00:00Teresa Gola got the surprise of her life for her recent 99th birthday.
00:05So she's lived at a Chelmsford Mass Nursing Home for about a year.
00:10And in that time, the staff has become very well aware that Teresa loves a man in uniform.
00:16So every year she gets a fireman calendar for her birthday from her family.
00:21For her 99th, though, she got a visit from not just the firefighters in her town,
00:26but from Lawrence, Lowell, Chelmsford, Westford, and Dracon.
00:30The fire chief said that they go there quite a bit for medical and other calls,
00:34so it was nice to go there for a happier occasion.
00:38Teresa has nothing but praise for the firemen, saying,
00:41They're beautiful people. Beautiful people.
00:43Not one of them was ugly. My firemen are the best. They're my world.
00:48And by the way, she claims that the secret to her long life is wine.
00:53A little bit of wine every day, and you are all set.
00:57I got a secret, too. Dirty wine. That's the secret to long jeopardy and good life.
