00:22to do it. I think he's good at it. I think he and I have been doing this a long

00:28developed a muscle for it. And look, I've been there. I've been it. I have totally been in that
00:37mindset of like, I need, I just need a break or what have you. It's actually an opportunity is how
00:43I see it. Just come back and, and, you know, wet, wipe the slate clean and let's go. I mean,

00:52it's, I think the show can be very cathartic in that, in that manner. And, and it also, you can,
00:58you know, shoot yourself in the foot, which happens quite often, but it happens to all of us. And,
01:04and they're pretty fair about showing that. And so I would encourage him as a friend and I hope I,
01:11hopefully I don't have to, but I think he should. If he weren't to come back, then that would leave
