Kallas insists Russian assets are an option if Orbán doesn't lift veto on Ukraine loan

If Viktor Orbán is re-elected and maintains his veto on the €90 billion loan for Ukraine, the EU should take a second look at the idea of using the Russian assets, Kaja Kallas said on Tuesday while visiting Kyiv.

00:00The European Union High Representative Kaya Kalas has said that if Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban continues to block the
00:0790 billion euro loan intended for Ukraine, the European Union will have to reconsider using frozen Russian assets.
00:16Kaya made the comments during a visit to Kyiv with several EU foreign ministers to commemorate the fourth anniversary of
00:23the Bucha massacre.
00:24The loan that we are working right now to deliver, that we agreed in the end of last year, but
