00:07collision. Leeds CID would like to speak to anyone who witnessed or who has footage of the incident
00:13which took place on Carcrofts in the armly area of the city during the evening of Thursday 2nd
00:20of April. It happened at around 7.08pm after a grey Volkswagen T-Cross was in a collision
00:26with a 19-year-old man in the street. The car then made off from the scene and the victim
00:32suffered serious injuries which are not being treated as life-threatening. Officers believe
00:38the car struck the teenager deliberately and are pursuing a number of lines of inquiry.
