00:14Under U.S. federal law, travelers can carry as much cash as they choose, but must declare
00:21any form of currency worth over $10,000.
00:25How much cash do you guys travel with today?
00:27About $8,500.
00:30Organized crime groups frequently transport illegal currency across international ports
00:36of entry.
00:38You guys are good.
00:40Thank you, guys.
00:41I appreciate it.
00:42Have a safe trip.
00:46That dog was alerting on her.
00:49Today, moments before she tried to board a flight out of the U.S., a canine alerted to
00:58a Chinese national.
01:00Officers have discovered several bundles of concealed cash.
01:05Well, it looks like another package that's wrapped in plastic and foil.
01:11When asked, the woman failed to disclose the full amount of money in her carry-on.
01:17So a passenger reported traveling was $6,800.
01:21It's a loan in U.S. dollars.
01:23We found over $16,000.
01:26Not only has she withheld the truth, she's gone to great lengths to mask the money sent,
01:32a known smuggling technique.
01:35We're going to go ahead and pull her checked luggage off a plane and thoroughly check all
01:41bags to see if there's any other currency that's been hidden.
01:44In secondary, the search continues.
01:47We have to do a full, thorough baggage check.
01:50We want to make sure that the amount is spot on.
01:55We don't want to be off by even $1.
01:59Money to seal in the shoe.
02:01Should I?
02:02Let's see.
02:04The same tin foil.
02:12All right.
02:13That's more money, bud.
02:14She's definitely missing a fight today.
02:20You ain't dying for not in this land it?
02:22Anything in the bags, you're going to stick me, poke me, cut me, hurt me by any chance?
02:25We're up against the clock.
02:27We're looking for anybody that's not declaring, and there's going to be a lot.
02:54All right.
02:56We're still there?
02:58Yeah.
02:59We're still there.
03:01Roughly 85% of cocaine seized and tested in the U.S.
03:05is traced back to colombia purpose of travel vacation all right can i have your passports
03:13all travelers entering the united states can be stopped and questioned by cbp officers
03:19but special attention is given to anyone who may have been previously suspected of carrying narcotics
03:27today officer camey is on the lookout for a man who's just landed from colombia so right now
03:33we're waiting for an individual to come in from a flight from bogota colombia we're going to make
03:38sure he's not trying to smuggle contraband into the u.s if he's found with even a small amount of
03:44an illicit drug he could be charged with importing a controlled substance which carries a maximum 20
03:50year prison sentence one of our officers will let us know that he's at their booth we'll grab him
03:57bring him downstairs we'll just do a quick interview ask him what he was doing on vacation where he
04:02stayed what the purpose of his trip was just to kind of get a basis to see if his story
04:07makes
04:07sense and then we'll go through every single pocket every single thing and make sure there's no contraband
04:12anywhere
04:21as the target approaches primary officer camey moves in here thank you how are you sir you can follow me
04:31we're gonna go grab your luggage okay and takes him to secondary for a full baggage search
04:38perfect anything in your pockets at all that you have cell phone wallet keys whatever you have just
04:42put up here for me all right so have you ever been checked before yeah okay i'm a good guy
04:50i'm a good
04:50guy i promise so we're gonna go through the bag now so just take a step back let me see
04:55your hands at
04:56all times it's just for safety okay this is all the medication that you have
05:03and it's all prescribed in your name
05:08what is this one for yeah that's one infections for infections
05:20and then can you name every pill in here just what they're used for officer camey discovers a case
05:27of vitamins a common ploy for smugglers is to hide small quantities of illegal narcotics among supplements
05:34so she must be thorough i promise get all my vitamins here so i need to verify them before
05:44anytime we have anything like that we try to make sure
05:47it doesn't match any of our narcotics that are prohibited so those all look over the counter they're
05:52labeled even though the pill case is clean a lot of people sometimes forget things in their pockets so
06:00we always try to make sure there's nothing left behind in there it's not long before officer camey
06:08finds something suspicious and what are all those different cell phones for not only are multiple
06:15cell phones a known indicator in criminal activity who's this the man is traveling with someone else's id
06:36the dog was alerting on her so a passenger reported trousers was six thousand eight hundred dollars
06:42just unloading us dollars we found over sixteen thousand dollars in detroit a passenger has been
06:50found concealing thousands of dollars got money to steal in the shoe she does see the same tin floor
07:00following her initial declaration of six thousand eight hundred dollars officers have found an
07:05additional fifteen thousand dollars as well as bundles of chinese and japanese currency
