00:05oh my god across the united states this is full dude buried in out of control hordes
00:16holy hey matt there are treasures you can't even begin to imagine oh my god i'm matt paxton
00:25and my team and i are cleaning out properties rain and poop looking for big scores one of a kind
00:32we found gold for our clients and ourselves and if my instincts are right i think this is legit
00:41everyone wins 82 000 that's all i can say is wow you give me my house back 110 000 i
00:49can't believe
00:49this is the same house 320 000 oh my gosh
01:03hey guys matt paxton here as you can tell um doing things a little differently this week i am on
01:09the
01:09quickest flight i can get to michigan we got a call from a client matt i need you to help
01:14me
01:14clean out my husband's barn and it's starting to cause a pretty significant rift between her and
01:20her husband normally with a horde this big of course i'd want my whole team there but it's a bit
01:23of a
01:24sensitive situation she's very frustrated with her husband and she needs our help like quickly
01:34i didn't know that was there i didn't know that was there there's four more trunks in that back
01:38i swear to god you have got so much hi i'm keith and this is my lovely white bag this
01:46is the bond
01:47yeah we got tons of stuff in containers when was the last time you were up in this area i
01:53have no
01:53bloody idea it's awesome honey so keith and beth they've got a 5 000 square foot barn filled with
02:02items from their family from the last four to five generations including all of their boxes from
02:09germany when they served overseas in the war and it is driving the wife nuts
02:15keith was in the air force for 22 years we had a much larger house in germany so we had
02:205 000
02:21square feet of stuff thinking that it was going to fit in this old farmhouse and we were wrong
02:27so one thing i love about military families is they hold on to stuff man i love it we just
02:32find
02:33things that have sat there for sometimes 50 60 70 years all right this is the economy line i want
02:41it
02:41gone i do collect cars tractors down here i got an antique german wagon somewhere in there i've got all
02:48these old lawnmowers that i hate i can't get them out from the video what really caught my eye was
02:53he's got some cool vintage vehicles and tractors and they look to be in pretty good shape i've got
02:58to get my eyes on him with that being said it's really going to come down to the condition of
03:02the
03:02vehicles and if they run or not and if they do we'll be able to sell them for a lot
03:06more money
03:07big ticket items that are in the barn is a lot of first edition books there's stacks of books
03:13we have about 40 posters saturday evening post posters that are in pristine condition they have
03:19old vintage possibly first edition books so if they're in good shape and they've been sitting
03:25there for 100 years that is a huge win for us more dog dishes in case we get another dog
03:31we're not
03:32getting another dog the barn is overwhelming so matt help me clean out my husband's barn i'm excited
03:40i really really hope i can make a deal with this family and i just got to get in the
03:45barn first to
03:46see what i see when a hoarder is married to a non-hoarder you're gonna have conflict one person
03:51wants to keep everything and the other person wants to get rid of everything it's always a very tricky
03:56situation hopefully they have enough valuables here to put some money in my pocket and keep keith
04:00out of the doghouse in the barn i'm going to try to find the saturday evening post artwork
04:05the first edition books and i'm going to check out all the vehicles scattered across the property
04:12how we doing howdy how are you good good to finally meet you guys in person let's go check
04:18it out yeah let's see what we got all right wow yeah okay this is a barn how big is
04:26this barn
04:26i believe the barn is somewhere in the neighborhood of like 42 wide and 55 long okay so this is
04:34like two
04:35houses god this is a magnificent barn though my gosh yeah i love the best that's phenomenal i would
04:42like to be comfortable walking in here right now i'm never comfortable these shelves go two or three
04:49buckets deep what am i going to see what am i looking you're going to see anything from antique
04:53pottery to a huge collection of books and records and then you're going to find 25 years or 30 years
05:00of my collection so y'all traveled all around the world absolutely we're getting into the cobweb area
05:05back that's all right all these boxes and things up here things we haven't looked in in at least 25
05:11years it's pretty clear keith was hiding this hoarding from his wife in the barn there is a toy tractor
05:16here holy cow these old middle school lockers are phenomenal too but as time went on it just kept
