Nearly 6,000 homes missed their recycling collection in Stockton after a new system launched. Council and MPs respond as crews work to catch up.

00:05day of a new system, prompting the council to provide a public apology.
00:10Cabinet Member for the Environment, Nigel Cook, said crews faced technical issues with
00:16a new fleet but said that they were confident the system would settle down.
00:20Missed collections will be completed on Saturday.
