00:09and Research Centre in Bengaluru. A professor allegedly confessed his feelings for one of
00:14his students during a lecture in front of everyone. The student seemed confused and
00:18asked a professor what he meant. She questioned his claim, asked when such a conversation ever
00:24took place and told him to take the matter up with the institution. During the exchange,
00:28the professor reportedly claimed there was CCTV footage to support his version. The student
00:32in turn asked him to produce the evidence. Moments later, the professor walked out of the
00:37classroom, then things escalated. A verbal confrontation quickly turned physical. The
00:42student, along with some other classmates, allegedly confronted the professor. Visuals showed him
00:46being beaten up with footwear as others yelled at him. Authorities say police have visited the campus
00:51and are now investigating the incident. So far, the institution has not announced any official
00:56disciplinary action.