07:12leading them to suspect she could be involved in a money laundering scheme all right that's more money but
07:22and experience tells officers there may be more so while we're going through the bags it's very very
07:28very important that we look for some type of similarities between what we found in the carry-on
07:33luggage and the check luggage so if there's any type of closed containers wrapped up in foil or plastics
07:39that's taped together i want to be surprised if there's a lot of similarities in 2025 u.s law enforcement
07:47exposed a group of chinese nationals responsible for laundering over 92 million dollars from drug trafficking
07:54and organized crime make sure you uh check the line lining too that's what i'm doing she's putting
08:02in the solar shoes down to the t man
08:07oh there's more it's sealed in the coat
08:11yes it's all wrapped up in a bag let me take a photo of that hey guess what yep
08:20i know that was only one shoe this is the second shoe in here we got more
08:34i'm confident there's nothing else in this bag
08:37what's the total 36 000 right it's over 36 000 over over 36. officer gumber suspects the aluminum foil
08:46could be a ploy to avoid canine detection she's a very smart woman the way she had wrapped it between
08:52the foil and the black plastic bag this is not her first rodeo i can tell you that for sure
08:57she knows
08:57what she's doing she's probably done this in the past before with over 36 000 undeclared dollars
09:03recovered officer gumber has some questions where did the money come from
09:13who are the friends you want the name please mike
09:19how do you know mike this is my personal this is my personal department i understand that but you're
09:26carrying money from you're giving you're you're taking money from someone else and you're transporting
09:31it outside of the united states at this point you're kind of making our business now listen when you
09:37hide the money like this it scares me because i need to know where the money is going and what
09:42the money is being used for i want to trust you i just need to verify what you're telling me
09:47so if you don't want to give me information i can't fully trust you what you're telling me
09:50you understand i'm not still money okay i borrowed my friend and also i work i save the money
09:58okay so who did you borrow money from besides mike and uh sam sam okay where does sam work
10:05can i check them out yeah go ahead that's fine
10:11without warning the woman uses her phone for something officers aren't expecting
10:18excuse me what are you what are you doing what no no no i need to know what you're doing
10:23ma'am ma'am
10:26ma'am let the phone now what did you just do what what did you just do ma'am what

10:49with us it's it's gonna be a bumpy ride after all this you give me a hard time i haven't
10:56given you
10:57any hard time i'm just asking a couple questions what is the money for what's the money for what's
11:02the money for for do they make cancer surgery medical pills i have the cancer i have long cancer
11:29so we're gonna go through the bag now just take a step back
11:33in newark officer camey is searching a colombian citizen who's suspected of carrying narcotics
11:42not only has she found three cell phones
11:45who's this he's carrying another man's id leading officer camey to suspect theft or identity fraud
11:53that's my my my my husband why do you have his id that's his old one i i don't know
12:01i'm colombian i
12:02like to have my loved one is he from the us or he's colombian as well indiana what made him
12:10move
12:10to colombia me you okay and what are all those different cell phones for is one of them a work
12:18phone business phone or there's the personal device my colombian one and this is i just upgrade for
12:24the 16 16 plus so this one my old one yeah my 14 so my colombian one is it's like
12:30i'm able to
12:31communicate in colombia easier and then this one i don't when i'm in colombia i'm not able to use my
12:36phone phone okay safe officer camey is satisfied that the man has nothing to hide this is all good
12:45he explains that he was previously caught with traces of a party drug on a trip to the u.s
12:52an issue i leave in the in the pocket of like a chain something yeah that's how it usually happens
12:59you can start packing all this back up yeah you can go ahead i try to make it the least
13:04messy as i
13:05could okay i appreciate it thank you for your energy appreciate it no problem today the inspection was
13:12negative it is a good day when someone's been inspected before that they don't make the same
13:16mistake twice because we know they either learned their lesson or they're doing the right things as
13:49people
13:57San Francisco International is one of the busiest airports in the country
14:01and the West Coast's main gateway to Europe and Asia.
14:06Every day we're getting flights from China, Korea, London.
14:11United States citizens coming back from London always have some type of luxury goods.
14:15We've got some Scottish guys coming in.
14:17Yesterday, that was the first time I've ever seen anybody from Scotland
14:20here.
14:21Officer Giannis is one of 60,000 CBP officers on America's front line,
14:27protecting the country and its people from harm.
