00:00This is literally the coolest looking and most unique survival game I have ever seen,
00:04but no one is talking about it.
00:06Imagine if Cuphead, Pokemon, and Don't Starve had a child
00:09and then dropped it into a 1930s Disney cartoon fever dream.
00:12Seriously, just look at this.
00:14This isn't just a filter.
00:15Every single animation in this game is painstakingly hand-drawn
00:19using that classic rubber hose style.
00:21And it's not a simple platformer either,
00:22but a massive open-world survival adventure that is trying to get to your sanity.
00:27In the game, you have your usual survival elements like crafting, farming, and building,
00:31but you will also try to beat challenges,
00:33capture these bizarre, sketchy creatures running around the map,
00:36train them, automate your base, or fight giant bosses.
00:39The crafting is pretty wild as well,
00:40and you can go from building a basic shack
00:42to assembling retro-style mechs and flying machines
00:45to explore hidden shipwrecks and pitch black mines.
00:48The hand-drawn characters look incredible
00:50and are honestly a great change from most survival games that just look the same.
00:53The game is called Kalit, and while there's no release date yet,
00:56there is a free demo on Steam right now, so give it a try.
