00:00All right, breaking tonight, we are learning that Bill Pulte, the director of the Federal
00:04Housing Finance Agency, now has a letter to the DOJ referring New York Attorney General
00:12Letitia James for a criminal referral over her insurance fraud.
00:17Now, the DOJ has confirmed they received that referral.
00:20We did reach out to Letitia James in our office for comment.
00:25We have yet to hear back.
00:26Here with all the details.
00:27He is the founder, editor-in-chief, chief investigator, reporter, justthenews.com.
00:32John Solomon is here with the very latest.
00:34This is a blockbuster based on what I've seen with these documents.
00:40Yeah, the documents are very clear.
00:42The evidence is very strong.
00:43Some of it is court records.
00:45So Bill Pulte did his homework.
00:47New York's DOP Cup is in a world of trouble.
00:49This is a very serious legal referral.
00:51If you remember last year, there was a referral made for mortgage fraud.
00:55It led to an indictment, but then the indictment got thrown out by a judge on the grounds that
01:00the U.S. attorney wasn't lawfully appointed there.
01:03That will not be the case where these two referrals are being sent.
01:06They're being sent to Chicago, where all state insurance is located in Florida.
01:10We're a second insurance company where Letitia James took out her homeowner's insurance was based.
01:15Both have sitting U.S. attorneys.
01:18Both have juries with a long history of sending politicians to prison when they believe they've
01:23engaged in corrupt acts.
01:24And both are getting referrals that have very specific information that Letitia James filled
01:29out insurance applications for her home in Virginia, claiming that it would not be occupied
01:36for five months of a year.
01:37That probably got her a better rate.
01:39And, in fact, the House was occupied a round year by a niece and a family member.
01:44And so the evidence is strong.
01:47The jurisdictions have a long history of convicting politicians if they think that they've done
01:52something corrupt.
01:53And both of the U.S. attorneys are confirmed by the Senate.
01:57So that's a big deal.
01:57By the way, the one in Florida is going to the same U.S. attorney that's doing the grand
02:02conspiracy case looking at weaponization, Jason Kanonez.
02:06That's a big another big thing.
02:09A lot of resources down in that office.