14:31I think what's unique about this job is the amount of interactions that you get.
14:35It's literally my job to be nosy, and you get to ask people all types of questions,
14:41some of them very personal.
14:43A lot of the time you'll go into a conversation with somebody thinking,
14:47I may think they're working here.
14:49And then you turn the corner, open their bags, and you've got lingerie and handcuffs.
14:54And all of a sudden, ooh, maybe it's not the type of work that I thought they were doing.
14:58At the end of the day, if I did my job to the best of my ability, I'm sleeping well
15:03at night.
15:06Hello, good afternoon.
15:08All right, we're going to take a quick photo, glasses off, okay?
15:14Rising tariffs have caused a surge in Americans purchasing luxury goods in Europe,
15:20where they're cheaper.
15:27By law, all purchases made by U.S. citizens abroad
15:31must be declared in an import duty paid on anything over $800.
15:37How's it going?
15:39Go ahead and bring your items over here.
15:42Today, Officer Jacobson is processing passengers arriving on the afternoon flight from London.
15:48Are she with you?
15:50No.
15:51Yes, yes.
15:52Yeah.
15:52Fine, you guys are all together, so we're going to screen you guys all together, okay?
15:57She selected a family of three from Hawaii for secondary inspection
16:02after they declared some designer goods bought in Europe.
16:06Can I see the receipts for those items, please?
16:17And what did you purchase?
16:18Uh, bags.
16:20Bags?
16:20How many?
16:21I have two.
16:22Anything else that you guys purchased?
16:26Experience tells Officer Jacobson that travelers will often make partial declarations
16:31hoping to avoid paying duty.
16:34I'm just going to check the bags.
16:35Just don't reach or touch the bags while I'm checking them, okay?
16:38Yeah.
16:38And who's the merchandise for?
16:40You?
16:41And me.
16:42And him.
16:42And him?
16:43One is hers.
16:43One is mine.
16:44Okay, did you purchase anything?
16:46No.
16:46No?
16:47She didn't.
16:47Okay.
16:49She did?
16:49What did she purchase?
16:51One of those in Italy.
16:55Their story quickly unravels as they declare a third designer bag bought for their daughter.
17:03So it was all on the same receipt, correct?
17:05No.
17:06So I only received one receipt.
17:08Is there?
17:09Okay.
17:10Which bag do you think it's in?
17:11I don't remember.
17:12You don't remember?
17:13Did you declare it in primary?
17:15I did.
17:16Okay.
17:17Because we weren't sure what was going on.
17:19I mean...
17:23As the couple struggles to straighten out their story, Officer Jacobson suspects they have
17:29something to hide.
17:31You guys are responsible to declare it.
17:34And if you don't, there might potentially be a penalty as well.
17:55What is the money for?
17:57In Detroit, a Chinese traveler is suspected of trying to smuggle over $36,000 out of the U.S.
18:16The woman insists she failed to declare the money because she needs it for medical treatment
18:20back home.
18:22But Officer Gumber is skeptical.
18:25She didn't want to go into detail about the procedure.
18:28She didn't want to divulge where the money exactly was coming from when we were asking
18:31for contact information, names.
18:34So these are all red flags to us.
18:36My biggest thing is this can be used for anything regarding narcotics, drugs, any terrorist
18:41activities.
18:42It can even go to trafficking, human trafficking, which is a billion-dollar industry.
18:47Not only is she withholding information...
18:51Excuse me.
18:52What are you doing?
18:55She made a phone contact with one of her donors without officer's authorization.
19:00Listen.
19:03You're making this harder than it has to be now at this point.
19:06I'm asking you simple questions, and now you're just lying to me left and right.
19:09I'm not lying.
19:10Okay.
19:12Who did you message?
19:14Who did you send a voice message to?
19:16Okay.
19:17Who is that?
19:19It's my friend.
19:20Which one?
19:21Sam.
19:21Sam?
19:21Uh-huh.
19:22Do not touch the phone.
19:23Just leave the phone, please.
19:24Okay.
19:26What is your relationship to Sam?
19:28Just friend.
19:29Okay.
19:30How much money did Sam give you?
19:35I don't want to follow you.
19:39You're subject to search and seizure, okay?
19:42Anyone coming in and out of the United States is subject to inspection.
19:46This is an inspection.
19:47You lied to federal officers.
19:49I'm not lying.
19:50You did lie.
19:51You did lie.
19:52You say my lie.
