00:40About time travel, we cannot forget about that space

00:45Because we have also the protagonists and other maybe similar things

00:53You know, like the convict being sent in time
00:56Maybe we ring a bell
00:57But also Dark Souls series
01:00We also love to, you know, push our game into a little bit more challenging

01:09In Chronos you play as a traveler
01:11And the travelers, because there's more of them
01:14Are being sent to the ruins of human civilization
01:18To search for the time rifts
01:20And jump back in time to extract people who didn't survive the apocalypse
01:25Travelers are the only ones that can survive the environment in our future setting
01:31In our game
01:32The only ones that can travel to the past
01:36And keep up or like survive encounters with monsters
01:42This is not a typical soldier
01:45This is like a diver in time
01:47So that's why we came up with this design that we really love
01:54The world of Chronos is like alternative history
01:57When the world ends in the 80s
02:00By the apocalyptic event that we call the change
02:04We push action like more to the future
02:07When we play as a traveler
02:09When we try to find in this destroyed world
02:13Reminiscence of, you know, of the people
02:15But what's the most important, like the time rifts
02:19That can bring us to the past
02:29We are calling them the orphans
02:31Because they are what was left from humanity
02:35The orphans can, you know, like take different forms
02:38So you encounter different enemies
02:40With different, like, let's say skill sets
02:43Different abilities
02:43The important ingredient is body horror here
02:47And we chose it to create
02:51Maybe a little bit as an homage also to the thing
02:54And overall genre of body horror
02:57But what was important for us
02:59That okay, they need to be created only from human flesh
