00:12What's up?
00:14Where are you going?
00:19Where are you, my little movie star?
00:24Hey!
00:25Not you, Catherine, you whore.
00:27It's partisan for you.
00:28Sorry. Maybe next time.
00:33There you are, Cassie.
00:37Say hi to the camera, Cassie.
00:38Hi.
00:43Say hi to the camera, Cassie.
00:45Hi.
00:48Say hi to the camera, Cassie.
00:50Hi.
00:54Say hi to the camera, Cassie.
00:55Hi.
00:55You're going to be a big star, Cassie.
00:59So am I.
01:26Did you bring your algebra book?
01:27Mm-hmm.
01:31I guess if you're old enough to house it for your aunts, you're old enough to remember to bring your
01:35homework.
01:37Cassie was a 16-year-old high school student, grew up in Pocatello.
01:41And, you know, as far as what we knew, she was very well-liked and was completely on track for
01:47having a successful rest of her life.
01:50How is the algebra going anyway?
01:52An A's so far.
01:53An A's.
01:54An A's.
01:55An A's.
01:55Like I say, high school grades lead to college grades, which leads to law school.
01:59You know, when I was your...
02:01Mom.
02:01I know.
02:04When she got into junior high and high school, she really blossomed.
02:07She wasn't the shy little girl she was in grade school.
02:10She was very motivated.
02:12She was very driven.
02:13When she got her mind set on something, she was right on it.
02:16She was going to get what she wanted.
02:19And there's nothing Cassie wants more than to buy her own car.
02:23One way to keep her car fun growing is to house sit for her aunt and uncle while they're out
02:28of town for the weekend.
02:29Cassie, you always say how there's nothing to do on the weekends.
02:32Well, now you have something.
02:35Now, your Aunt Allison will be back on Sunday at around noon.
02:38You'll just want me to come pick you up, right?
02:40Uh-huh.
02:41Cass, are you okay out here on your own?
02:43Mom, I'm 16 years old.
02:46Why wouldn't I be okay?
02:48It's just for two nights.
02:49You're right, you're right.
02:51I guess you can house sit for one weekend without your mom.
02:53Come on, give me a hug.
02:56I'll see you Sunday.
03:04I love you.
03:05I'll call you this weekend.
03:06No parties.
03:08I love you, too.
03:34It's just a 15-minute drive from Cassie Jo's home to her aunt and uncle's.
03:39It's about 530 on Friday evening when she arrives, and the big house in Whispering Cliffs feels awfully quiet.
03:49It's a remote part of the county, and although Cassie's familiar with the house and she's comfortable in her environment,
03:57she probably had to be at least a little bit concerned.
03:59Maybe not filled with fear, but at least concerned.
04:22Hello?
04:26Hello?
04:28Hello?
04:41It's an older house.
04:43It creaks as you're walking upstairs and walking across the floor.
05:24The biggest thing I can say about Cassie is anything she could do to help her
05:29and help anybody, whether it be people, animals, anyone.
05:34She loved helping people.
05:35Okay, be right there.
05:38Good afternoon.
05:40Got a package for you.
05:42Sign there on the X.
05:46There you go.
05:47You got it?
05:48Yeah.
05:48Need some help?
05:49No, no, no, I got it, thanks.
06:01Cassie really enjoyed taking on the challenge of house-sitting.
06:05It was a way for her to, of course, earn some extra money,
06:08but it was also a way for her to demonstrate that she was responsible.
06:36It was a word responsible.
06:52Who is it?
07:02Matthew!
07:03My God, you scared me half to death!
07:06I'm sorry, Cassie, I'm sorry.
07:08I was just goofing around is all, and I called you like five times.
07:11Why didn't you pick up your phone?
07:13Matt, cell phones barely work out here.
07:15You know that.
07:17Please, just don't do that again.
07:20Matt was Cassie's boyfriend, and they'd known each other for, you know, several months,
07:24and had been seeing each other on a daily basis for that period of time.
07:28They enjoyed, you know, watching movies together and just, you know, hanging out and enjoying
07:33each other's time, and I think that Cassie's mother trusted Matt, you know, to make good
07:38decisions while in the company of Cassie.
07:40He treated her really well, you know, made sure to take her out and be a gentleman with
07:45her, and so he seemed like a really good kid.
07:48What time is your mom coming to pick you up?
07:51I think I love her or so.
07:54Kind of wish you could stay, you know?
07:57Well, yeah, me too, but, you know, that doesn't go over too well with Mom.
