The front of the sudarium of Oviedo remained in contact with the inside of a death mask, the same one that created the image of the face on the Shroud of Turin, and the back of the sudarium, which remained over Jesus' face, left the imprint of his face.
John 20:7, and the cloth, which had been on Jesus' head, was not laid with the linen cloths but rolled up in a separate place.
On the reverse of the sudarium of Oviedo, by turning the cloth over and increasing the contrast of the image, the features of a "Man" can already be discerned. What I have taken the liberty of coloring in red is the blood that clearly flows from the nose and mouth.
"In the published photos, the eyes have been blurred".
This is simply photography.