05:22growing and growing and growing and now it's at a point where it can't be hidden and that's a huge
05:28problem for beth so i see tarps up high that means we're protecting everything below from something
05:34what are we protecting it from bat okay all right that looks like one of my son's diapers
05:41i am getting hit with the smell yeah um and i do this every day so for me to really
05:47smell it
05:48either my uncle larry is visiting for christmas or you guys got a lot of poop in this barn yeah
05:55so all of
05:56these it's all bat guano thank goodness you guys put the tarps up yeah because it would have ruined
06:01all of this i mean the minute you walk into this barn you are overwhelmed with the smell of poop
06:07i'm afraid to ask this yeah what does downstairs look like holy cow dude all right what year is this
06:17that is a 64 not a whole heck of a lot made is this for sale it could be for
06:25the right price but
06:26matt i'll be honest it's it's my third child doesn't need a whole heck of a lot you know
06:31it does need some paint and it does need a little bit of body okay yeah all right i dig
06:36that
06:37the plymouth fury pinnacle of speed and strength
06:41in the 1960s the plymouth fury wasn't just a family hauler it was a full-size slab of detroit
06:48muscle in fact it was the most commonly used vehicle in the early days of nascar racing
06:54the fury sport came with an optional 426 street wedge engine which was essentially chrysler's more
07:00affordable version of their now legendary hendi engine a pristine 1964 plymouth sport fury is valued
07:08at almost 130 000 i really hope we get this thing started haven't been started a long time okay
07:17if this thing runs it's an automatic 20 grand or even more but if it doesn't run we'll be lucky
07:23to get
07:23half that this property has a ton of potential for profit however because of the dangers of the bat guano
07:33and the enclosed space i need to make sure i strike a good deal with beth and keith that makes
07:39it all
07:39worth it i got a bunch of little tractors over here yep tell me what's going on there they could
07:44they could go okay our cleanup's probably going to be between like 10 and 15 000 okay right say we
07:51made
07:51between 40 and 50 000 my goals our profit would be around 30. i would go 50 50. yeah yeah
07:58let's do it
07:58done i'm going to shake your hand quickly so you don't go back on that thank you thank you thank
08:03you
08:03do your magic
08:13day one of the clean out and now that my team is here we need to hit the ground running
08:17so i'm going
08:17to get them up to speed on what i found out on my initial scout of the property this is
08:21an old school
08:22barn you guys old school barn you've probably got a hundred plus plastic buckets in there and they
08:27served all over the world so he bought a lot of stuff shipped it back as they always did so
08:31there's
08:32a lot of cool stuff in here he had a good eye what are our big ticket items that we're
08:35hunting for
08:36we're looking for saturday evening post artwork first edition books and we need to sell that 64
08:41plymouth fury but we won't know how much we can get for it until we see if it actually runs
08:46okay
08:48first we've got to clear out as much space as we can so kaylin and i can climb up into
08:52the rafters
08:53to get that back line thank you guys for being here good to see you yeah you can go put
08:59that on
08:59four we're going to see if this is silver by some chance you got it good yeah cool hit the
09:06brakes
09:07ain't no brakes on here ain't no brakes on this thing
09:12this can go out to sale oh what is this chuck wagon
09:20oh wow what is this it's a bunch of posters it looks like
09:27dude saturday evening post posters oh wow march uh 30th 1940. this is a rockwell norman rockwell
09:37like his artwork is insanely expensive like up to millions of dollars for one of his original
09:44paintings these posters are not worth anywhere near that amount but we've got a whole bin of
09:48them yeah and depending on what's in here we could have some money okay obviously these aren't the
09:54original norman rockwell saturday evening post paintings but they're still fairly uncommon and
09:59very collectible they look like the posters that would get hung up in the newsstand to advertise
10:04the upcoming issues of the magazine sort of like what movie theaters do with movie posters today
10:10we need to keep these safe until we can really dig into what we've got here yeah let's see what
10:15else
10:15we can find we got a lot more to look through yeah it's all waterlogged what you got there i
10:21have no
10:22clue i will have to ask my husband oh nice sport fury
10:31i'm really hoping we can get this fury to run because if it does it'll make its values skyrocket
