Johor SWCorp director Zainal Fitri Ahmad said 153 littering notices have been issued in the Johor state so far, involving 92 Malaysians and 61 foreign nationals.

Zainal said cigarette butts remain the most common item improperly disposed of, with offenders expected to carry out their community service on April 30 in Kulai.
