मिडिल ईस्ट में छिड़ी जंग के बीच अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने सोमवार (6 अप्रैल) को एक बार फिर दावा किया गया है कि भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध को उन्होंने खत्म कराया और 50 करोड़ लोगों की जान बचाई, वहीं ईरान के साथ छिड़े वॉर को 5 सप्ताह बीत चुके हैं.
व्हाइट हाउस में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में ट्रंप ने कहा, 'मैंने भारत और पाकिस्तान समेत 8 युद्ध खत्म कराए हैं, यहां तक कि पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री ने मुझसे कहा कि मैंने 30 से 50 मिलियन लोगों की जान बचाई.' उन्होंने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में दूसरी बार यही दावा दोहराया और कहा कि उन्होंने भारत-पाकिस्तान संघर्ष समेत 8 युद्ध समाप्त किए, साथ ही नोबेल शांति पुरस्कार न मिलने पर फिर से अफसोस जताया.