08:11Don't answer it.
08:13This is my mom.
08:17Hi, Mom.
08:19Yes, everything's fine.
08:20Matt's here.
08:21We're just hanging out.
08:23We talked about this.
08:25It's just for two days.
08:26You don't have to check on me every five seconds.
08:29Okay?
08:30I will.
08:32Love you, too.
08:34Bye.
08:37So, uh, where were we?
08:48Are you expecting someone?
08:52Matt?
08:53You didn't tell anyone I was house-sitting, did you?
08:57Maybe.
09:00Matt!
09:04Hey, man, what's up?
09:05That's where the party's at.
09:07At 8.30, Brian Draper and Tori Adamczyk show up, expecting to find a party.
09:12Cassie, Matt, and Brian and Tori all went to Booktail High School together, and they were,
09:17you know, they considered each other friends.
09:19Hey, what's up, boys?
09:19Tori is the quieter of the two.
09:21What's up?
09:22With a passion for movies and filmmaking.
09:24More people are showing up, right?
09:25Where's everyone else?
09:26Brian is more outgoing.
09:28He's on the soccer team and loves computers.
09:30Both were, from all indications, just average kids.
09:34No, but more people are showing up, right?
09:36Definitely not.
09:38Take it easy, Cass.
09:40Uh-uh.
09:40Trouble in paradise.
09:42Where's the liquor cabinet?
09:43There is no liquor cabinet.
09:45Matt?
09:46No way.
09:47My aunt said no parties, and you're the only one allowed over.
09:50I promised my mom.
09:51I'm sorry, Cass.
09:53No one else.
09:54Where?
09:55But Brian and Tori didn't say, right?
09:57Yeah.
09:58Please, can we say?
10:00Okay.
10:02Cassie was not a person to rebuke friendship.
10:06She was not going to turn them away.
10:08She was very friendly that way.
10:10But with the party over before it even begins, the four teenagers decide to watch a movie instead.
10:16Gravedigger's Revenge.
10:17Let's watch this.
10:18They like the, especially horror movies, those thriller-type movies.
10:23Friday the 13th, Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, those kind of movies.
10:32Oh, would you look at that.
10:33He's got a shotgun.
10:35Yeah, see, don't worry, guys.
10:36He got the monster with the shotgun.
10:39Oh, look, and now I think that's cast.
10:42Brian, I'm planning to watch.
10:42Well, then, can we please do something?
10:44Like what?
10:45I don't know.
10:46Something.
10:47Like, if we're going to watch a movie, can we go to the theater and watch something that
10:51at least is not, what, 25 years old?
10:53And plus, I think Cassie wants some alone time.
10:56Am I right, Cassie?
10:57Am I right?
10:58Brian!
11:02You want some alone time?
11:12I'm sure that when they left, she just thought, finally, we get to spend some one-on-one time
11:17together.
11:19Cassie and Matt have no idea that their romantic evening is about to turn sinister.
11:26Hi.
11:37Hey, you want?
11:39You want?
11:40You want to do that cutesy thing you feed it to me?
11:43Feed me the popcorn?
11:45Okay, try it again.
11:46You missed my mouth that time.
11:47One more time.
11:48Why do I have to feed you?
11:53What just happened?
11:54I have no idea.
12:0216-year-old Cassie Jo Stoddard is house-sitting for her aunt and uncle.
12:06She and her boyfriend, Matthew, have the house to themselves since their friends Brian and
12:11Tori left to go see a movie.
12:14Cassie is thrilled to be alone with her boyfriend.
12:19Matt and Cassie continue watching a movie, but a short time later, the lights go out.
12:25At this point, you know, they're in this big, dark, lonely house.
12:30And so their level of fear is escalating.
12:40The power is still on outside.
12:43Maybe it's a breaker in the house.
12:44Do they have any flashlights here?
12:46Yeah, I think so.
12:47Hold on.
12:52Yeah.
12:54Yeah, that'll do.
12:55There's probably a fuse box in the basement.
12:57I'm gonna check it out.
12:57Stay up here, okay?
12:58Okay.
12:59But hurry.
13:00I'm really freaked out.
13:01Don't worry.
13:15Let's do it.
13:24Let's do it.
13:53That was weird, wasn't it?
13:54Weird is one word for it.
13:57Matt, what was it?
14:00It's an old house.
14:00It was probably just old wiring or something.
14:02Who knows?
14:06Do we have to watch something scary?
14:22It's an old house.
14:23It's an old house.
14:24It's an old house.
