30:19I like that Chris stayed true to himself.
30:22He really wanted to lean into the dark and stormy Bermuda tropical vibe.
30:27It just feels comfortable.
30:28It feels like a place where I would love to saddle up to the bar and enjoy a cocktail.
30:33Functionality-wise, he put the fridge over here.
30:35The bartender could open up that.
30:37They got the ice chest right here.
30:39So like really good for the bartender.
30:40All my time spent here at the bachelor mansion back here,
30:43the women are dressed to the nines.

34:45It's just as elevated as we're trying to make the entire space.
34:48I feel like this is a great extension right off of the terrace.
34:51It has that sage color that we have all throughout the mansion.
34:54I would have loved to see these slats go all the way out.
34:57Build this out a little bit more here, create more shade.
35:00But I love the name.
35:02It's clean.
35:02It's sophisticated.
35:04It ties in with her color as well.
35:06I think the name is the most fitting of the three.
35:08The countertop here also is so nice with the tiles.

35:14And she tied the tile to the backsplash.
35:17Although Tammy brought it, I do see Chris in his bar.

35:24And this definitely has the aesthetic.
35:27But like, I don't know if she has like a theme or a story exactly here.

35:40And they need a Wayfair for all the outdoor furniture and decor for today's challenge.

36:14And I know taking on a solo build in just two days, that is no small feat.

36:23Chris, we're going to start with your bar.
36:24Dark and Stormy.
36:26Chris, your bar was just such a fun surprise.
36:32I thought that you definitely came through.
36:35It does feel like a vacation.
36:37Chris, we talked about bringing you back here because we thought you had the best skills when
36:42it comes to craftsmanship.
36:43I mean, your build-out was impressive.
36:46Functionality-wise, the best space for a bartender of the three.
36:50The only thing I felt that didn't fit the space was the sign.
36:53Just the colors were off and didn't match how well everything was around it.
36:58I almost wish you could have found some driftwood to put on that sign and done that.
37:02I thought that would have fit the space really well.
37:05Gotcha.
37:06Chris, when I walked up to the bar, I knew I was in for a good time.
37:09Like, I love that.
37:10It's a bar where you can saddle up and just have some cocktails, take it easy,
37:14put you in that right frame of mind.
37:16The materials might have been a bit disjointed between some of the colorings of maybe the bar
37:20top to the cabinets.
37:21But other than that, I thought it was a really good job.
37:24Okay.
37:24Let's talk about Courtney and her bar.
37:27You are the life of the party, honestly.
37:30And that bar really felt like it.
37:32It was so inviting.
37:34The one thing that I will say is it felt like it was two different types of bar,
37:39like a really elevated bar top.
37:42And then there's more of like a rustic backdrop.
37:46Courtney, I thought your bar was sexy.
37:48I thought I really liked it a lot.
37:50People are going to be in beautiful gowns or really nice suits out there.
37:54At night, that bar is going to shine.
37:57The problem I had, though, was during the day, it's a little hot.
38:01And it's a little harsh to be on.
38:04Courtney, I was drawn to that beautiful green color of the tiles on the bar.
38:08And I could envision those at a cocktail party just being drawn to that bar.
38:13I wish we could have seen some of that same sexy green in the shelving in some element.
38:18And now Tammy's bar.
38:19Right off the bat, it felt all in all like an elevated experience.
38:24You really paid attention to all of the details, which is something that I really admire.
38:28But I felt like it was missing a personal element or like a story or something that we can all
38:34kind of relate to.
38:37I thought the art was incredible. I liked the lighting that you did there.
38:40I think it would be a great bar during the day and at night.
38:43I wish you would have extended that slat ceiling a little bit more out.
38:46It feels a little unfinished and you could have built that beam out wider and then added more slats.
38:51Every bit of shade is needed.
38:52Your bar was so cohesive.
38:54Everything tied together beautifully between the bar stools, the bar, the shelving.
39:00But it made me question, was it too elevated for an outdoor bar?
39:04I'm not sure.