19:53Okay.
19:54So right now, right now, I need to know how much money Sam gave you.
20:00$5,000.
20:02How much of the money of the $36,000 was not borrowed?
20:07$20,000 from China.
20:10And so $20,000 of that was yours?
20:11Yes.
20:14She insists the money is for cancer treatment, but can't provide any proof.
20:20As Officer Gumber consults his supervisor, the woman collapses.
20:27You okay, man?
20:46Why don't you have to come up here and have a seat, okay?
20:50In Detroit, a Chinese national who failed to declare $36,000 hidden throughout her luggage
20:57Do you want an ambulance?
21:00That's not good.
21:01Is claiming it's for cancer treatment.
21:04We're almost done.
21:05Hello.
21:06How you doing?
21:09Need a wheelchair, ma'am?
21:10Having failed to produce any evidence of her illness or the money's origin, officers reach
21:17a decision.
21:18I'm going to explain something to you here.
21:21So because you didn't report the money, it's subject to seizure.
21:26$36,169.
21:28That's what we're seizing?
21:31You can contact the Fines, Penalties, and Forfeiture's Office.
21:35So within 30 days, send them an email, say, this is my case number.
21:41What do I need to do to get the money back?
21:43If she can prove where the money came from, she could get it back, after paying a fine
21:50for failing to declare anything over $10,000.
21:54Thank you so much.
21:57But officers will have to be convinced that it's not being used for anything nefarious.
22:03At the end of the day, we definitely want to get to the bottom of where this money's
22:06coming from and what it's being used for.
22:08So our job is to make sure that none of this money's being used or funded for anything illegal
22:16that's harmful to anyone in the United States.
22:39So did you declare it in primary?
22:42I did.
22:43Okay.
22:45In San Francisco, Officer Jacobson is inspecting a family from Hawaii, who initially declared
22:52two designer bags, but now admit to having a third.
22:56I don't know where your outfit's at.
22:58I did declare.
23:00When asked whether they'd mention the extra bag in primary, their answers conflicted.
23:06Do you guys live in the same household?
23:08Yes.
23:09Officer Jacobson suspects there's more to be found.
23:13I don't think we understand, like, what's going on here really.
23:17So as United States citizens, you guys are allowed an $800 exemption per person.
23:23So since you guys are a family, that's $2,400 that you guys are exempt from.
23:30Anything over $2,400, you are responsible to pay duty.
23:36So that is basically taxes, yes.
23:40Any clothing that you guys purchased there?
23:43That's this, the jacket.
23:44That's the jacket?
23:45How much was the jacket?
23:46$2,000.
23:47$2,000?
23:48Do you also have the receipt for that?
23:50Yeah, it's $2,000.
23:51It's with her purse receipt?
23:53Okay.
23:54As Officer Jacobson coaxes out yet another admission, the list of items liable for import
24:00duty doubles.
24:02So we have $4,000 with the purses in the bag.
24:06Then we have $2,000 with the jacket.
24:08Then how much was her purse?
24:10$2,000.
24:11So I should be able to find one more receipt with the jacket and her purse, correct?
24:16Okay.
24:21That's the reason.
24:23So this is a purse and this is a jacket?
24:25Yeah.
24:26The jacket was more expensive than the bag.
24:29All right.
24:30Shush.
24:31Okay.
24:34Your dutyable amount is $7,639.
24:37So we'll calculate the duty right now.
24:40Oh, okay.
24:40Is that like a percentage?
24:41Yeah, so there's a certain percentage per item.
24:45If there's handbags, it's 9%.
24:49Since they purchased multiple different items, such as a purse and a jacket, I am just going
24:58to generalize the items and do one set percentage for everything to make it easier for everyone.
25:06The percentage that I'm going to charge you for is 5% on the $7,639.
25:15What do we have to do to...
25:17You're just going to pay duty today and then problem solved.
25:21Just bought it in Hawaii.
25:23Yeah.
25:24Experience line was cheaper there than in the U.S.
25:29We didn't even know that.
25:30See, we didn't educate ourselves.
25:32I guess we should have.
25:35Even though Officer Jacobson has been lenient, it's still an expensive lesson.
25:41And so the total we agreed on was $361.
25:48Okay, here are your two receipts.
25:50You guys are all set.
25:52Have a nice day.
25:53Okay, thank you.
25:54You're welcome.
25:54Take care.
26:22I'm going to get a little noisy.
26:26They're quiet.