14:26It's an old house.
14:27It's an old house.
14:27It's an old house.
14:27It's an old house.
14:27It's an old house.
14:28It's an old house.
14:29It's an old house.
14:29It's an old house.
14:31It's an old house.
14:35It's an old house.
14:41oh man that it's my mom's probably been trying to call me now
14:52she's outside i wish she didn't have to go i'm still kind of freaked out because of the lights
14:59look cass just my mom i've got an idea i'll be right back matt don't leave me i'll be right

16:13at approximately 11 p.m matt left the house with his mother
16:18now cassie is for what she knows alone in this house
16:26now
16:28and
16:43I don't know.
17:08I don't know.
17:47Sunday morning, the family she was house-sitting for came back pretty much on time.
18:04Cassie's cousin, Kelsey, is the first to go inside.
18:08Kelsey, can you ask Cassie to help us with these bags, please?
18:11Whatever, Mom.
18:13Watch your tone, please.
18:23Door is open.
18:26Hey, Cass, we're back.
18:34Cassie?
18:35Where are you?
18:50Could you help me already?
18:53Ah!
18:56Ah!
18:58Ah!
18:59Ah!
19:03After a weekend of house-sitting for her aunt and uncle, Cassie Jo's daughter should have been looking forward to
19:08their return home.
19:11Instead, things had taken a terrifying turn.
19:17When the daughter arrived in the front room, what she discovered was Cassie lying on the floor.
19:30I was working and my uncle came in halfway through my shift and told me that there was a family
19:38emergency.
19:38Cassie.
19:39I said, okay.
19:40I said, what happened?
19:41And he goes, uh, someone stabbed Cassie and she didn't make it.
19:49I really didn't know what to think.
19:51It was unreal because I was like, no.
19:56Yeah, I kept telling myself, no, no, no, this didn't happen.
20:00Meanwhile, when Cassie Jo's mother arrives to pick up her daughter, she's met with the kind of news no parent
20:06can bear.
20:07I can only imagine what was going through Cassie's mom's mind at that point in time.
20:13How afraid, how scared she could have been.
20:16When you take a situation where your daughter, the person that, you know, you gave birth to,
20:22the person that you love more than anybody else is no longer with you, it's your worst nightmare.
20:28Detective John Gansky from the Idaho State Police is assigned to the case.
20:33When it was explaining to me that, you know, a 16-year-old girl had been savagely murdered,
20:39one of those things that puts a sense of urgency clearly in your mind
20:43and you want to, you want to make sure and, you know, get as much attention on this as quickly
20:47as possible.
20:50Hey, Bozak. Did you get the call?
20:52Yeah, cousin found her. Looks like she's been here for a couple of days.
20:56Okay, what's all this?
20:57Blood trails all over. We don't know yet if it's the perpetrators or the victims.
21:01Okay. Where's the body?
21:04She's in the living room.
21:12The family had just come back from a trip.
21:15Is there any witnesses?
21:16No, sir. Nearest neighbor's about a half a mile away.
21:18Emmy counted 27 stab wounds all above the waist, no sign of sexual assault.
21:22Well, no visual. Still have to do the rape kit.
21:24Is anything missing from the house?
21:26Near as we can tell, no. The TV and the DVD player are still here
21:29and the homeowner says there's some jewelry upstairs and that's still there, too.
21:32Probably not a robbery gone wrong, then.
21:33Doesn't look like it.
21:35It was a very violent, you know, scene.
21:38You know, any time, you know, someone is stabbed numerous times.
21:41Would indicate that maybe it was more of a personal type crime.
21:45And so we tend to look at people who was most close to the victim.
21:50And the last person to see Cassie alive was her boyfriend, Matthew Young.
22:05May I help you?
22:06Ma'am, I'm Detective John Gansky of the Idaho State Police.
22:10I need to speak to your son, Matt.
22:12Once we'd learned that Cassie had been with Matt, her boyfriend,
22:15we were certainly interested in talking to Matt as soon as possible.
22:18What's this about?
22:21When you left Cassie, was there anybody hanging around?
22:24Maybe a car that didn't belong there or anything like that?
22:28No.
22:29No.
22:29Did Cassie say anything as you were leaving?
22:31Something that stood out to you?
22:35Matt?
22:38Just about the lights going out, that's all.
22:40She said that she was scared, but that she'd be all right.
22:43Matt was a different, we got a different feeling from Matt.
22:46Everything he said appeared to be, you know, truthful, but he lacked any emotion.