10:37yeah hold that yeah gotcha it's not too awful bad so kaylin's meeting with some local mechanics to
10:43see if they can get this thing fired up holy moly um seven or eight years ago okay
10:54and he's just headed back in the garage ever since
10:56you know for one thing the injector pump isn't pumping fuel okay get a little bit of carbon buildup off
11:04of it
11:08it's right now all right let's see what happens now
11:16please fire up man we need some money if this thing will turn over it'll change our day
11:21let me know when to go go
11:28come on i need you to start on up for me baby
11:35come on baby
11:39on the tour i fell in love with keith's 1964 plymouth fury if it runs we're going to make a
11:45ton of money
11:45and if it doesn't run i don't even know if we can sell it
11:47you have to put a little more down the neck yeah
11:54there we go let me know when to go go
12:05still not getting any spark the coil or it could be dead
12:11oh there's your problem right there control module is is mounted i mean we filed the points and the
12:17points still didn't fire so it's got to be that okay this is exactly what i hope wouldn't happen
12:23it looks like we're not going to be able to get the fury to run so that's going to limit
12:27our pool of potential buyers and it's going to lower the price that i can sell it for
12:36go to the right go to go to my right day two here in fife lake yesterday we got some
12:42bad news
12:42the plymouth fury doesn't run and so far cleaning out the barn it's been slow going are these donate
12:49like all there's a whole bucket of nails you can either donate or throw it i mean i'm just saying
12:54don't donate it's wrong donate donate okay great we got the ford a kind of line it it hasn't been
13:01on
13:01the road in a while no so whenever the owner tells me they've driven it i realize it's probably been
13:0710
13:07years longer i mean i think we're realistic about what this is he wants four he wants four
13:13all right let's make a deal on that four grand cash four grand cash you the man thank you dude
13:17yeah
13:17you're welcome four grand is four grand but we're still a long way from our goal so we really need
13:22to dig in and find some treasures if we're going to make forty thousand dollars get to search everything
13:27make sure there's nothing hidden in there babe ruth signs with the braves this is cool sixteen hundred
13:33fifty dollars thank you man thank you why we got to suit up for this man bat guano also known
13:46as
13:47bat poop now that chris and mike have made enough space in the barn it's time we do something about
13:52that bat poop do this yep let's go bro the only thing is bat guano is toxic to breathe in
13:58and you
13:58don't want it to touch your skin you okay yeah i'm good all right so that's why we're all suited
14:02up
14:03like we're on breaking bad we're going to collect as much of this bat guano as we can and clean
14:08up
14:08what we can't because even though this stuff is gross and smells even worse what most people don't
14:13know is it can be sold as fertilizer for good money that's gold baby guano better known as bat poop
14:21was just a strange word until the 90s when ace ventura made it unforgettable guano thanks to their
14:27insect and fruit heavy diet bats produce a natural super fertilizer today guano fetches around ten
14:34dollars per pound but collectors will pay big money for vintage sacks one cave-aged batch was listed online
14:40for eight thousand dollars all right okay all right let's get some poop oh there's a ton up here y
14:48'all
14:48are we ready for this no but come on all right okay here we go
14:57oh come on come on i feel like it's getting in my mouth
15:04go to college kids you all right down there cave yeah i done dealt with a lot of poop but
15:10never bet
15:10poop this is a first for me you don't know how hard i just worked cable you don't know man
15:15you wasn't down
15:16here to see what i was going through bro how much do you think these work bro well that's that's
15:2110 pounds
15:22it's a hundred dollars a pound we got a thousand bites here two hundred dollars a pound we got two
15:26thousand dollars okay that's gold baby that is gold
15:35now that the barn in michigan is safer to hunt in and the crew can get back to picking another
15:39potential client has reached out to me who also is in a time crunch at their property
15:43so i'm headed out to royalston massachusetts to see what they're dealing with wow it doesn't look
15:49like it's been used oh my gosh you can't believe the stuff in here hi i'm kathleen clark my uncle
15:55left
15:56me his home and all his assets there's so much we're doing this because of the financial burden there's
16:05a mortgage on the house we have about six months of funds and my husband and i can't pay off
16:11the
16:12mortgage on the house time is of the essence here they need us to clean it out so they can