26:27There you go.
26:30At over 1,500 strong, Customs and Border Protection operates the largest canine unit in the country.
26:38Good boy.
26:43I know, I know.
26:44I miss you, too.
26:45Yeah.
26:49My canine's name is Magnus.
26:51He's two years old.
26:53He's trained in narcotics and human detection.
26:57He's a beautiful dog.
26:58The moment I had him on the leash, I was like, oh, yeah, this is definitely going to be my
27:03dog.
27:03And our, like, connection was just like automatics.
27:08You know, our bond gets stronger every day.
27:13Magnus, the Belgian Malinois, has undergone a seven-week training program in how to detect narcotics.
27:21Right now, we're going to head to the mail facility.
27:24We've been getting a lot of marijuana seizures heading to London.
27:29So, like, outbound to London.
27:37Hey, boy.
27:38Ready to go find some drugs?
27:43Officers Senherjo and Magnus are one of an army of canine units.
27:48Hey, boy.
27:49Deployed to JFK's International Mail Facility every day, working to stem the flow of outbound narcotics.
27:56Hey, boy.
27:58They begin by carrying out a broad sweep of the mail facility, known as a first pass.
28:05If Magnus picks up a scent, he'll alert his handler by sitting down.
28:10Over here.
28:12Come on.
28:14Boy.
28:16With no hits, they move on to a crate of UK-bound mail that's been singled out for a search.
28:23Under.
28:24London.
28:29Good job.
28:37So, there's probably something in here.
28:40So, I'm going to open it up and see, because this is London.
28:44The UK is seeing a surge in demand for high-potency marijuana from the U.S., fueling profits for organized
28:52crime groups.
29:01Good boy.
29:04Good boy.
29:04So, right now, Magnus did alert to that bag.
29:06So, we're going to open up and see.
29:18Good boy.
29:20We're going to open it up and see what's going on in there.
29:29Good boy.
29:35Good job, Magnus.
29:38Good boy.
29:40That's a good boy.
29:42Good job.
29:44Good job.
29:46Good boy.
29:47So, in this parcel, it looks like we got, it appears to be marijuana.
30:03Yeah, you're right, ma'am.
30:22you're all set. Welcome home. Thank you so much. Next. CBP's agricultural specialists are the
30:29guardians of America's food supply. Sir, do these have meat in there? No. They have vegetable oil.
30:36Yeah. Yeah. Inspecting passengers' belongings for pests and diseases that could decimate U.S.
30:43crops and livestock. Okay, so what do we have in here? Egg. Yeah, the egg. From this one. Oh.
30:50You guys are good to go. Today, a Ghanaian man has been referred for questioning after failing to
31:00declare the full contents of his luggage to agricultural specialist Nwabugu.
31:06Before we open the bag, we had a conversation with him, asked him if he has any meat or meat
31:12product.
31:13I said, no, he does not. So why the bags are going to be extra? We can find something
31:21we open the bag and then we pound both feet. It looks like a grass cutter.
31:31A grass cutter, also known as a cane rat, is one of Africa's largest rodents. Adult males can grow up
31:40to
31:40two feet long and weigh 20 pounds. Its high protein meat is considered a delicacy in West Africa.
31:52African bush meat can carry fatal diseases, such as Ebola and anthrax. And this half-cooked carcass
32:01has been unrefrigerated since leaving Ghana over 15 hours ago.
32:08At the primary, the officer asked, do you have meat or meat? He said no. At the point, over here,
32:17you were given second opportunity to the orphan. He said no. All right. And I opened the bag,
32:23I found meat. That was what happened. All right. So, changing the stories doesn't make sense.
32:29He said meat. So initially, I thought you were talking about a cow. That's the reason why I said
32:37that is not a meat. So, listen. My brother, I can never agree with you. I can never agree with
32:44you.
32:44I mean, I'm not a lady. So, the contradiction is... Listen, you're talking to me. You give penalties here,
32:52not because you brought the agricultural products. Hold on. I want you to pay attention, sir. I want you
32:57to pay attention now. All right. So, we're not expecting you to know everything you have to bring
33:02to the United States. But we're expecting you to declare what you have when we ask you. All right.
33:08So, most penalties go because you're blind. For failing to declare the dead rodent in his bag,
33:14the man faces a $300 fine.
33:33You give penalties here, not because you brought the agricultural products. Hold on. I want you
33:38to pay attention, sir. I want you to pay attention now. All right. In Detroit, a man from Ghana has
33:45failed to declare a dead cane rat in his luggage. So, most penalties go because you laugh.