22:51We really were puzzled about why his girlfriend had just been murdered,
22:56and he wasn't really emotional about it.
22:59Was there anybody else there that night?
23:02Yeah, Tori and Brian, but they were only there for about half an hour.
23:07Okay, who are Tori and Brian?
23:09Cassie and I...
23:11Cassie went.
23:13I go to school.
23:15Okay, maybe you can give me their contact information.
23:19I'll get you a school directory before you leave.
23:21Okay.
23:23Matt, how were you and Cassie doing?
23:26Everything was fine. What do you mean?
23:28Oh, I mean, did you have a fight, have an argument, something, trouble between the two of you?
23:34No, nothing like that.
23:36Detective, what are you getting at?
23:37I'm just trying to get a clear picture of everything, all right?
23:40Look, Matt's been through a lot.
23:43It's been a tough day. I think we need some time.
23:48Okay, sure.
23:50I'll get out of your hair.
23:54Investigators move on to Brian Draper and Tori Adamczyk, the two other teenagers who were at the house with Cassie
24:00that night.
24:01They told us that they were there to attend a party and that nobody really showed up for the party.
24:06They hung around for a while.
24:08They watched part of a movie and then they decided to leave and go to another movie at a movie
24:14theater.
24:15But after initial conversations with Matt, Brian and Tori, they're no closer to finding out what happened to Cassie after
24:23they left the house.
24:35If anyone's here, please just leave. I'm begging you, leave!
24:41I'm calling the cops, so you better leave now!
24:47No, no, no, no!
24:55It is upsetting that someone would take advantage of her most vulnerable moment.
25:00It's not just the dark or the power outage, but when she actually realized that there was someone in the
25:05house out to hurt her.
25:08I can imagine that that would be where the fear would have really set in.
25:39Hello?
25:44Is anyone here?
26:04I can imagine!
26:04I can't do anything.
26:05I'm picking her up.
26:05I don't know anything, but I can't do anything today.
26:05I can't do anything.
26:07I can't do anything.
26:07I don't know anything today.
26:08I can't do anything.
26:15It's aì €.
26:35Two days after Cassie's body was found,
26:38detectives still don't have a solid suspect.
26:41They've crossed off robbery as a motive
26:43and checked if other violent crimes
26:45were reported in the area on the night of the murder.
26:48But they weren't,
26:49so they decide to re-approach the teenage boys
26:52who were with Cassie that night.
26:54So we've interviewed Matt,
26:55and we've interviewed Tori and Brian,
26:57and I think initially we're thinking again
27:00that, hey, they're 16-year-old boys,
27:03and we're really not capable of this type of murder.
27:05Okay, we're ready to proceed.
27:08I need yes or no answers only, please.
27:11Matt was, you know, his story was always consistent.
27:14The only thing that we were concerned with
27:16is his lack of emotion.
27:18And so the next step was
27:19is to either to solidify his story
27:22or to poke some holes in it
27:25and get some inconsistencies,
27:27and so we offered him a polygraph.
27:29Is your name Matt Young?
27:31Yes.
27:34Were you with Cassie Jo's daughter
27:36the night of September 22nd?
27:39Yes.
27:42Did you kill Cassie Jo's daughter?
27:52Two days after discovering
27:54the bludgeoned body of Cassie Jo's daughter,
27:56police amp up the pressure on her boyfriend,
27:59Matt Young,
28:00by asking him to take a polygraph test.
28:03Were you with Cassie Jo's daughter
28:04the night of September 22nd?
28:07Yes.
28:10Did you kill Cassie Jo's daughter?
28:14No.
28:19Do you know who killed Cassie Jo's daughter?
28:23No.
28:25We felt good about what Matt was telling us,
28:27and he'd come out through the polygraph,
28:29you know, truthful.
28:30Police are now convinced Matt
28:32had nothing to do with the murder of his girlfriend
28:35and send him on his way.
28:37Once Matt is eliminated as a suspect,
28:39we knew that we still had Tori and Brian,
28:42and we knew that we had to get back at them
28:44and start interviewing them again.
28:47So you guys left around 9.30,
28:49went to see a movie.
28:50What movie did you guys go see?
28:51No, we saw Slayer 4.
28:56Slayer 4.
28:58I've never heard of it.
28:59What's it about?
29:00Uh, it's a horror movie.
29:02All right.
29:03Who's, uh, who's in it?
29:06Uh, who's in it?
29:08I don't know.
29:09I'm not sure of the names.
29:11What about the plot?
29:12You remember about the plot, Brian?