16:16sell it
16:17pick a room every room is cluttered santa claus's christmas collections from the pictures i've seen
16:23this house looks like it is filled with a lot of valuable items and i'm really excited about the
16:28christmas items they tend to sell well and tend to stay in really good shape there's old books coins
16:34and stamps a grandfather clock from the 1800s it's huge treasure hunt on paper
16:40this house looks perfect hopefully there'll be a big present for us under the tree
16:45the target items we're looking for are santa claus figurines and 1800s grandfather clock
16:51and vintage toys hey hey good to see you thanks for being here good to see you man this place
16:58is
16:58incredible it has history it used to be a dairy farm it's beautiful absolutely beautiful yeah what's
17:03inside look like come help me find treasures let's do it y'all go ahead
17:10this was my grandmother's room so she lived here too oh yeah wow
17:15a lot of books the furniture is from probably the 20s that's incredible i'm just looking around
17:21until i look i'm finding lots of everything you can see he's traveled the world that bag and that
17:25clock are just magnificent this is uh was pete's room still filtering through things and we still have
17:33lots of coins and stamp collections up here he hit them all around the house that's good
17:40matt i want to show you what peter loved the most holy cow welcome to winter wonderland at peter's
17:52world i'm feeling a little uh claustrophobic oh how cute everywhere you look santa santa santa santa
18:00santa whoo if you think of the old haunted houses where the eyes stare at you wherever you go well
18:06the
18:06santas are looking at us she's got about a thousand santa clauses in this room and i'm really hoping there's
18:11a 1920s woodcutter santa in here they can go anywhere from a few thousand all the way up to ten
18:18thousand
18:18dollars i mean he just loved christmas he had a tree in every room if you can imagine i can
18:24come
18:25on matt we'll go in here whoo he did collect yes he did wow there it is 1800s grandfather clock
18:33and
18:34it's in great shape oh yeah yeah let's go back here wow holy man oh man you guys he's got
18:46everything in this room i've got civil war stuff i've got christmas i've got books my god yeah there's
18:52more what do you think i think it's gonna be expensive that's what i think are you really
18:59okay to sell everything i have to we have a mortgage on this house that i inherited okay living in
19:07north
19:07carolina has made it rough on us to have to try and take care of this property and paying for
19:11electricity
19:11insurance mortgage payment all that you know we're just trying to sell to somebody who wants
19:16the property and can take care of it it's not that there's a lot of trash here it's just everything
19:21is
19:21small yes just that thinking about the hours to sell all this stuff it's probably about a twenty
19:29thousand dollar clean out and i'm seeing forty to fifty thousand in sales i'll do forty sixty in your
19:35favor what do you think yeah final deal deal it's christmas eve i gotta go back and
19:42christmas finish the other house all right so we'll be back in a couple days and we'll bang this
19:47out great all right thank you thank you i cannot wait to get going in massachusetts but first we have
19:53to finish the job in michigan it's the final day and we still have a lot to clean out unfortunately
19:58our
19:59sales have been lacking much stuff i really need a big score to get us back on track and i've
20:04got my
20:04eyes on that 64 plymouth fury i think i've found someone who's going to jump at the chance to buy
20:10it
20:11all right so this is the beaut what do you think it needs some work that's for sure
20:17it definitely needs work yeah the floorboard's kind of rusty got some ice droppings in there
20:22what are you asking for he wants 15 000 which i know is a little high it's an emotional price
20:28obviously right the best i can do is about 6 500. i think 65 is fair let me call in
20:38both of them and
20:39see what they think okay on the tour keith said this thing is his baby and he really doesn't want
20:44to part
20:44with it but beth wants it gone and we need every dollar we can get so i'm calling in both
20:50of them to
20:50hopefully make this deal go through guys this is phil hi phil hi phil hi how are you good good
20:56good to meet you it's time to make some thoughts and decisions here i've had a couple people come
21:00around the last three days and i'm not trying to be disrespectful but there's no one that's going
21:04to pay 15 for this except for you okay and the most realistic offer we've had is here all right
21:10he's offered us 6 500. most people think it's worth between six and eight but no one is near 15.
