01:13Over 200,000 people have crossed into Syria in the past month.
01:17Displacement on this scale, of course, heightens exposure
01:19to additional dangers, particularly for women and girls
01:23living in overcrowded and unfamiliar settings.
01:25In my short time back in Lebanon,
01:28the message from communities here is painfully clear.
01:31They want safety, they want dignity,
01:34they want this to stop.
01:40We asked for temporary repositioning,
01:43not to escalate, but to protect.
01:46Hezbollah ministers remain part of the government,
01:50and attacks continue to be launched from areas
01:52the Lebanese army says it controls,
01:55including south of the Litani River.
01:57Lebanon needs to take real action.
01:59Let me be clear.
02:01We have no desire,
02:04and I'm telling this to my colleague from Lebanon,
02:07we have no desire to remain or operate in Lebanon.
