00:00The top of the ballroom is a, what they call a drone gallery.
00:05We have tremendous amounts of military able to be on the top.
00:11It'll be the highest point.
00:13It'll be actually higher than the still of the drone.
00:16And there will be lots of sites over Washington, so that's important.
00:20But it will be something very special.
00:24So if you look up at the top, you'll see some interesting things,
00:29and I'll show that to you in a second.
00:30You want to grab that, please?
00:33I'll show that to you in a second.
00:37The facade of the building, there will never be another building like this built.
00:41I built a lot of great things.
00:43There will never be anything like this built.
00:45And what we have is the roof is dead flat with absolutely nothing but strength on it.
00:51It's very strong steel.
00:52It's drone-proof, and it's meant for our military to be able to stay on it.
00:57You get a view of Washington.
00:59Also, for the drone-building capacity, some of that takes place right down here.
01:05You can see the very large piping and the other things.
01:10It's a very complex building.
01:12It's all knit together.
01:13The roof goes with the ground floor.
01:15The ground floor goes with the roof.
01:17The roof also goes down into the basement.
01:21Everything is connected, intertwined.
01:24Elevators, heating, air conditioning.
01:26It's one building.
01:27That's why we're trying to explain that.
01:29This is one well-knit building.
01:32One thing doesn't work without the other.
01:35Very importantly, though, in terms of the beauty,
01:39probably the closest thing to this would be the U.S. Supreme Court,
01:42the facade of the U.S. Supreme Court.
01:45So here's a couple of things you can look at.
01:52How are you?
01:55There will never be another thing like this, I don't believe, Bill,
01:58from a court standpoint.
02:00This is all my money and donors' money.
02:04This is tax-free.
02:05So everyone's talking about they're going to give money,
02:07they're going to give money.
02:08The money they're going to give is really for the security of that
02:12and the whole White House premise.
02:15And I guess you probably need that nowadays.
02:17We've done the fencing on the outside of the White House.
02:20It's all titanium.
02:22You see the black fencing.
02:23That's been just done recently.
02:26And it was approved originally by me.
02:28And it's been completed.
02:29And it's very powerful.
02:31Very powerful.
02:31A tractor, a bulldozer, cannot knock it over.
02:35It goes down deep.
02:35And it's titanium, which is the strongest of all of the metals.
02:39Much stronger than steel, as an example.
02:42The ballroom is all, it's going to be a tremendous,
02:46a tremendous thing.
02:47As an example, what happened a couple of weeks ago
02:50at the White House Correspondents' Center,
02:52could not happen here.
02:53One thing that we have is we don't have people living above it.
02:56We don't want that.
02:58That's no good.
02:58They have a thousand units above it
03:00with the elevator coming right down next to where the convention
03:04or whatever it may be is.
03:05So this is a room that's been wanted for 150 years by presidents.
03:12We have no room to have an event.
03:14The only way you can have an event is if you build a tent on the lawn
03:17and the tent will not do the job.
03:19And by the way, if it rains here because this is built on a wetland,
03:23the lawn is impossible to deal with.
03:26The water goes over everybody's shoes.
03:28It literally goes over the shoes.
03:30So, and they've had a lot of catastrophes with the tent.
03:34So we have this.
03:36And if you take a look at this section,
03:38this is the different facade.
03:41So this is a Greek, more or less, it comes out of Greece.
03:48This is the ultimate facade for Greece.
03:51This faces the treasury building.
03:53This faces, this is a different facade.
03:56That's Rome.
03:57And that faces the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, etc.
04:03So you have two facades.
04:05Primarily, you have two entrances.
04:06You have here, you have here.
04:08But the primary entrance is through the White House,
04:11directly through the White House.
04:13And it's really something.
04:14I think you can see the complexity.
04:16All of these columns go directly up to the roof.
04:19And the roof is a barrier.
04:21It's a shield because it's made out of the sidewalls are steel,
04:27impenetrable steel,
04:28and also impenetrable glass.
04:31The glass is approximately four inches thick.