21:18so i think realistically 6 500 is a pretty good offer that's that's like half it's been sitting for how
21:27long
21:34our last day here in fife lake the barn is almost cleared out but we haven't gotten halfway to our
21:39goal in sales yet hopefully we can find some more treasures to make some more money and help
21:44beth and keith get back on the same page more records oh this is the lightest one so far
21:53man i think i found the first edition what yeah what whitman and winston churchill okay let's
22:01look let's first look at winston churchill copyright 1912 1913. this could be worth a ton of money
22:09chris let me see that book that's charles dickens yeah oh my gosh all right if this is the first
22:16edition dickens these books look promising but i'm going to need to get an expert out here to
22:21authenticate them most first editions are not authentic so we need to make sure before we sell them
22:27keep looking all right through all of this and over here too okay all right good job dude thank you
22:33very
22:33good job i think there's about 38 total posters and that's the norman rockwell that's i mean that's
22:42a sweet piece because it's norman rockwell it's just an iconic image iconic um illustrator so absolutely
22:49you show me the item i've got a guy saturday evening posts matt's my guy you know they made a
22:55lot of saturday evening post magazines they didn't make a lot of posters yeah posters are a great collectible
23:00because you know they just they don't last in my head i know there's some posters in here that are
23:06worth a couple hundred dollars a piece there's some in here that are worth five hundred dollars
23:11um and some that are worth 20 bucks a piece yeah okay that's fair that's fair what would you like
23:18to pay for this collection for all of them i'd offer 1200 1200 bucks yeah okay um realistically i'd like
23:28to be a little bit more than that so where are you at i've got about 40 posters here some
23:34of them are
23:34worth a lot i'm at three thousand dollars you know i do estate sales for a living so i'm trying
23:41to get
23:41always as much as i can for the family as well so i understand where you're coming from um yeah
23:46i'd love
23:46to add them to my collection that's all appreciate it have a great one all right be good all right
23:52dude
23:52believe it or not this is about as locally grown as it gets oh oh cow yeah you smell it
24:00yeah that's uh
24:01it's about some good fresh squano there there are two more tubs of this that's about 40 pounds or a
24:06little more i cannot resell it because it is not usda approved okay but i would probably buy it for
24:13my
24:13wife's garden if we can come to a deal could you do 300 yeah i'll do three deal i'll take
24:19it 300 bucks cash
24:20yeah this is the only thing that doesn't smell like that poop at this house awesome all right
24:25thanks matt yeah you guys take care now all right paul we found what i'm hoping are authentic first
24:31edition books and i know you're the man who will know for sure yep i can look at these right
24:36here and
24:37tell you right off these are these are the heritage press editions this was a book club that you could
24:41be a member of all right so we were already into mass printing yeah yep yep and this little guy
24:46right
24:46here this is a christmas carol but this is one of them when he went to the apothecary um you
24:52used to
24:52buy be able to buy books there i mean something like this if i was to retail this in my
24:57store i'd
24:57probably put 50 on it 50. okay so none of these are first editions no it's like no uh in
25:02our store we
25:03sell things like that for a dollar because decorators come by and and people doing etsy love them to
25:09do craft work with okay so this is not what we needed to hear i was hoping to sell these
25:15books for
25:15thousands and unfortunately they're not worth the paper they're printed on
25:26all right here we go guys open your eyes come on in look at this oh my god i've never
25:35ate it this way it's amazing i haven't been able to walk through here for years
25:41we got all the bat guano out that was a little harder than we thought it was so hard to
25:45come in
25:46here and see those tarps holy it's amazing you got space to do stuff over there it's all workable
25:53it's all usable this is just fantastic we can't thank you enough matt it's i i'm i'm just dumbfounded
26:00yesterday i was what 30 feet up yep questioning my decision to take on this barn
26:08i'm thrilled i'm just absolutely thrilled it's time to talk money absolutely let's do it now when
26:15i get really mad at him and he's down in the barn all the time i could say put your
26:18cot up you're
26:19staying in the barn i am going to put a couch down here just in case yeah he can have
26:23his own couch yeah
