00:05A lot of people are talking about how beautiful the ballroom is.
00:09For 150 years, they've wanted to build a ballroom at the White House.
00:18And other presidents have wanted it.
00:20But we have dignitaries coming like President Xi of China or anybody else.
00:25We have very small rooms.
00:27These are not big enough to handle the kind of capacity that you need.
00:32This is the same height as the White House.
00:35It's an incredible fitting.
00:36You see what that is, right? Nice.
00:40I'll show you.
00:42Here's another view.
00:43This is coming from right opposite the Treasury Building.
00:49Beautiful capital.
00:51Beautiful building.
00:53I think it will be the finest ballroom of its kind anywhere in the world.
00:57A lot of people are giving it really good reviews.

01:02Because this just came out today.
01:04These pictures we just made today.
01:07We got rid of, quite a while ago, the stairs on the south side.
01:12And it's become really beautiful.
01:15But it matches and fits the White House.
01:18It's also capable of handling the inauguration.
01:22We have all bulletproof glass.
01:24We have droneproof roofs, ceilings.
01:29Everything's droneproof and bulletproof.
01:32And unfortunately, we're living in an age where that's a good thing.
01:35And this is the view from the Treasury opposite the Treasury.
01:39Let me see another one of them.
01:41Here's a view from the south with the porch, which is a porch.
01:46And it's also a fire stair basically leading down to the ground.
01:50And that porch will be magnificent, located between the columns.
01:55They no longer.
01:56We took the stairs out.
01:57And we're on the south side and really replaced them with these stairs.
02:01So you have an open porch and you have the closed porch under the columns,
02:06overlooking the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial,
02:10and the Lincoln Memorial slash Monument.
02:14So that's great.
02:16This is a view of the columns as they are going to be made.
02:24They're going to be hand-carved and they're beautiful.
02:27Top of the line, they'll be Corinthian, which is considered the best,
02:31most beautiful by far.

02:35What's your timeline?
02:36That's a timeline.
02:38So we're ahead of schedule and under budget.
02:42And all of this money, all of the money paid,
02:45are paid by myself and donors.
02:48It's all donors.
02:50There's not one dime of government money going into the ballroom.
02:55Now the military is building a big complex under the ballroom,
02:59which has come out recently because of a stupid lawsuit that was filed.
03:04But the military is building a massive complex under the ballroom.
03:09And that's under construction and we're doing very well.
03:12So we're ahead of schedule.
03:13That's part of it.
03:14And the ballroom essentially becomes a shed for what's being built under the military,
03:19including from drones and including from any other thing.
03:23The glass, one of the windows, you see the big windows.
03:27The glass is extremely thick.
03:30It's high-grade bulletproof glass.
03:32So all of the windows are bulletproof.
03:35I think the Times wrote, gee, some of the windows are fake.
03:38We have no fake windows.
03:40They said they talked about a stairway in the south.
03:42We don't have a stairway in the south.
03:44And that was replaced a long time ago.
03:47But this is a view of it from the north.
03:51And that's, if you see it, it fits in with the White House.
03:54It's almost a twin to the White House.
03:57It's something we just wanted to pay tribute to the White House.
04:01And so that fits in beautifully.
04:03Let me just see another one from that last one.

04:14But I'm fighting wars and other things.
04:17But this is very important because this is going to be with us for a long time.
04:22And it's going to be, I think it'll be the greatest ballroom anywhere in the world.
04:26It's the highest level.
04:28Same height, exact height, if not higher.
04:30Same height as the White House.
04:32Exactly the same height.
04:34And if you look, you have the White House over here.
04:37You have this.
04:37And that's a duplicate of the wall.
04:39So it pays total homage to the White House, which is, I think, very important.