33:51It gave you an opportunity to declare that. How to declare that? The animal is known to carry
33:58infectious diseases that can be fatal if they spread to humans.
34:11Fines aren't issued for accidentally bringing banned foods in the country,
34:16but for knowingly attempting to smuggle them in. If the traveler is suspected of deception,
34:22the penalty could rise to $250,000. Actually, I don't know that they don't
34:29accept the Bush meat. And even it's my first time traveling going along with this meat.
34:36If I knew, it's not allowed. It's not like I was ignorant. No, I'm not ignorant. I'm a very gentle
34:43person, just that I didn't know. If I knew, I wouldn't even come along with it. No, no, no, no.
34:50Before he decides on the man's punishment, Officer Nuwabugwu makes disposing of the carcass a priority.
34:57We need to complete this for us to have authorization to destroy the Bush meat.
35:03Bush meat, that's it.
35:05Bush meat usually have a lot of diseases. Each time we found it, we have to call the
35:13Center for Disease Control. After 15 hours without refrigeration, the dead rodent is rife with
35:21dangerous bacteria, so it needs to be disposed of quickly and safely. Because it is a quarantine item,
35:29we dispose of it properly to make sure that the viruses that are potentially in this product are
35:39destroyed. It gets what's called steam sterilization. Extremely high pressure that basically compacts the
35:47garbage and crushes it and kills all the viruses. Once the hazard is taken care of,
35:55officers deliver their verdict.
35:58This is the first time coming to the United States.
36:01This is the first time coming to the United States.
36:02You don't expect you to know everything.
36:06You don't expect you to know everything.
36:06But I didn't give you because you have this right in your bar. I asked you,
36:10give you three times the opportunity to get in and you fell, but I'm letting you go.
36:18I'm telling you to go today, but next time if you do it, you're going to get there.
36:23I just want you to get this in line.
36:26The traveler is given the benefit of the doubt, since this is his first time coming to America.
36:34Thank you very much for not putting me in trouble, because it's my first time coming here. I don't know.
36:39If I knew, I wouldn't even put myself into trouble like this.
36:43Now you're fully aware. If you bring it next time.
36:47Why should I do that? So that's how it works.
36:50No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm not going to do that.
36:53You're going to give me back your passport and then you'll be on your way.
36:57I think that he was kind of frightened.
37:00So he thought he's going to get penalty from us.
37:03This is the first time he has brought in a prohibited item, all right, like Bushwick.
37:12So because of that, he wasn't issued a penalty.
37:16It's a lesson he'll never forget.
37:19Right after here, I'll go through and then I'll also educate my police or whoever, my friends,
37:24that next time, when they are also coming here, they have to be very careful that they won't,
37:28they won't fall into this trap.
37:33So I feel good about inspection and I am happy that I'm able to protect the country.
37:59So in this parcel, it looks like we got...
38:02marijuana at JFK's mail facility canine Magnus has identified a package stuffed
38:09with what appears to be cannabis this is always going out to London it's a big
38:15commodity there big money there so they're sending it every day and we just
38:19we find it all the time I guess they're making more money of going to Europe
38:24than to then selling it here in the States
38:29officers Senherjo and Blyden search the entire shipment grab another one
38:37I'm sure that one has more too it's not long before Magnus alerts again
38:54the whole thing okay it's very packed in and they all have this similar weight
39:03it's usually around one kilo you can squeeze in and kind of fill and if you as
39:09you're squeezing it there's like a small odor coming out of it too as well so
39:14it's kind of obvious at this point
39:29there's more here it seems like the entire parcel bag it was filled with
39:36marijuana to ensure enough supply reaches their buyers smugglers are increasing
39:42the volume and frequency of outbound shipments
39:50keeping Magnus in his handler busy I always trust my dog I know he has a great
39:57nose so you know I get very excited when I see that alert behavior and I know he
40:04never lets me down in less than one hour a hundred thousand dollars worth of
40:11cannabis has been seized so we have about 12 packages so we're looking at maybe 20
40:18pounds right here and won't make it to the streets of London so we're noticing a
40:23trend with the names that are being used on these uh packaging the addresses are
40:28very common the evidence will be passed on to Homeland Security investigators so we
40:36consolidate the seizure and then from there we'll know whether or not we can
40:41build you know a case and start making arrests
