00:18special permit ng Large Taxpayer Service o LTS ng BIR.

00:23Dagdag naman, ang BIR patuloy ang kanilang pagkipag-ugnayan sa PNOC

00:26para masiguro ang pagpoproseso ng requirements ng emergency fuel importation.
