00:00C-sections are not easy. Glad mom and baby are okay. Man, me too. You know, Soko's whole pregnancy has
00:07been crazy.
00:08At four weeks pregnant, she started having a lot of bleeding. We go in the emergency room, she takes an
00:12ultrasound.
00:13The doctor comes back and says, your fetal pole is growing on your ovary. You've had a miscarriage.
00:18I've never seen Soko so sad in my life. It was really heartbreaking.
00:22The next morning, we got a call from an OBGYN. They were like, hey, we want you to come in
00:27and take an ultrasound with our ultrasound person.
00:30Turns out Soko wasn't even pregnant enough to have a fetal pole yet, so it was wrong. She didn't have
00:37a miscarriage.
00:38Then we find out Joe Chuck is a breech, and he stays breech all the way until pretty much the
00:43end of the pregnancy.
00:44At 40 weeks, we go in for an induction, and it fails. She wouldn't dilate.
00:49Then we go back seven days later for another induction. She does the whole process again, but this time they
00:54break her water.
00:55When they break her water, they realize that Joe Chuck went number two inside of her, and that's like dangerous
01:01as hell.
01:02Then she sits there and has contractions for hours and hours, only to find out she didn't dilate.
01:08So she decided to have the C-section.
01:10So we go in for the C-section. They get the baby out. I'm looking at him for the first
01:14time.
01:14The nurse comes up to me, and he's like, oh my gosh, you guys are so lucky. He had a
01:18true knot in his umbilical cord.
01:21I was like, what? She's like, babies can die from that.
01:24So I mean, this whole thing has been stressful. Pregnancy is crazy, man.
