00:19I think progress is actually right now where our CBA is up and I think it's a huge fork
00:25in the road where we're able to then understand that women's sports is a business and treat
00:29it as such so I think that this year will set the tone.
00:34Success is linear, it has its ups and downs, it has its two steps forward, two steps back
00:39and I think it's just accepting that.
