The West Hartford Art League celebrated the start of their 2010 Artwalk exhibit with a sidewalk chalk competition and other activities on September 11th. The Artwalk exhibit in over 75 West Hartford Center storefront windows will continue through October 9th. Distributed by Tubemogul.
