00:01So, we've had very good negotiations today with Iran, getting a lot of the things that they should have given
00:08us a long time ago.
00:10See how it works out, but they're very good, very nicely.
00:14They've destroyed a lot of additional targets today.
00:17The Navy's gone, the Air Force's gone, we know that.
00:19We destroyed many, many targets today, it was a big day.
00:24And we are negotiating with them directly and indirectly.
00:28We have emissaries, but we also are dealing directly.
00:31And as you know, they've agreed to send eight boats two days ago, and then they added another two, so
00:39it was ten boats.
00:41And now today, they gave us, as a tribute, I don't know, I can't define it exactly, but they gave
00:49us, I think out of a sign of respect, 20 boats of oil.
00:54Big, big boats of oil going through the Hormuz Strait.
00:59And that's taking place starting tomorrow morning, in the next couple of days, a lot of months.
01:07And I would always say that we're doing extremely well in that negotiation.
01:13But you never know with Iran, because we negotiate with them, and then we always have to blow them up.
01:19Whether it's the B-2 bombers or just terminating, as an example, the Iran nuclear deal done by Barack Hussein
01:27Obama.
01:27Probably the worst deal we've ever done as a country, one of the dumbest deals I've ever done.
01:32But they terminated, unfortunately, otherwise, right now, they'd have a nuclear weapon.
01:36And we did the attack with the B-2 bombers, and we stopped them from having nuclear.
01:41And now we had to blow them up again, and we will, probably, I think we'll make a deal with
01:48them, pretty sure.
01:50But it's possible, we won't.
01:52But we've had regime change, if you look, already, because the one regime was decimated, destroyed, they're all dead.
02:00The next regime is mostly dead.
02:04And the third regime, we're dealing with different people than anybody's dealt with before.
02:08It's a whole different group of people.
02:10So I would consider that regime change.
02:12And frankly, they've been very reasonable.
02:15So I think we've had regime change, but we can't do much better than that.
02:19The regime that was really bad, really evil, was the first one that was done.
02:24The second was appointed.
02:26And they're gone, they're all dead.
02:31Other than one who may have a little life.
02:34And then, they're really in the third group.
02:38And the third group of people that seem to be much more reasonable.
02:41It truly is regime change.
02:43And regime change is an imperative.
02:46But I think we have it automatically.
02:48I did something today.
02:51We just got these in from the architects.
02:53A lot of people are talking about how beautiful the ballroom was for 150 years.
03:00They've wanted to build a ballroom at the White House.
03:06And other presidents have wanted it.
03:09When we have dignitaries coming, like President Xi of China or anybody else,
03:14we have very small rooms.
03:15They're not big enough to handle the kind of capacity that you need.
03:19And this is the same height as the White House.
03:23It's an incredible fitting.
03:25You see what that is, right?
03:26Nice.
03:28I'll show you.
03:31Here's another view.
03:32This is coming from right opposite the Treasury Building.
03:37Beautiful capital.
03:39Beautiful building.
03:40One of the, I think it'll be the finest ballroom of its kind anywhere in the world.
03:45A lot of people are giving it really good reviews.
03:48Some are giving it reviews without even seeing the building because this just came out today.
03:52These pictures we just made today.
03:55We got rid of, along quite a while ago, the stairs were on the south side.
04:00And it's become really beautiful.
04:03But it matches and fits the White House.
04:07It's also capable of handling the inauguration.
04:10We have all bulletproof glass.
04:13We have drone-proof roofs.
04:17Ceilings, everything's drone-proof and bulletproof.
04:20And unfortunately, we're living in an age where that's a good thing.
04:24And this is the view from the Treasury opposite the Treasury.
04:27Let me see another one of them.
04:30Here's a view from the south with the porch, which is a porch, and it's also a fire stair,
04:36basically leading down to the grounds.
04:38And that porch will be magnificent, located in between the columns.
04:43And they no longer.
04:44We took the stairs out that were on the south side, and I'm really going to replace them with these
04:50stairs.
04:50So you have an open porch, and you have the closed porch under the columns,
04:54overlooking the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial.
04:59And the Lincoln Memorial slash monument, so that's great.
05:05This is a view of the columns.
