Franck Lazareff will offenbar einfach nur ein normales Leben führen. Klappt nicht. Nach einem Überfall auf sein Haus wird seine Frau Leo verschleppt, und plötzlich hängt er in einer Todeskette fest, die mehr nach Abrechnung mit der Vergangenheit schmeckt als nach coolen Action-Setpieces. Es wird gejagt, verhandelt, geraten, geflohen. Und während er versucht, Leo zu finden, merkt man: Diese Geschichte hat nur einen Hebel. Trauma. Jeder Schritt wirkt, als würde er gegen eine alte Entscheidung treten, die ihn nie losgelassen hat.
