01:12you know, drop the hustle and bustle of the city and come out here? So originally from the UK,
01:17we were country folk anyway. We grew up in the south, away from cities, so it's what we know.
01:22This is the area when we originally came here that we wanted to pick. And look at those views.
01:26I know. I'm just driving around here. It's just breathtaking views all the way through. Beautiful.
01:34We started off in the UK and then we decided just shortly after we got together that it wasn't
01:43where we wanted to raise a family. We wanted to go abroad. We wanted to
01:47investigate the entire world, see the different places. We ended up coming on holiday to Canada.
01:55And it was 18 months later we moved. We have two boys, both energetic, keep us busy for sure.
02:04Big into the sports kind of thing. Yeah, both very capricious, energetic, rugby, football.
02:09So I think with the move, we're looking for some space so the family can grow and the boys have

02:16space to be as rambunctious as they want. Yeah. Allow my mum to come and live with us.
02:24So I think the budget for this move, I think we could push for maybe 3.2-ish.
02:31If everything was good. Yeah, and I know my mum has said with her moving in that
02:35we could move a little bit with that number. It's more about the feel and the way of life and
02:42the kind of lifestyle that we can get from it. Privacy, seclusion, the feeling of being in nature.

02:56The town of Mission is located about an hour's drive east of Vancouver, British Columbia,

03:05The area is known for its lush forests and nature, but also for its warm community with historic roots.
03:14It's no surprise to me why Kerry and Ash chose this beautiful town as a place to raise their family.
03:26I think we're off to a good start because we've got a lot of room to work with here. There's

03:30nine acres behind us. Wow.
03:31And as far as I'm concerned, I can barely see any neighbours. First impressions from the outside?
03:35Ah, it's unique. It's very European looking. It's lovely. I can see the solarium over there,
03:40and I get a little peekaboo view of the misty morning mountains through there. Absolutely beautiful.
03:46I'm really enjoying the contrast against the woodland and the nature and the colours of the house.
03:53The style is not my first choice, but I do enjoy it. I do like it.
03:59Yeah, it's a unique look for this area, so having something different is always good.
04:02The seclusion, the sight, the way the house looks, everything is lovely.

17:39Before our couple arrived, I had a chance to chat with Deborah about the town and this unique diner.
17:47So we are at Rocco's Diner.
17:49Now, I need to know everything about it.
17:51I feel like I've been here before, but I definitely haven't.

17:55We're very popular in the filming industry.

20:30For me, there's a bit that I'd want to do outside.

20:35And if I recall, I did hear someone saying they would do dishes in house number three.

20:45We had to eliminate one right away to make the decision easier.
