00:17And it really gives you a sense of just how far away the crew is from Earth.
00:23This was taken earlier today by Christina.
00:26I just think it's beautiful.
00:27And so what you see here is what the crew will be looking at for the entirety of the flyby
00:31tomorrow.
00:32One of the most interesting things right now is the four of us have looked at this moon our entire
00:36lives.
00:37And the way we are responding to what we are seeing out the window is it's just like we're a
00:42bunch of little kids up here.
00:43Just we cannot get enough of this.

00:52We've heard some observations.
00:54Lori highlighted them from when the moon was much smaller out the window than it's going to be tomorrow.
01:00And even those observations had a lot of science value that's already got our lunar science team charting in the
01:05background.
01:06So really excited for several straight hours of those tomorrow.
01:09This is Artemis Mission Control in Houston, Texas.
01:12We recently received confirmation that the Orion spacecraft and its crew have officially entered the lunar sphere of influence.
01:20That milestone taking place at a mission elapsed time of four days, six hours, two minutes and 54 seconds into
01:28the Artemis 2 mission.
01:31By reaching this milestone, it means that the gravitational forces of the moon are now greater on the Orion spacecraft
01:39than that of Earth.
01:40We're going to be able to see the moon.