26:25which is often case in a lot of these jobs the target items maybe don't come out as much as
26:29we
26:29thought they would saturday evening post posters didn't sell for as much as we had hoped for and the
26:33first edition books turned out not to be first editions at all which put us in a hole but what
26:39really got us over the finish line was the plymouth fury it's been sitting for how long did you do
26:4675
26:46we got a deal all right oh my gosh thank god you sold the cars if you hadn't sold the
26:53cars we wouldn't
26:54gotten anywhere near that okay grand total sales 32 000 holy smokes for all your crap your costs were
27:04low at 10 000 22 000 profits we agreed on a 50 50 split so that's 11 000 for each
27:11of us fantastic oh my
27:12god i think i'm going over there yeah that's that was my guess give it to the ball yes
27:18it's a load off of my shoulders like you can't imagine i believe that this is going to stay the
27:27way it is uh if it doesn't then uh i will be getting a divorce so thank you thank you
27:36for everything
27:36good job all right i'm gonna go find the guys we'll see you again thanks safe travels
27:44the team and i completed our mission in fife lake and now it's time to head back to massachusetts to
27:49take on the house filled with santas so the clients can sell their house and rid themselves of a burden
27:54of a second mortgage what are our big ticket items that we're hunting for i mean santa claus everywhere
28:00there's also a grandfather clock that looks promising uh and then a bunch i mean a bunch of
28:06old cast iron and tintype toys oh yeah that's awesome we got to stay focused and we got to clean
28:11because we really only have three days and this this is probably a five-day cleanup that's brilliant
28:15we're going to go in and start sorting through the two big rooms upstairs mike caitlin and chris you
28:21guys head up there while i start hunting in the living room any questions no all right let's do it
28:26this is a tough one this house is big we've got you know seven bedrooms 4 000 square feet
28:3310 000 plus items and they're all about that big thank you some quotes
28:42whoo okay all the true values technically these are vintage toy cars there's a difference between
28:49vintage toy cars and old cars these just look old hopefully there's more vintage toys hidden around
28:55this house somewhere see what's behind door number one what's this all right now i'm talking
29:11all right now i'm talking what's this
29:21about vintage toy trains it's not in bad shape either let's see what you got this is cool this is
29:30lionel that's the name you want to see maybe other than marks when you're talking about vintage toy
29:36trains these were really good toys back in the day it's not uncommon to find model trains but these are
29:44better than most of the trains we find pre-war chains are highly collectible because they're made of
29:49metal they're highly detailed and very realistic definitely got trash geez louise this is shaping up
29:56to be a whole set yeah which is great because we could sell individual cars or we could sell it
30:01all as
30:02a set these are pre-world war ii toy trains built before 1942 back when they made them out of
30:09steel and
30:09coated them with tin for durability when manufacturers switched from using metal to using plastic and die
30:15cast it sped up production cut costs and unfortunately lost some quality chris this is a great find that's
30:24what i do i know these trains are vintage they're toys and they're in good shape if we keep finding
30:31more
30:32like this it's really going to help our bottom line oh these blades
30:40you got money in there yep everywhere man like look at this now this is some good silver right here
30:47one ounce of silver is a little under 80 dollars on the market right now so that's a half an
30:52ounce
30:52see the difference oh yeah so i mean that's not bad dude look at that i'm just gonna keep striking
30:58holy
30:59cow dude 14 karat gold this looks like an old shampoo bottle this looks like some vitamins but there's
31:07not vitamins in here i don't i'm not taking those vitamins yeah absolutely not whoa he had change
31:17everywhere man so this is 40 silver holy smokes the gold-plated coins and the mints aren't worth much
31:24but there's a bunch of good sterling silver here we got to get this all properly appraised
31:29and find a buyer 2100 just these jars and that's not bad dude
31:38with the upstairs rooms bringing us some wins now it's time to focus on the vintage santa collection
31:44which is hopefully going to deliver us some presents in the form of big payouts man man man wow like
31:52i'm seeing nothing rough in here holy this is totally creepy oh oh oh yeah oh no all right mike
32:03so
32:04what are we doing with all this this is the kind of thing that people walk right past and they
32:10don't
