
17:20wow and that feature window at the end there people will always ask to come for dinner
17:26that's the only problem they have to cook themselves why don't you say bring a plate
17:31and a bottle of wine and you're in it's beautiful really beautiful and some of these features now
17:37these original features are so in vogue now people are paying a fortune for these kind of radiators and
17:44yeah these old-fashioned ones in it yeah it's beautiful there are plenty of rooms to see
17:50but first let's have a look at another part of this room look this way so you've got the double
17:56height
17:57ceiling but actually a mezzanine we can have a show up there you really could oh it's lovely
18:07i can't find the right word to say though it's fine you can be speechless the teachers like it when
18:13people
18:13are silent yeah from there you can take in more of the view because the windows are quite high they
18:19didn't want the kids to be able to see out so you can see the way the building has been
18:23built okay
18:25really really nice and more and more into the what is now the kitchen it was the dining hall there
18:34were rows oh okay of kids here and then that's the serving hatch so that used to be the kitchen
18:41and then the food was served through the hatch right another large window can make a very light room
18:49i mean this is the kitchen window of dreams surely through the hatch is a utility room aside from the
18:57mezzanine the rest of the accommodation is on the ground floor and includes an orangery in an extended wing
19:04room oh wow was that a wow norman yes i did say wow a very impressive room it is that
19:14sort of lantern
19:15effect of glass ceiling it's quite beautiful it's quite adjacent to the ballroom yeah is this not going
19:24to be your ballroom a big space down there alongside the sitting room a long hallway links the family
19:32bathroom plus a shower room as well as two single bedrooms and then in the numer extension are two
19:39more larger bedrooms wow it's a nice big bedroom another one yeah yeah it's quite a space between
19:50the whole bed huge amount of window over there and space for wardrobes the former playground has a more
20:00mature vibe now and also includes a triple garage what do you make of the outside space again it feels
20:10manageable i think so yeah yeah because you haven't got a lot of straps and things like that yeah yeah
20:17you
20:29would run riot i think they'd certainly have some fun just fans there and that's enough yeah well you're
20:35going to have to put a price on things now tricky you know the drill once you've seen a property
20:42a lot of
20:43property on a lot of space in a good location i'd say 700 000 okay a thousand pounds if you
20:54say 700
20:57650 does she always go lower well i think always goes contrary as the book you're looking for
21:04you're trying to bargain already it is on the market for 750 000 pounds so 100 000 shoot
21:14you two for hours bro not only me oh she's competitive yeah 750 000 pounds for this victorian
21:25schoolhouse packed with original features like the gothic windows the star attraction is the vaulted hall
21:32but it also boasts four bedrooms in a sought-after village location it's a fascinating property not
21:41one we ourselves would probably have found or considered on our own i just love it full stop
21:49i fell in love with it straight away i think to myself is it a bit too big for us
21:55and then a voice in my eyes is nonsense so apparently i almost gave you a mystery house before the
22:05actual mystery house tonight well you wanted a surprise didn't you yes we got that we got a wow
22:15that's the main thing i know wow huh right let's hit off a while
22:26part of the reason for norman and linda's move to dorset is their desire for sea air so i'm taking
22:33them to enjoy the golden sand and clear waters of sandbanks it's one of the most expensive regions
22:39in the country but you can't put a price on those views the one thing i love about sandbanks is
22:48just
22:49you get to see everything don't you the beach the coast and then the glorious countryside behind
22:56it almost is a picture of why you want to move absolutely yes especially with weather like this
23:03i can't guarantee that all year round but then you know that yes and there's just something about
23:09the fresh sea air isn't there oh yes it's very refreshing yeah i grew up with sea air and
23:15always thought i'd like to return to it at some time when you've got nothing to do you just want
23:21to sit and watch the waves and it's calming like it yes and can dreamland yeah you can sit out
23:28there and just watch the world go by sure has today made you really eager to move are you ready
23:37oh yes you've been talking about it for a long time haven't you yes actually isn't it yeah at least
23:42a couple of years and then this year i said that if we don't move we will never move yeah