29:14You know, the overall story.
29:17Like, what happens in the movie?
29:19Yeah, Brian.
29:20What happens in the movie?
29:23Um, I don't remember.
29:28I do remember being really bored.
29:32Brian and Tori,
29:33they're both self-proclaimed movie addicts,
29:36so when you ask somebody
29:37that holds themselves out
29:38to be a movie expert,
29:40they should be able to tell you
29:42what that movie's about,
29:44unless they just didn't go to that movie.
29:58trying to figure out
29:59who was working the counter
30:00on Friday night?
30:01Oh, that would be me.
30:02Good, good.
30:04Looking to see
30:04if a couple of guys were in.
30:07That's Tori and Brian.
30:09So you know them?
30:10Are they here?
30:11Yeah, I know them.
30:12I might go to high school with them,
30:13but they weren't here Friday.
30:16And I'd have known if they were.
30:17I was taking the tickets.
30:20Tori and Brian have been caught in a lie,
30:22but does that make them killers?
30:25We're thinking,
30:26okay, they're lying to us,
30:27but maybe they're lying to us
30:29because they were up to
30:30some other kind of activities
30:32that they would be in trouble for
30:34if their parents were to find out.
30:35So we know
30:36that we have to press forward
30:38and find out,
30:38why are you lying to us
30:40about going to this movie?
30:42Why are you lying to us
30:43about going to this movie?
31:05Why are you lying to us?
31:36on September 27 2006 five days after the murder Brian Draper shows up at the
31:43police station to take a polygraph exam right away investigators can tell he's got something
31:48on his mind when he showed up he was crying and usually in our line of work that's that's a
31:55good
31:55thing when you got up somebody that's ready to tell the truth Brian do you want to talk about
32:06something I am I take your time okay well we we went back to Cassie's house we left but we
32:19came
32:19back who's weak me and Tori tell me what happened okay we we went in through the back because the
32:31door was unlocked and they were just supposed to we were just supposed to scare her I mean it was
32:39just
32:39a prank we were turning off and on lights and it wasn't real then what happened is that when you
32:49went upstairs we Cassie was there and Tori he went crazy Brian proceeds to tell us that he was there
33:01while Cassie was murdered he was like I have to do it I have to kill her and I was
33:06like what are you
33:07doing the next thing he sees as he sees Tori's arm go up in a stabbing type motion and stabs
33:15Cassie
33:16Cassie lets out a blood-curdling scream then he states that Tori told him that he had to come over
33:22and he had to help finish her off not only is you know Brian confessing for the most part you
33:29know this
33:29this is horrific crime but to our surprise he's got he's got more information after killing their
33:37friend in cold blood Brian and Tori gathered up all the incriminating evidence now Brian is willing to
33:45show police exactly where they buried it Brian is any of this looking familiar Brian it should be
33:57just up here here it's here we pull back the dirt and we start looking we start seeing some of
34:07the items
34:07that the brand you know who told us would be there you know we see some knives and we see
34:12masks and we
34:15found something he never expected to find Gansky
34:20let me call you back Brian what's on this tape Brian what's on this tape
34:39tell me what's on this tape nobody ever mentioned a videotape and so
34:44you know you know we all step back and and took a deep breath
34:55you could have heard a pin drop in the room when the tape began
34:59we found our victim and sad as it may be she's our friend but you know what we all have
35:06to make
35:07sacrifices our first victim is going to be Cassie Stoddard and her friends turn your brights up
35:13we'll find out if she has friends over she's gonna be alone in a big dark house out in the
35:20middle of nowhere how perfect can you get I mean like holy dude I'm horny just thinking about hell
35:27yeah in the footage of the tape you know we're seeing that two 16 year old boys there that are
35:33talking about planning the murder of Cassie it was shock and awe it was it's one of those situations
35:42where you can't understand how two people can be as evil as they are
35:46what we're supposed to happen tonight so hopefully we move around and move up smoothly and we can get our
35:58first kill death started and we can keep going
36:01hopefully we have to be able to eat and like better use like we have
36:06yeah you've probably tried it ten times but we've never been on the wrong so
36:13more than we have the parents show up
36:15he's always a patient you know and we were patient never getting paid off because I'm there since home alone
36:21so we got our plan all worked out now so
36:26I'm sorry I'm telling Cassie's family but she had been on the one
36:32we're just you know we're beside ourselves you really think they would have videotaped something like this
36:38I'm not sure we're ready to see a murder on tape
36:45in the murder investigation of Cassie Jo Stoddart
36:48it's here
36:49one of the teenage suspects has led investigators straight to a treasure trove of evidence
36:53and one item is shocking beyond measure
36:56it's a video time
37:00when the video was actually played for us it left you with a feeling in your gut of emptiness and
37:05pure fear of
37:06where have we gone as a society that two young people can think and act the way these two young
37:13individuals have
37:14we're sick psychopaths
37:17we might get pleasure of killing other people
37:19that sounds good baby
37:20we're gonna go down in history
37:21Ted Bundy
37:22like the hillside strangler
37:24those people are more amateurs compared to what we're gonna be
37:28now we know it's not an accident it's not a prank
37:31it's premeditated murder
37:33which they planned and they executed
37:35once they heard that Matt was gone and Cassie's in a house by herself
37:40Brian and Tori decide that they're going to turn off the lights again
37:45and try to get her to come downstairs
37:48is anyone here?
