00:00She was 13 days away from turning two. She had woken up earlier than I did. You know,
00:05she came in there, pitter patter woke me up super, super early. She was going to go to my
00:09mom's house that day because Halloween was the weekend coming. She had picked out her own outfit
00:15for Halloween. We're getting ready. We get in the car. We start driving. I'm looking down at my phone,
00:20not even really paying attention. So I look back and I'm peeking back at her. She was still awake.
00:25She was like very much about to fall asleep. And then I turned back around and black, nothing.
00:32The next thing I remember of that day, it's white. Like my eyes are open and I can't see.
00:37So much had happened in between that time. I blocked out five hours of time. And apparently
00:44I was coherent the entire time. I was very much in shock. Being in shock, I apparently just kept
00:50going back to where is she. And so the EMS worker was like, we're working on her. And I'm literally
00:57like looking at her forced open car door. I don't remember that, but unfortunately has the memory of
01:06actually going up to the car and seeing her. I don't think my brain would allow me to remember that
01:14unless I actually watched it on the body cam.