04:35And yet it's amazing.
04:37You can see through it as though it didn't exist.
04:39It's amazing.
04:40And it can stop just about anything.
04:43Just about anything.
04:45On the other side of the glass,
04:47we have steel and concrete.
04:49So that the glass is very powerful.
04:52What's holding the glass is equally as powerful.
04:56And that's here.
04:57And you can see they're just about ready to go up to the top.
05:00All of these columns,
05:01they go directly right to the roof of the building.
05:03And again, we call it a drone port.
05:06It's set up for unlimited numbers of drones.
05:10Purposely, we don't have any air conditioning equipment up there
05:14because we don't want anything coming down through the pipes
05:17if anybody gets...
05:18Normally, you'd have a lot of air conditioning equipment on the roof.
05:21We built it all inside the building,
05:25inside the case of the building
05:26because we don't want to have anything having to do with air
05:29or air quality or any problems playing with the air.
05:32So you'll notice it's a dead flat roof with no equipment on it.
05:38All of the equipment is inside of the building.
05:41And that's for safety reasons.
05:43Normally, you'd do it a lot less expensive.
05:45You'd do it a different way.
05:47So all of this was paid for by myself.
05:50And because I keep hearing, like, I'm not...
05:53We are making a gift of this point.
05:55This is a gift.
05:55This is not going to be paid for by the taxpayer.
05:58We have a judge that thinks it's a terrible thing
06:01that we're making a gift.
06:02He said, it's terrible that we're making a gift
06:04that should be paid for by the taxpayer.
06:06That's one I've never heard before.
06:08I'm sure maybe, I don't know, maybe he doesn't understand.
06:11This is a gift to the United States of America.
06:14And more than a gift,
06:17it's going to be one of the most beautiful buildings
06:19that's ever been built in the country
06:21or in Washington, D.C.
06:23So here's the other facade you see over here.
06:26And again, this is taken...
06:28These great classical buildings
06:31have been taken out of different parts of the world
06:34from glamorous times.
06:35This is Rome.
06:37They like the flat room.
06:39Greece likes the...
06:40They call it the triangles.
06:42And you see that.
06:44This is a porch that looks out over the city.
06:49Also, it's developed in such a way
06:51that we can have military there.
06:52But the entire roof is developed for military.
06:57They're very high.
06:58They're high than just about anything else.
07:00They have a 360-degree vision of Washington, D.C.
07:04They have a massive drone capacity.
07:07Not only is it drone-proof,
07:09if a drone hits it, it bounces off.
07:11It won't have any impact.
07:13But it's also meant as a drone port
07:16so it protects all of Washington,
07:19the roof of the building.
07:21Okay?
07:22Now, does anybody have any questions?
07:25If you want, you can take...
07:27I think you can bring your camera down.
07:29You might want to take a look at the complexity.
07:33These are all different rooms down here.
07:34They're building a hospital.
07:36They're building...
07:37It's a military hospital.
07:39They're building all sorts of research facilities.
07:43Also, meeting rooms
07:44and rooms that go hand-in-hand for the military
07:48using the ballroom.
07:50And the ballroom is really a shield
07:52and protecting all of the things that are built here.
07:55This goes...
07:56As you see, it's already up to the ground.
07:59This goes down very deep.
08:01You get a better view right over here.
08:03This is down...
08:05Because we've already done these floors.
08:07But these are already down two floors.
08:09That is down about six stories deep.
08:12That's big stuff.
08:14You build a ballroom, you build a flat.
08:16You just build a ballroom.
08:18It would have been built.
08:22It's all knit together.
08:23Between the drone-proofing,
08:25the missile-proofing,
08:27we have...
08:28And the drone capacity upstairs.
08:30We can have all sorts of military up with it.
08:33I hate to use the word snipers.
08:35But we have great sniper capacity.
08:37It's built for our snipers.
08:39Not the enemy snipers.
08:40Our snipers.
08:41And because of the height,
08:42we get a very clear view of everything
08:46all over Washington.
08:47Yeah.
