00:00My fellow Australians, by nature we're an optimistic country, but I understand that right now it's hard to be positive.
00:10The war in the Middle East has caused the biggest spike in petrol and diesel prices in history.
00:16Australia is not an active participant in this war, but all Australians are paying higher prices because of it.
00:24And the reality is, the economic shocks caused by this war will be with us for months.
00:31Tonight I want to speak directly with you about what the Government is doing to shield Australia in these uncertain
00:38times.
00:40Now it's the Australian way that people want to do their bit.
00:44And there are simple ways that you can.
00:47You should go about your business and your life as normal.
00:51Enjoy your Easter.
00:52And if you're hitting the road, don't take more fuel than you need.
00:56Just fill up like you normally would.
00:59Think of others in your community, in the bush and in critical industries.
01:04And over coming weeks, if you can switch to catching the train or bus or tram to work, do so.
01:10That builds our reserves and it saves fuel for people who have no choice but to drive.
01:16The months ahead may not be easy.
01:19I want to be upfront about that.
01:22No Government can promise to eliminate the pressures that this war is causing.
01:27I can promise we will do everything we can to protect Australia from the worst of it.
01:50Oh, Śmerellabra, we're in a good place here but we still get a fix.
01:53We're getting banks for the rest of us having to pay for us!
01:57We're getting very slow at times!
01:59We're getting close to his car that the way it will run.
01:59We're getting close to south of us.."
02:00We're getting slow when we check across the 여x.
02:02We'll have toFE.
02:03We're getting close to the porch that we'llливう the road.
02:06And from Queateau Park, at sea angels, Cirches are having a highway grill in the turns.
02:08But we're getting IN the flakes of its traffic,
02:13We're looking at quite a while at all.
02:18You
