00:00He didn't roll completely over. The truck rolled to the driver's door and then just slid northbound up the road.
00:06And again, we'll provide you some photos of that.
00:08He is cooperative, but he was not trying to incriminate himself.
00:11So he was careful in what he said and didn't say.
00:14And when it came time again for the test, the urine test at the jail, he stopped that.
00:18Let me go back to one thing.
00:20There is a Florida State statute that requires us to keep people incarcerated for at least eight hours post a
00:25DUI arrest.
00:26So he's in our jail. He will be there for at least eight hours from three o'clock for at
00:32least eight hours.
00:32And then he'll be released on bond if you post bond.
00:34On scene, we had DRE experts evaluating him.
00:39And they believed from on scene that he was not impaired on alcohol.
00:42They believed it was some type of medication or drug.
00:44And again, at the jail, he cooperated with the urine or I'm sorry, he cooperated with the breathalyzer and then
00:49the urine he wanted no part of.
00:51The question is, was there any drugs or medication in the car?
00:54The answer is no, there was not. No, he was not injured.
00:57Again, he was lethargic on scene, but that we believe was because of what he was intoxicated on.
