00:39From the early stages of the National ID System, PIL Health has always been a steadfast and a reliable partner.
00:48Their usual support and openness to innovations have contributed significantly to advancing the use of the National ID System,
00:59where accurate and efficient identification really matters.
01:05And today, we see that in every concrete terms.
01:11Through collocation, Filipinos can now access both PIL Health and National ID services in one place.
01:20The PIL Health Check Utility, which has been successfully integrated with the National ID Authentication Service,
01:28is envisioned to make the identity verification of PIL Health members more reliable and consistent.
01:36What we will witness today is a meaningful reflection of how far our partnership has grown.
01:44It is a clear example of what can be achieved when agencies align their efforts and priorities towards a common
01:52goal.
01:53And for us, that goal is making services more accessible, efficient, and responsive to the needs of our kamabayayan.

02:06By integrating PILSYS data, PCU allows us to verify identities real-time, perform biometric checks,
02:15and ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date.
02:19This enables us to prevent duplications, strengthen safeguards, and protect the health fund,
02:27while ensuring that benefits reach the right people at the right time.
02:33Importantly, this system is already integrated into key programs such as YACAP and GAMOT, our primary care program,
02:41helping streamline the patient journey from consultation to access to medicines.
02:46And soon, we will expand it to also include PCU verification wherever there are touch points like the hospitals,
02:53dialysis centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and all accredited facilities to PIL Health.
02:59Beyond technology, we are strengthening our system through trust and partnership,
03:05offering convenience that is secure, accessible, and responsive.
03:10With registration and authentication with PIL Health Services, we are not simply sharing physical space.
03:17We are converging our efforts to provide a true one-stop-shop experience for our citizens.
03:25Citizens can now register for their national ID or update their information while securing health care access,
03:33streamlining two essential tasks into one convenient process.
03:38Furthermore, the launch of the PIL Health Check Utility today simplifies the transformative power of the national ID system.