37:53but Cassie doesn't go downstairs so they decide to go upstairs
37:57and that's when they committed the ultimate crime of murder
38:01and if they were to come downstairs
38:38No! No! No! No!
38:43No! No! No, please!
38:44Please help me, no! Please!
38:47No, no, no, no, no, no!
38:48No, no, no, no, no, no!
38:52Ah!
39:00Even though the murder wasn't filmed,
39:01I think it even makes it more chilling
39:03because it's filmed right up to the brink
39:06and right after, you know, the murder take place.
39:09And, you know, in your mind,
39:11you can only put together the fear
39:14and the agony that we didn't see,
39:16how scared Cassie must have been during that period of time.
39:20We just killed Cassie.
39:21We just left her house.
39:23This is not a joke.
39:24I stabbed her in the throat,
39:26and I saw her lifeless body just disappear.
39:30Dude, I just killed Cassie.
39:33It wasn't one-sided, as Brian would have us to believe.
39:37Here's two boys actively planning and collaborating a murder.
39:42And, you know, following the murder,
39:44you have some admissions on behalf of Brian, you know,
39:47that he had actually stabbed Cassie.
39:51Draper and Adamczyk were arrested on September 27, 2006
39:55and charged with first-degree murder.
39:58At the trials, their stories were identical.
40:00Each boy saying,
40:01I thought we were just going to make a movie
40:03and going to scare her.
40:05He killed her.
40:06He stabbed her.
40:08And in either boy's case,
40:09you could look at them and say,
40:11yeah, he doesn't look like a killer.
40:15The videotape disproved any of that logic.
40:19It proved that both of these boys were equally culpable.
40:24And ultimately, as a result of both of those trials,
40:27Brian and Tori were convicted
40:29and sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder.
40:34They wanted the infamy
40:36that would come from committing crimes such as this.
40:40They wanted to keep all of their videos
40:42in some type of a box
40:43so when they were discovered
40:45or when they were caught
40:46or when they were dead,
40:48that somebody could go back
40:49and look at this box of videos
40:51and go,
40:51look at what Brian and Tori did.
40:53This was their horror movie.
40:56They'd planned it.
40:58They unfortunately achieved it.
40:59I think Cassie was the perfect victim in their eyes,
41:02strictly out of opportunity,
41:03because that was the first clear, clean opportunity
41:07that they had to do something
41:10and potentially get away with it.
41:11No one else around.
41:15Hey, look, it's Cassie.
41:17Hey, look, man.
41:19Hello, Cassie.
41:22I'm getting you on tape.
41:23Okay?
41:25Say hi, please.
41:27Hi.
41:27Okay, see ya.
41:29Wait.
41:31Have you seen Tori?
41:33He's supposed to be near at 7.30
41:35and it's 8.19.
41:38He's an hour late.
41:42He didn't even care, dude.
41:47I would have never thought
41:49that it would have been
41:50someone who was her friend that did it.
41:54Someone that she knew or that she trusted.
41:56That would be someone to harm Cassie.
41:59And I always have fears
42:01any time I let my kids, you know,
42:02walk out the door
42:03and that something could possibly happen.
42:07I tell my children,
42:08Cassie's our guardian angel
42:10and looks down on us from heaven.
42:12And so she's never going to be forgotten.
42:14She's always going to be loved,
42:15you know, not only by our family,
42:17but by the lives that she touched.
42:20And that way she does, you know,
42:23live on even though she's not here.
42:25She's never going to be
42:26Over.
42:27She's not here.
42:27She's not here.
42:28She's not here.
42:31She's not here.
