00:22so they can never hide behind these things to get a nuclear weapon.
00:26We can achieve, we are achieving all those objectives.
00:28We are ahead of schedule on most of them.
00:30And we can achieve them without any ground troops, without any.
00:33Now, in terms of why there's deployments,
00:36number one, the president has to be prepared for multiple contingencies,
00:40which I'm not going to discuss in the new year.