23:48so it started
23:48if not now when yeah you can wait for tomorrow every day is a tomorrow anyway
23:55yeah so how how many tomorrows can you wait it's forever waiting well tomorrow is the mystery house
24:02but i think let's just uh soak in today really what we saw and enjoy all this absolutely it's nice
24:09actually if i better go by the uv brolly put your hat back on go on by the uv brolly
24:16if you're
24:17going to move to the coast and we have summers like this you're going to need one of those hey
24:22there you
24:22go i forgot my hat but i'll put my sunnies on
24:43with its abundance of picturesque panoramas and pretty properties all within a stone's throw of the sea
24:50city it's hardly surprising that house prices in dorset are higher than the uk average a detached
24:57home here costs an average of five hundred and thirty thousand pounds more than twenty percent higher
25:02than the uk figure of four hundred and thirty eight thousand across the region it is possible to find
25:09homes for around half that amount though such as this two-bedroom property within a former victorian
25:16manor house it has a modern kitchen spacious accommodation plus an allocated parking space
25:23on the edge of the new forest priced at two hundred and thirty thousand pounds
25:29or for half a million pounds this grade two listed 18th century cottage has a tiled roof to the front
25:36but
25:36is thatched at the back and is set in a third of an acre of mature gardens inside the living
25:42spaces are
25:43cozy and it boasts three bedrooms plus two bathrooms while on the rental market this grade two listed
25:51cottage has been expertly renovated to blend clean modern lines with original features it offers three
25:58bedrooms and a well-stocked garden and is available for nineteen hundred pounds a month
26:08i was thinking about what linda said on the beach last night about taking that leap in your 70s and
26:14not
26:14waiting for tomorrow isn't there such a lovely lesson for us all in that i don't really have time to
26:22ponder
26:22though because tomorrow is today and we need to reveal the mystery house which really is a property
26:28that has everything they've asked for it has the quirkiness that linda will absolutely love with the
26:35practicalities that will appeal to norman too for our mystery house we're heading only a couple of miles
26:42inland from the beach to the village of portisham which was founded by king canute a thousand years ago
26:50this would be your village if you bought the mystery house ever thought about living in an anglo-saxon
26:57village provided there was no warring going on here no not at the moment but it's got all your
27:04amenities like a farm shop a gorgeous pub you've even got a library in a telephone box right there so
27:11i'm going to go ahead to the mystery house it's within walking distance explore the village
27:16where we have a browse at the books yeah excellent see you soon
27:24less than 100 meters from the village pub is our mystery house this property is going to be
27:30very tough for linda to say no to it comes with the chicken coop she's after the garden has a
27:36stream in
27:37it that was on her ideal wish list and all with this lovely backdrop as for the bricks and mortar
27:44itself
27:45well the mystery house was constructed about 20 years ago as a contemporary single-story property
27:51in the shape of a horseshoe it's so unusual that it was previously featured as a mystery house a decade
27:58ago
27:58and while the former escapees didn't snap it up then i'm hoping that this incredible horseshoe home
28:05will bring us luck the second time around hello hello welcome to the mystery house on a beautiful day
28:16what about the house though it's not revealing much of itself no it's this you're looking that way
28:23this is the house so it's a mystery already
28:26yes okay it's not giving much away at the moment well that's because it only is on one level it's
28:33a
28:33bungalow all right you can't quite see the shape of it but it's a horseshoe shape right i need to
28:40reveal
28:40more there's it's not giving much away here but let me take you through this courtyard which
28:46is going to be ideal for you with block work at the front to blend with surroundings much of this
28:52construction is timber clad elevations beneath a slate roof wrapped around a courtyard have a look
28:59wow wow wow at this courtyard i know small and tidy beautifully arranged isn't this ideal for you
29:09yep water feature low maintenance selection a selection of different trees on plants all in
29:20parts here just somewhere lovely to come and say this is uh citrus i think it's a melon lemon because
29:29of
29:30its pointer oh yeah yeah yeah lovely i don't think they've noticed the building yet but they will in
29:38the kitchen oh you really start to see the shape yeah what do you think it's a beautiful layout
