00:04location is everything when it comes to where you live, right? Well, if you're trying to avoid
00:08some millennials knocking on the door asking to borrow an avocado, you may want to strike
00:13these places off your list of potential neighborhoods. According to analysis of
00:17National Association of Realtors data, real estate website Sunday found that many millennials
00:22are moving to Salt Lake City. It's environmentally friendly and offers plenty of outdoor activities.
00:27Denver came in fourth with its proximity to skiing and snowboarding and strong public
00:32transportation system. San Jose, California is also a millennial destination, conveniently located near
00:38Google and Apple. Buffalo, New York's low median home prices have millennials heading to this city,
00:44just a six and a half hour drive to New York City. If they can stand the cold winters, Minneapolis
00:49may
00:49be where millennials migrate. It's first on Sunday's list with a low unemployment rate at 3% and the
00:55rise of biomedical, professional and technology sectors. Oh, but hey, even if you avoid these
01:01cities, you could still end up next door to a millennial. According to a magnify money study in
01:06Miami, Los Angeles and New York, more than one in four residents ages 25 to 40 live with their parents.