05:11As they are going to be made, they're going to be hand-carved, and they're beautiful.
05:15Top of the line, they'll be Corinthian, which is considered the best, most beautiful by far.
05:23Okay?
05:24What's your timeline?
05:25What's your timeline?
05:25That's a timeline.
05:27So we're ahead of schedule and under budget.
05:30And all of this money, all of the money paid, are paid by myself and donors.
05:36It's all donors.
05:38There's not one dime of government money going into the ballroom.
05:43Now, the military is building a big complex under the ballroom, which has come out recently because of a stupid
05:51lawsuit that was filed.
05:52But the military is building a massive complex under the ballroom, and that's under construction, and we're doing very well.
06:00So we're ahead of schedule as part of it, and the ballroom essentially becomes a shed for what's being built
06:06under the military, including from drones and including from any other thing.
06:11The glass, well, the windows, you see the big windows.
06:16The glass is extremely thick.
06:19It's high-grade bulletproof glass.
06:21So all of the windows are bulletproof.
06:24I think the Times wrote to you some of the windows are fake.
06:27We have no fake windows.
06:28They said they talked about a stairway in the South.
06:31We don't have a stairway in the South.
06:33And that was replaced a long time ago.
06:35But this is a view of it from the North, and that's, if you see it, it fits in with
06:41the White House.
06:42It's almost a twin to the White House.
06:46It's something we just wanted to pay tribute to the White House.
06:49And so that fits in beautifully.
06:51Let me just see another one.
06:53Here's another one.
06:56Excuse me.
06:56I thought I'd do this now because it's easier.
06:58I'm so busy that I don't have time to do this.
07:02But I'm fighting wars and other things.
07:06But this is very important because this is going to be with us for a long time, and it's going
07:10to be, I think it'll be the greatest ballroom anywhere in the world.
07:14It's the highest level.
07:16It's the same height, exact height, if not higher, same height as the White House, exactly the same height.
07:22And if you look, you have the White House over here, you have this, and that's a duplicate of the
07:27wall.
07:28So it pays total homage to the White House, which is, I think, very important to us.
07:35Sir, could you first see a deal in Iran this upcoming week?
07:38I do see a deal in Iran, yeah.
07:41Could be soon.
07:42Are you considering still putting boots on the ground, and would you do that without going to Congress?
07:46I just have lots of alternators.
07:47We have tremendous numbers of ships over there.
07:51We don't need them long because of, you know, the power.
07:54Look, I would say we're, just like we're ahead of schedule on the ballroom, in a much bigger way, we're
08:00ahead of schedule.
08:04If you would have said that in three days we were going to knock out 158 ships, their entire Navy,
08:10which we did, we knocked out their entire Air Force.
08:13We knocked out most of their missiles.
08:15That's why you see missile attacks, but they're down to, they're sputtering.
08:20And we have a group, it's really a new regime.
08:24It's a group of people, people that we've never dealt with before, that are acting very reasonable.
08:30It is truly regime change.
08:32Is Khamenei's son still alive, sir?
08:34Is he a part of these conversations?
08:36We think he may be, nobody's heard about him.
08:38He's, he may be alive, but he's obviously very seriously in trouble.
08:44He's seriously wounded.
08:45If you had offered that 15-point plan to Iran, did they ever come back with one of the responses?
08:50Yeah, they came back on the 15-point.
08:52What did they say?
08:52They gave us most of the points.
08:54Why wouldn't they?
08:56You make it sound like they made some concessions.
08:59Can you identify those?
09:00Well, they're agreeing with us on the plan.
09:03I mean, we asked for 15 things, and for the most part, we're going to be asking for a couple
09:07of other things.
09:09And just to prove that they're serious, they gave us all these votes.
09:12When I talked about four days ago, a present, I said they gave me a present, but I didn't think
09:16I was at liberty to say what it was.
09:19What it was, was eight plus two, it's ten massive boatloads of oil.
09:25And today they gave us another present, they gave us 20 boatloads of oil.
09:29That starts being shipped tomorrow.
09:30We're having very good meetings, both directly and indirectly, and we're getting a lot of very important points.
09:36Sir, will you cut off guard?
09:37Sir, will you cut off guard?