29:54and the reason actually for the horseshoe shape is this used to be the old stable block the manor house
29:59here so there's a reason okay but i think it's nice that it's all on one level you have that
30:05yeah
30:07yeah vaulted ceiling beautiful yeah everything you're saying is great it's true it's so unique
30:14should we go and have a look at more yes yes please if we come through here so it's just
30:19around the
30:19corner to the living room it all flows actually i know wow and then look at the i'm just obsessed
30:28with the
30:28ridge that you're surrounded by here so it's my tendency wow it's beautiful what do you think of the
30:34spaces and how they work because these are the two main living spaces yeah i think it's large enough
30:40it's big enough it's not so squash the high ceiling works really well as well yeah it gives them you
30:47know
30:48underlines the the space of the whole thing can you see yourself turning this into your home
30:57yes so far so good i think do like this one yes next to the kitchen is a handy study
31:05which could double
31:06up as a third bedroom and then there are two large bedrooms each with a spacious modern bathroom which
31:13lie to either ends of the footprint i do love this simple modern view of the beautiful courtyard
31:22yeah butterflies yes how do you get how they open this next one this is door with your handles yeah
31:32pressure
31:32ones
31:36this group
31:39with the screw the handle they'll have many happy years to figure that out
31:49oh wow another good size very modern yes yes and some inbuilt storage
31:59a quick peep without being too nosy yes water
32:03cupboard handles make life easier but i cannot wait any longer because although the house with its private
32:09front courtyard is amazing just wait until they see what's on offer at the back i've been looking
32:16forward to showing you this garden i know my challenge to you is i dare you not to love this
32:22garden
32:23i've got a stream oh an actual stream oh yeah that was put in by the current owners oh i
32:32love it
32:34my own stream okay honey
32:38quack quack no quack quack and what you've got over there what is it called
32:42it might be a hen house chicken coop oh it's really nice but really yes oh gosh
32:49she's in disbelief are you crying so nice really i just love streams the garden's everything you've asked
33:01for yes and more yeah especially with you with me oh yeah oh so nice
33:14oh i love this hopefully you'll love the price too okay if it's at the right price what will you
33:21do
33:22i'm gonna move in tonight it's very difficult to give the price on it i would say 725 000.
33:32okay yeah i'll say 7 30 000 pounds okay it is now on the market for 625 000 pounds
34:06this horseshoe shaped home offers single story living with an open plan kitchen diner the potential
34:13for three bedrooms and a pretty garden with a stream and hen house i'd say that's winner winner
34:19chicken dinner for the mystery house walking into the bathrooms they're sort of set up wet room style
34:28which is just how we like it two two two of those one in each wing and then we came
34:35out into the garden
34:37would you believe a stream and then there was a clucky noise and there was a the hens in the
34:43hen coop
34:44cluck cluck cluck cluck i love this dream i really love it i think they might be euphoric
34:54hang on the house has made you younger yeah no i just tell you well that's what this age is
35:01about
35:09moving from property treasures on land to the spoils of the sea i'm heading to a seaweed spa
35:16founded by dan and jade scott the business harnesses the natural antioxidants and minerals
35:22found in seaweed but i won't get to put my feet up just yet first i have to collect some
35:30you're making me work for the seaweed i'm absolutely going to make you work for the
35:33seaweed because if you're going to have a seaweed bath which is such a luxurious relaxing experience
35:37you need to earn it okay so what i'm going to do is i'm going to give you a basket
35:41because if we
35:41give you a foraging basket you'll absolutely look like you know what you're talking about
35:45and there are a few key sort of safety messages around seaweed foraging so at the moment the tide's
35:50still going out so it's not going to be rising and cutting us off and we're also this area is
35:55incredibly shallow so if we fall over today we're not disappearing under water we're literally just
36:00going to be standing up so it's a really low risk spot we're going to wade to the edge of
36:05the rock
36:05pools as carefully as possible because even though it is low risk i'm not sure i want to fall into
36:11the sea on national television well we may as well get started so what we've got down here is we've
36:18a seaweed called fucus serratus or sawtooth rack the way i know that it's called sawtooth rack it's
36:25really easy i'll give you a bit there you go take that and if you look you can see that
