Update on 8-6-09 West Hartford Shooting Incident

Police say, however, the shooting was not a drive by and not random. The two parties know one another. A 19 year old man was shot twice, but has since been released from the hospital. The victim was at first uncooperative, but is now being more helpful with police questions.
