00:04rates for Plan 2 and Plan 3 loans particularly given the potential for a
00:10temporary increase in inflation from the war in the Middle East. This isn't our
00:15war but we know it's having an impact on people and we want to provide some
00:19certainty for graduates on Plan 2 and Plan 3 loans that they won't be impacted
00:25by increases in inflation so they can be assured that there'll be a maximum
00:30interest rate of 6% between this September and next August.