36:30it's got a
36:31serrated edge oh yeah feel that slight oiliness to it what it does is it secretes the substance over
36:36itself to protect it when it's when the tide's gone out and that is key really to later on when
36:43we're in
36:43the bath so we need to get some of this now the way we get the sawtooth rack is we
36:48pull it up yes
36:49and then what i'm going to do is i'm just going to run my hands through it just to make
36:52sure there's
36:52nothing living on there because often we've got things like good point yeah so there's lots we don't
36:56any bycatch like any of the top shells uh any of the whelks or any of the periwinkles and then
37:02what you
37:02can do is you can take your scissors and you can cut there because if we cut about here we're
37:07leaving
37:07enough of the plant left or enough the organism left to regrow yes and so we can take as long
37:12as
37:13we're doing on a small artist acid perfect yeah about there and then we'll get that in your basket
37:17and as long as we're harvesting on a small artisanal scale and as long as i move around from place
37:22to
37:22place to do this then it's absolutely fine for anyone who fancies trying this it's not as simple as
37:29grabbing the scissors and heading to the sea dan has a commercial seaweed foraging license and knows
37:35where he is and isn't allowed to forage so having rummaged around the rock pools for long enough
37:42i'm off to the spa experience i've been promised
37:48well here she is hello jade i've been hearing about and here's the seaweed brilliant he's been
37:54working you hard you've done he said i had to fill the whole basket for a good bath yes you
37:58definitely
37:59have done well you've got enough there i think shall i put you to work would you are you tired
38:04let's go no no no i quite like this i feel like i really aren't this yeah yeah you will
38:09feel like
38:10that by the end of it i thought hang on is this not going straight in the bath no oh
38:14so we we prefer
38:16to put the seaweed in these muslin bags so that when the hot water goes through the seaweed it releases
38:22like a natural serum and these bags catch that serum so it means you can apply it directly to your
38:28skin
38:28so then i open up the bag and then no the serum comes comes out because it's such a fine
38:33mesh the
38:34serum comes through it and then you can apply it to your body your face your hair directly rather than
38:39diluting it in the water fantastic so that's a top tip okay so yeah i need to fill these bags
38:44yeah and
38:44put quite a lot in because the more that's in there the more lovely serum you get out of it
38:50so really
38:50pack them in yeah okay squash it right down to the bottom i've been eating seaweed for you know years
38:56and we sort of know okay it's great the vitamins the minerals the iodine but really the skincare
39:02aspect of it how it makes you feel when it's applied on the skin is really have you used any
39:08seaweed skin products before i'm wondering i've had vegan collagen would that have had seaweed in it
39:13yes i would have thought so so you're taking that as a tablet for yes yeah okay well in skin
39:19care it
39:19also does the same thing so it promotes collagen and it promotes hyaluronic acid
39:24so racks like this 45 i probably need this we all need it yeah so the the brown seaweed racks
39:30like
39:30this are perfect for skin care what just really hydrating um yeah that's just full of antioxidants
39:37just perfect for skin you couldn't get a better ingredient really yeah so if you go and get ready
39:43i'll get your bath ready for you thank you see you in a bit treat
39:49when soaking in the bath the seaweed is said to help draw out toxins and impurities from the body
39:55and the natural oils that are released soothe stiff joints and sore muscles as well as moisturizing the
40:02skin and hair and the view's not bad either oh my gosh i did not know how much i needed
40:11this
40:14oh my gosh the seaweed serum is just
40:18like the aloe vera serum you get what did jade say to put it all over me this is going
40:23to help my skin
40:24especially after the sun we've been in this is so good norman and linda were itching to get moving
40:33on the mystery house but i'm sure they'll allow me five more minutes especially as i'm working so hard
40:49we know that linda and norman love the mystery house i'm not even going to ask about the other
40:54properties all i want to know is how they're feeling after finding the one you've fallen in love with
41:09the mystery house definitely fall in love again oh and it looks like you may well do it yep
41:23yes we've got to uh contact the estate agent tell him we're interested get a second viewing maybe

42:33mystery property as soon as they walked through that front gate and then their reaction to the garden
42:38the elation and the emotion that was absolutely priceless i'm so pleased that their dream of