32:10really appreciate the value that could be sitting here and if we find the right christmas items they
32:17can sell for big money let's see this this anywhere between five to fifteen dollars okay yeah this guy
32:25right here shamrock santa by lennox what i'm really looking for in this christmas collection is vintage
32:33christmas late 1800s early 1900s items this one they range between 20 to 52 dollars that's great the good
32:42news is each of these range from five to 200 and there are a ton of them so we can
32:49make some great
32:49money off of these items if we can find the right buyer we have to look at every single always
32:55always
33:00thanks for answering my ad about the vintage cars yeah you got quite a collection here for all 80 pieces
33:06i'm at 600 bucks cash is king let's do it all righty let's see what i got here
33:13charles dickens village man what do villages oh they sell man pretty excited about all the trains man
33:18yeah dude we found a ton of these o-gauge pre-war lionel trains i love when the boxes and
33:24everything
33:24are there i love when it's complete you know you have multiple pieces you have everything here for
33:29everything you see i won't be anywhere less than two grand yeah i'm excited i'll do that all right cool
33:37as soon as mike has a buyer over here all these can go yeah and then all this furniture same
33:42thing
33:42do we got a book person coming i think so gotta love it a lot of the hoarders we deal
33:49with they
33:49really don't trust banks they will have money in the strangest places and being that i've been
33:54doing this for so long i know all their places they have money oh 30 minutes later and i'm still
34:00going
34:00through the books lorraine nice to meet you nice to meet you we struck out finding any big ticket
34:08vintage santa clauses but the items that we did find have some value they also have a ton of other
34:15vintage christmas items so i'm going to take a chance and sell it all as one bulk lot have you
34:20ever
34:20seen a collection like this no no not this large a somewhat overwhelming collection overwhelming is
34:27absolutely the right word just to be totally up front we are looking to work out a deal for
34:33everything all of the christmas items in one lot i think there's about a thousand holiday objects here
34:38in this room yeah i would really love to be about ten dollars a piece on these so i'm at
34:44around ten
34:44thousand dollars well to be honest i think it's a little high okay you know i was thinking more in
34:51the
34:51lines of four i mean i'm willing to work with you a little bit but you know you're cutting me
34:56pretty low there
34:57do i think i could get 10 grand for all this vintage christmas stuff yeah probably but it would
35:04take me a year to do it she's here right now and she's clearly interested so all i've got to
35:09do is
35:10close the deal i'll tell you what if you can do eight dollars a piece across the board that would
35:15be
35:15eight thousand dollars we can work this out
35:25if you can do eight dollars a piece that would be eight thousand dollars we can work this out
35:32okay that sounds fair to me awesome thank you lorraine thank you do you have a vehicle big enough for
35:38all of
35:38this i do it's our final day at the santa house there's only a few more rooms to hunt through
35:49and
35:50a lot to sell if we want to hit our goal of forty thousand dollars one of these little bobbers

36:11chris somehow always finds money it just follows him that turned this into a good day
36:19beautiful clock oh man is it ever this clock is from late 1700s it's not a reproduction they're made
36:25to last clocks like this this clock will outlive me definitely looks like you took very good care of
36:31it i actually have some paperwork oh fantastic yeah a lot of people who have antique clocks have
36:37reproductions but kathy and uncle peter have actual proof that this clock was made in england in the late
36:441700s and that's a huge difference in value it's from 1790 made in england and then it was imported by
36:51the poor family wonderful and so i would love to get 4500 for this um all right that sounds good
36:59sounds like a deal to me go get your car and then we'll start loading you up thank you
37:06well sat i appreciate you coming down man of course i kind of need help figuring what i got and
37:11then let
37:12me know if you want any of it yeah the solid silver is definitely where the good money is you
37:16got your
37:17gold coins that's so 4 000 an ounce now so that's a thousand dollars you get the silver pennies so
37:24that's just kind of neat because of when they were using all the copper yeah using the copper for
37:28bullets yeah yeah so all right so obviously we're in the business of selling this stuff yep so what do
37:34you think man um i would do 10 000. could you do 15 000 um that's gonna hurt
